2021 Kia Sorento review
I love Kia vehicles! My first was a Spectra. Upgraded to a Sorento and now I am on my 3rd one. The new Sorento exceeds my expectations! THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

2021 Kia Sorento review
I have the Sorento for 2 years now. On long distance drives out of state the seats are very uncomfortable. The trim on the sides windows has to be replace because the finish comes off. The item has been on order for 2 months. Other than the issues I would recommend this car. My daughter still has her 2013 Sorento the engine was replaced this year under warranty.

Love this dealership! Had another fantastic experience buying two vehicles from them over the weekend. We needed a second vehicle and looked at another dealership first, but had one of those old school, high pressure sales experiences and it turned us off. So, we headed to Sport Subaru where we bought our Outback several years ago and had a terrific experience. AJ met us at the door with a friendly handshake and a bright smile. We told him we wanted to look at a Crosstrek and gave him our price range and mileage preferences, and within 10 minutes he had two vehicles waiting and ready to test drive! Then we mentioned our terrible experience prior to stopping at SS. We were looking for a Hyundai Santa Fe originally. He found us two on their lot and we ended up buying the first one we test drove. The price was seven thousand less than the other dealership. After completing financing for the Santa Fe we joked about still wanting the Crosstrek. AJ quickly procured a trade in value for our current Outback, and with a loyalty reward and a little negotiation, we bought that car too! We financed both cars for the price of one at the first dealership we stopped at! Every step of the process was smooth and easy. We were there until 10pm, but it was a busy Saturday and we came in late in the day, not expecting to find two vehicles that suited our needs. We can't thank AJ and Marc enough for their patience and for going above and beyond. This dealership is a whole different experience. They listen, they respect their female customers and they make every step of the process easy. It's a whole different level of professionalism that you'll truly appreciate. We'll never buy a car anywhere else.
