Buying a car is usually one of my least favorite activities, but after searching much of the eastern United States for a specific model and color, I found Subaru and Toyota dealership personnel to be friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful without the high‑pressure tactics that often spoil the experience. We are very pleased with the C‑HR ESE—an enjoyable, comfortable EV that has already exceeded expectations.
2024 Kia K5 review

Service Advisor Ted Weinsziehr is the main reason I will recommend this dealership to anyone. My wife (also known as "my boss") first took our vehicle to another GMC dealership on the south side of town, and our experience there was terrible. Our 2017 Yukon Denali was making a noise, but they couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from. Because they couldn't identify the source of the problem, our warranty company wasn't going to approve repairs. To make matters worse, that dealership misled my wife, me, and the warranty company about work they claimed to have completed. After talking with several friends and a mechanic we trust, everyone recommended that we take our vehicle to Jim Ellis GMC, located at 5862 Peachtree Blvd. From the moment we arrived, Ted Weinsziehr made a great impression. He greeted us politely and asked how he could help. I explained that the vehicle would begin making the noise after about ten minutes of driving. Once Ted heard the sound, he immediately started the paperwork to have a diagnostic performed. He told us he would have an answer within 48 hours and he actually delivered in less than 48 hours. Ted provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. Every time my wife or I called, he either responded within minutes or returned our call within 24 hours. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and kept us informed every step of the way. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Ted does. I also want to recognize Nicole. Every time I called, she was friendly, kind, and welcoming. She always had a pleasant attitude when I asked to be transferred to Ted, and that level of professionalism did not go unnoticed. We can't thank Ted enough for everything he did for us. If you're looking for honest, dependable service, I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Jim Ellis GMC and asking for Ted Weinsziehr. If I could give him a 10-star rating, I absolutely would. 2022 Kia K5 review
I love my K5 it’s fast and reliable. Entering onto the highway is quick and smooth, I get that quick take off that’s needed. Also my first winter was great. I never got stuck I could always get out. The comfort is great the enterior is sharp. The outside has a different look and style of its own class. Love my K5

2021 Kia K5 review
A lot of people complain about the pirelli tires going bad too soon and brakes also. I personally had no issues with either one. The tires lasted well beyond their mileage rating and brakes didn't need replacement until after 4.5 years. I have had pretty much zero issues with my gt-line. People need to realize that these are not race cars and quit driving them like they are racecars and tires and brakes might last a little longer.

He then asked what do you need done. I immediately said oil change. He reached in and push the button and said” you’re only at 40%, you’re good. Being on Social Security That was a small gesture but it saved me almost $80 . That was truly honesty and above and beyond. He is to be commended. 2024 Kia K5 review
My wife and I extremely enjoy our new 2024 K5 Ex purchased courtesy’s of Waylan Hubbard sales representative and the LAWTON KIA TEAM in OKLAHOMA. We especially enjoy the KIA Access mobile remote options! The gas mileage, reliability, performance modes, luxury, Bose stereo system, interior & exterior design is beyond words! I would recommend this automobile over Cadillac, Lexus, and Jaguar being a previous owner of each including the 1998 Concours Deville and 2003 Escalade. The 2024 K5 rates a 4.9 by TruCar ratings over the 2024 Tesla Model 3 receiving a 4.5 rating, also over the 2024 Cadillac CT4 receiving a 4.6 rating. 2022 Kia K5 review
This is my 3rd KIA I have owed. They all have been excellent cars and mechanically sound including my K-5 except for my 2015 Kia Forte which which threw a piston rod. This was related to a recall which occurred in 2014 on the engine that was in my forte I believe and had the same symptoms as was described in recall. I was not granted a credit for that car which was upsetting. Other than that I am very happy with my Kia’s and my K-5.

Bought a 2017 4runner from Hasin at Atlanta car Sales, and I can’t give a bigger blessing from a skeptical used car lot buyer. Not only did he DIRECTLY answer my questions and concerns over the phone, he also went out of his way to pick me up from the airport when I flew in (Yes, I flew in from Texas because the price was that great). He brought the truck with him so I got to have a great long test drive and was very personable the entire way back to the dealership. Found a chip in the windshield and they discounted the vehicle so I can get it fixed back home. Sat down, and was on my way within about 45 mins. Again, if you are looking for a vehicle, and find one here, BUY BUY BUY! Thanks again Hasin!
2023 Kia K5 review
Too early to rate reliability, but so far I'm loving my 2023 K5 GT-Line. I absolutely love the styling and interior, though the seats are not the best I've been in (though not bad), and I have a hard time seeing the turn signal indicators even with the wheel tilted all the way up (I'm 5' 11"). Power with the base engine is adequate, and I'm thrilled that it does NOT have a CVT - it's got a good old torque converter-style 8 speed transmission. Gas mileage is better than rated by the EPA. Good tech and a very good set of safety features. I few nits to pick, but overall for the price I feel this is the best value in a sedan on the market today. Did I mention I love the styling?

2025 Kia K5 review
I only had the car 1 month but drove it to Florida (all around) and back and put on 3,500 miles. My car is a GT-Line, Wolf Grey with the Red interior, Bose speakers etc. The car is a real pleasure to drive. Very Quiet on the road, and my mileage exceeded the 37 mpg epa rating, and that’s while maintaining speeds of 80 mph with 2 people and fully loaded with luggage. Little if any wind noise. Note that at times I hit much higher speeds not knowing since it was so quiet & smooth. The engine RPM was mostly between 2 to 2.1 at 80mph. The power of the 2.5 liter is good, and slightly better than the 2019 Camry I had, which was a very good car as well. The Bose system sounded great, and all the alert sensors and some other sensors like keeping your car steering between the lines worked very well, but I preferred to turn that off most of the time. If you turn on your turning signals to changing lanes, and a car is present, not only does your side mirrors alert you, but you’ll get sound notices and the steering wheel will vibrate. Triple redundancy. The handling is very good, and secure, brakes are excellent and has a very good feel to them. A very important note is, I appreciate that the 2.5 engine has both Direct & Port Injectors on each cylinder. Port injectors will help cleaned the valves and clear any carbon build up. This is the same arrangement my Camry 2019 had which greatly reduces or eliminates carbon buildup in these Direct Inject Engines. The Nav system worked flawlessly and quickly. I also love you can remotely start your car with the key FOB (No additional charge) or with Kia Connect though Kia connect is only free the 1st 3 years. Also, happily, it doesn’t have the stop & start engine control which can cause more wear on your starter motor with little gain on MPG. The seats are very comfortable as I can attest driving 12 hours straight on my first stop. The car’s 8 spd auto shifted smoothly in all conditions. Plenty of room inside. Lot of storage in the console area for incidentals and drinks. I enjoyed the Panoramic roof. The negative was the Combine toggle Climate & Media control is a bit counter intuitive and sometimes causes more effort to control. Trunk space is good, as I had lots of luggage. The car feels solid & hopefully reliable down the line. The only other negative which is because I do my own oil changes etc, is this car takes a Cartridge oil filter (Not spin on) and takes 6.1 quarts of oil, (Not 5 qts) but I knew this well before I bought it but it’s location and design is good. So it’s not a real big deal, but this will cost a little more for oil changes. Recommended oil chg is 7,500 but I’ll be doing it every 5 to 6K for sure. BTW recommended oil is 0 -30W. Based on my limited time but very heavy usage I highly recommend this car, and I really enjoy driving it. Very sporty looking.

2023 Kia K5 review
I purchased a 2023 K5 GT (GT1 package) with the upgraded engine with approximately 290HP. The car is well worth the money, as it’s priced very competitively with cars in the same class with similar features and horsepower. The car is under 40K fully loaded. Pertaining to that price point, It was difficult finding a car with the following features: surround view camera, panoramic sunroof, satellite navigation, HomeLink, ventilated seats, power driver and passenger seats, back seat vents for heats and cooling, sensing trunk open, remote start (not app only, but on key fob). This car has all those features for under 40K! Plus, it’s fun to drive, looks nice with quad exhaust tips and the chestnut brown interrupt. And the car has full LED lights…even inside the cabin. It’s a great value, good looking, and fun car to drive.

2024 Kia K5 review
Forward collision is dangerous it slams on the brakes and have you spinning. Roof is too low. Speakers are not good. Exterior falls apart very cheaply made car. Great on gas great body design. Love the synthetic leather & the infotainment screen.

2023 Kia K5 review
I love my Kia K5 Gt Line! White with Red Interior which was hard to find. I traded my Hyundai Elantra because we travel a lot and our backs hurt. Now I enjoyed my Elantra but the K5 has the larger bolsters on the seats and it rides great being a mid size! Our 10 hour trips once a month are much easier now! Styling is great and all the options and safety features are awesome! Plus the full warranty can’t be beat! Thanks Bedford Kia for finding my car!
