2020 Kia Sportage review
This vehicle runs and handles beautifully. Easy to maneuver the engine runs smooth and great on fuel .. Find looking as well . if you are looking for a medium SUV this one is just right . I usually have a hard time climbing into the average SUV but as a female I found it to be easy to hop in and out . Great vehicle ..

Thornton Automotive Dover review
I Purchased a 2015 Tacoma TRD PRO on line. I'm 3 1/2 hours away so everything was phone and email. Couldn't have been an easier process. I was sent a video walk around of the truck and the manager pointed out every little rock chip or imperfection. From Wes the Manager to Brian in Finance to Ryan in Sales...Top Notch! I'm like a lot of people that don't like dealing with a car dealer...I've had bad experiences in the past. This was the smoothest, easiest transaction I've ever had at a dealership. The truck was priced fairly and when the shipper delivered it, the condition was exactly as I was told, No Surprises! I would buy from these guys again in a heartbeat. It's nice to deal with responsive people that shoot straight and do what they tell you they will do! Great Job Thornton Automotive.

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

2020 Kia Sportage review
First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

2020 Kia Sportage review
I started with a 2010 KIA Forte and absolutely loved it. I now have a 2020 KIA Sportage and love this as well. The quality and performance of the KIA far outweighs any cars I previously owned; especially the warranty. I love the all wheel drive. The fact it seats 5 comfortably is perfect for me, and the back seat folds down for extra storage. The sportage is a very smart looking vehicle as well as functional. It is very easy to drive and just the right size. You can't go wrong with a KIA.

2024 Kia Sportage review
Our 2024 Sportage X Pro Prestige AWD suv is possibly the best suv we've ever owned. Only owned it 1 month, so really early in the ownership phase. Love the upgraded trim line's interior, the really wide display screen and the wolf gray exterior paint with the black top! Ride is very smooth and the 30.2 MPG average is very acceptable. On the highway only, get closer to 35 mpg. Recommend it to a family of 4 or less. Only downside is that it has much less pep starting out from lights; good thing we are retired and not in a big hurry! LOL

2023 Kia Sportage review
I've had this car for nearly 2 years but have less than 7.000 miles on it, so maybe this isn't a fair judgement, but so far, it's been great. I got the basic gas model. No problems. Had one weird thing where i didn't realize that I couldn't move the car AT ALL with the door ajar, and the car freaked out & seized up! But once I figured that out, and learned how to use all the tech, it's been great. It actually turns out to be a bit small for my needs, but other than that, great . . .

2017 Kia Sportage review
I purchased a good deal, but it turned out that it had an almost brand new engine, so the deal was much better. Why the new engine? Because the old one was leaking oil. Yes, oil leaks and oil consumption is the major issue people on this car, I had read about it. As having a new engine, I don´t have the issue yet, but I am aware, and I care the oil. Other than that, it provides power and it is reliable. On the left hand, the habitability and visibility in the interior is not the best to say something. To enter I have to bend my head down a bit, and I am a short guy. Also, at high speeds, it is not very stable on the steering; you need to grab the steering wheel and correct a little bit. In summary, I am happy because of what I got for very cheap. But for a regular price, it wouldn´t be my first option, nor the last one either.

Getty Auto Sale & Service review
While the original car I was searching for was on a test drive when I got there they happily found me another within the price range and body style I was looking for, while it was older then I was searching it ended up being great and they were working with my grandfather and I quickly and efficiently, doing the paperwork and detailing the car at the same time. Only downsides were accidental miscommunication about when to get the tags and then u can tell the detailing was rushed as the inside of the glove box still was dirty (not bad but like tiny leaves and stuff) and when folding down the back seat in that crack.
2022 Kia Sportage review
Excellent car ,no problems with 33 K miles. Rides quite and very solid. Interior seems to be top quality material. Radio is nice and great sound. No chips on exterior paint. Tires are exceptional. I hit some large holes in the roads and the tires are fine. Car has nice little features like dual sliding roof. There are other features like 4 different driving modes, lighted door handles on outside. There are other things. I will keep this for 2 more years.

2026 Kia Sportage review
Honestly one of the best vehicles I’ve owned so far. My Kia Sportage has been super reliable, comfortable on long drives, and surprisingly good on gas. The interior feels modern and spacious, and the ride is smooth whether I’m driving around town or on the highway. Haven’t had any major issues with it and it’s been a great daily driver overall. Definitely recommend it if you want something practical that still looks nice and feels good to drive.

I had a fantastic experience with Joshua at Turner Kia! I initially reached out looking for more information and ultimately decided to start the buying process remotely. Joshua maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured. He was transparent about the financing options, kept me updated every step of the way, and worked hard to find the best deal available for me. He made the whole process feel less overwhelming as a first time buyer, and I am grateful for that. By the time I arrived at the dealership, everything was organized and ready to go, making the delivery process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate all of his help and would absolutely recommend asking for Joshua if you’re looking for a new vehicle!

Fred Beans Kia of Mechanicsburg review
It's been a few months since we purchased our 2023 Kia Telluride, but I wanted to write and give a commendation to Fred Beans Kia and specifically our salesperson, Ray Velez. With a growing family, we knew we needed to upgrade from sedan life. We did our research and knew the Telluride was the best bet, short term and long term, so in that regard, Ray didn't need to sell us on the vehicle. However, it was reassuring that he knew his way around the Telluride, was friendly and patient and displayed a sense of humor. Because of our schedule conflicts and a desire to move relatively quickly through the process, I really appreciated Ray coming in on a day off to walk us through the sale. While I realize it's a "sale," it still showed a devotion to us as customers, and it made our buying process much less stressful. Ray also worked well with us to make sure we paid for what we wanted, didn't pay for what we didn't, and set us up with the financial folks to officially get us into the Kia family. Ray Velez and Fred Beans Kia did right by us through the sales process, and we really enjoy our new Telluride and look forward to keeping it a long time.

Fred Beans Kia of Mechanicsburg review
We needed to replace a mid size SUV after the sudden failure of our 2011 GMC Acadia. We knew what we were looking for. Our sales person, Ray Schuenemann, was great. We had a ton of questions, and if he did not know the answer, he got the answer. He took the time with us...no rush and no pressure. He has been in the business for many years, and in fact, we had met him about 10 yrs ago at another dealership (did not buy then, but he was likewise good to deal with at that time.) He has owned and operated dealerships over his career. He is not a high pressure guy like we have run into at other dealerships. If you go to this Kia dealership in Mechanicsburg, ask for Ray Schuememann. We purchased a 2020 Kia Sorento...just what we were looking for and what we needed. after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

CarMax Glencoe (Edens Expy) review
I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.

What a wonderful experience. I drove 2 1/2 hours to make my purchase and was not disappointed in the least. The vehicle was as represented, the sales person was wonderful. The management was friendly and low pressure and I am completely satisfied. This dealership has been in the same family for over 100 years, it’s no wonder they’ve been successful. Thank you Jayden, Jared, Christopher and Kyle.

Heritage Honda of WestminsterReviews
Heritage Honda of Westminster review
After reading reviews and ratings for the top brands of SUV hybrids, shopping around for a few weeks, and then driving each one, I decided on the Honda CR-V. I didn’t have any bad experiences at the various dealerships. (Thank goodness dealerships are clearly making attempts to change their image and processes). Buying a new car has never been a favorite experience for me! But I have to say that my experience was stellar at Heritage Honda, with outstanding assistance from James Whittaker. He was [every positive adjective you can imagine] patient, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, informative, helpful, and conscientious with regard to my time and my budget. I never felt pressured, but instead felt that the team 1) worked together as a team, rather than competing against one another and 2) wanted to help me to find the right car for my needs. I am very pleased with my purchase and delighted with the service that I received. Thank you!

Buchanan KiaReviews
Buchanan Kia review
Great experience from beginning to end. My first point of contact was over phone with Rick. He knew exactly what I was looking for and reached out when a vehicle matching my description got delivered. I immediately headed to the dealership and loved what I saw, but had to talk it over with family. After have had gone to other dealerships, I decided that no one could match Buchanan's prices or customer service. Dealing with Tom, the GSM, to make sure we were financed quickly and properly was easy and nothing like I have ever experienced at another dealership. Everyone here was great and made car buying a wonderful process! Will definitely be recommending Buchanan Kia to all my friends and family and we will be back if we need another car in the future! Thanks for the amazing customer care and service!!
2026 Kia Sportage review
I purchased 2026 KIA SPORTAGE and I absolutely, positively love the car. The electronics is intuitive and a joy to use! The vehicle is also easy to handle. My KIA has all the bell and whistles one would expect in a much more expensive car. Test drive one and you will fall in love just the way I did!

Heritage Honda of Westminster review
Our experience with Heritage Honda was OUTSTANDING! From our initial telephone discussions with Sue and Joan, Sales Manager to onsite discussions with Eyoungmbi, we were very pleased with the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Specifically, Eyoungmbi in response to family medical needs brought out a 2022 CRV so that we could determine differences between the 2022 and 2025 Honda CRV. Additionally, Eyoungmbi explained to us the differences between the Honda CRV LX, EX and EX-L models. Upon selection and approval of our Honda CRV Nancy did an excellent job walking us through our warranty options. Our experience with Heritage Honda over 2 days was OUTSTANDING!
2024 Kia Sportage review
I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car
