⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After 16 years of driving Toyota vehicles, I recently decided to explore other options when it was time for a new lease. I had spent nearly two months waiting for updates from another dealership and often found myself having to initiate the follow-up conversations. The experience left me feeling frustrated and overlooked. Then I contacted Dutchess Kia, and everything changed. From my very first interaction, Mitchell Nelson, Sales Manager, and Kyle Bonser, Dealer Representative, were responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me find exactly what I wanted. They listened carefully to my preferences and, incredibly, located the perfect Kia Sorento X-Line for me in less than a day. Their communication was outstanding throughout the entire process, and I never had to wonder what was happening or chase anyone down for updates. I also want to recognize Franc Lombardo, Finance Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure I received a great deal.
