Greenway Kia North serviced my 2022 Kia Telluride on 9/12/25. The service tech registered my car as soon as I arrived at 7:50 am. After waiting an hour, Kia provided a shuttle to take me home. When the service was completed, Kia called, and I order the shuttle. After waiting for the cashier to come, I paid what I thought was a reasonable bill. But no one bothered to inform me if the recalled power seat switch was fixed or part ordered or what. One air pressure sensor has been alarming regularly for the past three months, but the tech could not get it to alarm during the service - so, I will just have to put up with it. Kia North is a nice place, and the staff is friendly enough but were not real informative in my case.

2025 Kia Soul review
Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

No pressure sales and took his time answering my questions, took me on along test drive. Even before I arrived Joey texted me and asked if there were particular colors I was interested in. I told him and he had them pulled up and ready to go. I also highly recommend there service department they have been taking care of my parents, my brothers, and my cars the last 10 years. None of us have ever had any issues with service done on our cars. A shout to Joshua Henry who has been the one taking care of my repairs and my brother always professional.
