My wife and I’s one car broke down a week before Christmas. We needed something that we could afford and be reliable for her to get to work and for us to run errands. Mike & Alfonso listened to us and fought for us. They gave us every deal and break they could and made it a great experience. We weren’t expecting to buy the brand new 2025 Kona, but it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Not only a great vehicle, but the peace of mind that comes with the warranty, maintenance services, and follow up weeks after purchasing, that made us feel cared for. Months later, I have a new job that requires me in office 5 days a week after working from home for 5 years. After test driving terrible used cars elsewhere, I bring my wife back to see their used cars, feeling as though theirs will be in great condition for a great price. Jim in sales (with Mike’s partnership), again, heard my story and my needs. Showed me some used cars, but made a better deal for a brand new Elantra Sport trim for about the same monthly cost as a used car. Again, fought to give us every deal and break they could to make the numbers work for our life. Went in looking at a 16 Cruze & 18 Malibu, they sold me a brand new 2025 Elantra and couldn’t have felt better about the decision Jim, Alfonso, Mike…Thank you for everything. You made a harrowing ordeal feel so much easier than I could imagine.

I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I live in Illinois and was searching for a jeep wrangler. I looked all over and found a jeep at the Used Car Factory. Contacted the dealership and talked to Joe and set up a time to look at it. Everything was there as Joe said and ready for me. Joe was very helpful and let me take my time and didn't give any pressure at all. I ended up leaving that day, contacted the dealership again and talked to Jay, Joe's brother. I set up a time to come and take the car to an outside mechanic for a 3rd party review. Jay was totally agreeable and was easy to work with as well. I feel I was treated very fairly and Joe, Jay and Dean (Dean is another member of the team) all were very open an honest. Buying a used car means there will be some issues with the car, after all it is used, but I feel very confident in recommending the Used Car Factory. Joe, Jay and Dean all work as a team and are all straight shooters. Bottom line is they seem to work by the golden rule, Do unto others as you would have them do to you. They will treat you fairly.

2021 Kia Seltos review
We leased the car in November, 2020. My wife drove to Massachusetts several times during the next 5 months. Got great gas mileage and handled excellent. We're so happy with the car, we're buying out the lease. I'm 6'5" and have minimal problems getting in and out. I also use a rollator, and have adequate room to transport it in the rear storage area. This is our 5th Kia and have never had any major problems with the brand. Great car for the price.
