Love Kia’s this is fourth one. Bob Site has great staff all fun to deal with, they become family . Even if you’re not looking for a car, new or used, this should be your first and only stop.If you don’t like them it’s your fault.
Robby is the best Service Rep. He always comes out of the office and never makes you wait. He always has a big smile on his face to greet you with your welcoming you to Kia. He is very honest with his telling you how long your wait is going to be. I have never gone over the time he has stated. I never feel pressured to buy something I can not afford or do not really need. He is very attentive to what has been done on my car. Plus he keeps up on what maintenance is due and coming up for the age of my car. I trust Robby totally with my car and I will not come in when he is not going to be at work. Because bad things happened to my car when he is not there. I just want you to know how I really feel about my Service Rep. And how much I respect him. Thank you for allowing me to voice my opinion.

Great prices; they set their prices very competitively. Great customer service. Lorin was very efficient and helpful. They were flexible on our trade-in, and the process was very smooth. Honest, nice people.
Greg Aikmus was amazing with this whole process. I came in without my husband just to test drive the Kia Soul...and I purchased it right on the spot. Greg and the Jack Miller Kia Dealership were recommended to me by a fellow teacher friend, Kerri Cassity. She is in love with her Soul and had an awesome experience buying from Greg. He made it so easy. He was pleasant, patient, and never pushy. I felt comfortable and he made the whole process easy. This is my third car purchase from Jack Miller Kia. Dodge was my salesman this go around because Pops has retired. Dodge was awesome! He was very attentive and never dismissed my concerns. Dodge assured me that he could get my daughter and I taken care of and he did just that! Shout out to Elford in the finance department he is amazing! We left with a 2018 Kia Optima and we are very pleased with the financing!
I had a great experience as far as communication and response to my concerns. I really liked the idea of buying a car online but the prices aren't that great. I know shipping is a cost but I would like lower prices.
I needed a new battery. Zac found that I also needed new filters, which he brought out and showed me. I also needed new wiper blades. He was very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressure to do anything . He is a good employee.
5+ Star for Sales team. Great experience. Works well with customer. Paper handling and title/registration dept "upstairs" is AWFUL. 1 month from buying and still not received papers. False promised 3 times already saying its mailed out (outright lies). Everytime you call they have excuse for lying previous time. Now my tag expires in 3 days with no papers in hand. That's the "LEGENDS WAY" I guess..
We went into Zeck not knowing what to expect Fran helped us every step of the way and even offered his personal opinion of the truck that I ended up buying! He wasn???t too pushy and helped us every way he could! I will definitely be back and asking for Fran in the future!
