Lithia Hyundai of RenoReviews
Lithia Hyundai of Reno review
I recently purchased a new vehicle from Lithia Hyundai of Reno and had the pleasure of working with Holly Jensen. I couldn't be happier with the experience! Holly was fantastic from start to finish. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle, easy to work with, and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. I never felt pressured, and she genuinely took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. What really stood out was her willingness to go the extra mile. The vehicle I wanted wasn't available locally, so Holly took the initiative to locate one outside of Reno to make sure I got the exact car I was looking for. From beginning to end, I felt well taken care of, and the entire experience was a positive one. If you're in the market for a Hyundai, I highly recommend asking for Holly Jensen. She made buying a new car an enjoyable experience!

2021 Kia Soul review
I got a used 2021 only one owner Soul with just 5400 miles in a local dealer, been driving it for two weeks, making 25 to 26 mpg within the city, haven't driven it yet on the road but I can tell it's roomy inside, I am a fat 240 pounds guy and I fit very well behind the wheel. Mine is the basic LW trim but I feel safe and confident. The inside noise is not so high and the ride feels smooth. It has enough power to start quick and easy to move forward. Only dislike is that feature to stop the engine at the light for gas save but fortunately it can be disabled by pressing a key underneath the dashboard on the left.

Reliable HyundaiReviews
Reliable Hyundai review
We visited probably a dozen dealerships during our car search, and Springfield Hyundai was the ONLY one that actually made us feel seen and cared about instead of just another sale. After dealing with pushy attitudes and dealerships acting like they were doing us a favor, this place was such a relief. Vincent went above and beyond helping us find the right vehicle for our family and never made us feel pressured. He actually listened to what we needed, answered questions honestly, and worked with us every step of the way. The managers were also incredibly reasonable, helpful, and willing to work with us instead of giving us a lecture on ‘how car deals work. Like Acura did :) After some really frustrating experiences elsewhere, this dealership restored our faith that there are still good people in car sales. We left feeling respected, heard, and excited about our purchase. Highly recommend asking for Vincent if you stop by

Pat McGrath ChevylandReviews
Pat McGrath Chevyland review
McGrath?s is a family-run business, and they are very involved in the day-to-day operation. Pat, his daughters, and his son are what make this business what it is. They are #1 in the state of Iowa, and that means something when you have five or more other dealers within 50 miles. Then you have Chevyland, where Melissa Corken, Colin Peters, and Scott Roshar are a big part of what makes the service department what it is. They have built a great team and create an environment that customers notice. Then there is the Chevy Truck Shop, which, in my opinion, is the best service department in Iowa. The experience back there is just amazing. The staff and technicians are great, and when you walk in, you are greeted with a smile that is infectious. That kind of atmosphere and customer service is what makes people want to come back.

White Bear SubaruReviews
White Bear Subaru review
Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

Cheryl is an ideal salesperson. When we arrived, she asked if we were looking for a new or used car. We wanted a used car. She asked our price range and she respected that, without pushing us higher. She provided CarFax data for the cars we considered, printing it out so we could take time to read it. We selected two cars. She got them ready for test drives, and did a walk around discussion for each one. After all that, she waited patiently for us to decide what to do. The story had a happy ending - we eventually bought a third choice after a lot of discussion. We definitely recommend working with Cheryl!

McGrath Volkswagen of MarionReviews
McGrath Volkswagen of Marion review
EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and PRICING: Having purchased more cars than shoes, at least it seems like this, I am very familiar with dealers and the process. We purchased our 2025 VW ID BUZZ through McGrath of Marion due to the pricing and ease. We saved almost 20k in doing so and working with the sales team [BLAKE] was like dealing with family or a friend; transparent. But more so, the follow up service was what makes the whole experience worthwhile. We had a minor glitch on transport. And McGrath took full responsibility for this. We appreciate this level of integrity. This was all handled thousand plus miles away on the phone. No xx, no dancing around ... everything was straight up and handled. Overall, we HIGHLY recommend McGrath of Marion for all car related purchases.
