Mr. Kwami was a very helpful person because he tried to satisfy my needs by making sure I got the right F-150. He was patient with me and allowed me to take my time when deciding if I had picked out the right car. Furthermore, Mr. Kwami is a friendly person who is always there to help out others by giving them the best services.
Kwami Amegah was great and no pressure selling at all.

I was in need of a service van for my business and Kwami took the time and go through what i need. We look at few van and went for a test drive and i finally made my choice. There were few complications along the was but i was able to get my service van home the same day with Kwami's help. I walked in and left with a new van with fair price that day.
I did not have a nail in tire prior, my car ride as not noisy or bumpy. I was told I needed tires and after coming for the main this that was needed I left and all of sudden the noise began. I got out to see what was going on and my tire had a huge nail. How ironic the dealer told me earlier I needed tires $595, however did not state that there was a nail in one. I did not have a problem riding prior to dealer. I guess that's a tactic to get you to buy from them. They have lost a customer will not purchase another Kia.
Everyone of the people I dealt with at Kia of Bowie were kind and helpful to me! I had been lied to at Kia of Easton and Woodbridge so was very greatful for the treatment I received at Kia of Bowie! They all went out of their way to get me the car I wanted for the price I wanted! Thanks to Mike Izadi, Steven Jones, Anthony Vanchieri and Daniel Leeds! All Great People!!!
Aaron really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He has a great relationship with all his customers and even makes sure every visit is great after you bought your car. When you spend money on a new car you not only want great customer service but you want to buy it from someone who actually cares about your needs.
Went from an Audi to Kia Stinger, very happy with the process. Alexander Wallace was very helpful and respectful, didn't constantly call and harass annoyingly. Time was set to meet and we did. Deal was worked out, happy on both ends. Everyone stayed late to see that I went out happy and taken care of. Would highly recommend to others.

I dreaded taking my V50 in for servicing -- I've had terrible luck getting honest analysis on what needed doing and how much it should cost -- but finally needed to address some issues. Ronald could not have been more professional, pleasant or straight to deal with. He laid out what needed to be done, what could be put off for later and how some money could be saved. I will definitely be back.
On my second Volvo and very satisfied with the buying and servicing experience. Even if I’m having a rough day, I can consistently look forward to working with the people at Don Beyer Volvo in Falls Church.
My car buying experience at King’s Volkswagen couldn’t not have been any better.....Mostly because of Ignacio Rada....he made the whole process a lot smoother. He is a friendly, upbeat, and honest person who does anything in his power to get you what you want. He does his homework telling you about the latest features of the car you might want to buy. He was always available and willing to go out of his way to work with me. Even picking me up to make my purchase. He followed me throughout the whole process making sure I was taken care of, being there every step of the way.
He genuinely cares about his customers. I am sure the rest of the sales staff is just as professional.
Would definitely do business with them again if I need to.

On Halloween 🎃 we got the best treat ever! Our awesome high quality like new 2017 KIA Sedona! Tevin was such a great professional who assisted us with finding the perfect match for our needs and situation. We had to find a new vehicle unexpectedly while working a contract job here in Maryland, 2500 miles away from home. It was a stressful time and we were sure we would have to ???downgrade??? due to our situation. Tevis, Cindy and Chris made us feel welcome, worked with us to find exactly what we needed,EXCEEDED our expectations and made sure we left very happy with our new ???upgrade???-the KIA Sedona. Rocky in the service department also did an excellent job assisting us with a couple of minor repairs to make our van like new. Mr. Steinfein provided excellent knowledge and was extremely courteous. He kept me and my husband informed about the progress of our car throughout our entire wait. We have previously owned both a Mercedes and a BMW but decided to purchase a KIA based on some of our friends who bragged on KIA's high quality customer service. We now have bragging rights, they have the most honest and caring customer service and very knowledgeable staff.
took my 2018 optima in for the free 3000 mile oil change and check over. service dept great oil change only took 45 min but the had to wait another 45 min to for the car wash :( Also when I left they gave me an invoice of the work done. Parts and labor for an oil change was $73.75!!
