They are probably great for new cars too, but I didn’t interact with them on that.

Recently I was in the market for a used car. I found a good deal in San Diego near my house, but I ended up driving to Los Angeles to get my car from Pacific West Imports. I have bought new and used cars from Lexus, Toyota, BMW, and Volkswagen. I have always worked with large dealerships. I was somewhat cautious to go to a small corner lot, but I am glad I did. The sales agent, Daisy, was very helpful and low pressure. Encouraged me to get the car checked out by a third-party; which I did.
