after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

I've had this car for nearly 2 years but have less than 7.000 miles on it, so maybe this isn't a fair judgement, but so far, it's been great. I got the basic gas model. No problems. Had one weird thing where i didn't realize that I couldn't move the car AT ALL with the door ajar, and the car freaked out & seized up! But once I figured that out, and learned how to use all the tech, it's been great. It actually turns out to be a bit small for my needs, but other than that, great . . .

A1 service clean and customer service was great and have to say the restroom was spotless.

I've had my SX Prestige gas model for a year and a half. I have been very satisfied with this car. The interior design is very user friendly as are the tech features. I have had a few minor issues. When the car was new the active air flap system wasn't working properly as the flaps were stuck. I kept getting strange powertrain errors when the issue was the air flaps. It took two visits to the dealer to fix the problem. The other issue I have is the lights on the A/C Radio combination panel are too dim to see when it is sunny out even though I have it set to 100% illumination. Dealer doesn't have a clue how to fix it so I live with it. Other than that the car has been great. The engine is underpowered, but I learned to use the sport mode when I need power and it works acceptably. The ride is comfortable and with the rear seats down I have plenty of room to carry my things even though they say it's small for its class. I like the size. Not to small and not to big. The interior is roomy for a car this size. The MPG's average around 27 for me. I get over 30 on the highway. For the features you get at this price, it can't be beat. All of the safety features have worked flawlessly. The car has been working out well for me and I would recommend it.

I had an interaction with Mike regarding a Toyota Avalon. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. I was impressed with the dealership. Unfortunately, the vehicle wasn't what I was looking gor.

I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

I got a good deal on the car. Tyler was great to work with. If there was one thing to complain about, it was the time it took to work things out. I was there for four hours, just wish we could’ve cut down on the time.

Purchased the car over 6 months ago. Loving it so far. Regular gas, lower insurance rates, comfort when driving 4 hours+ trips. Great gas mileage and great in the rain. No issues at all.

Having always hated the car buying experience, I so dreaded having to replace my vehicle of 10 years. However, Jose Barina is just a great Salesperson. Honest and explains it so easily. As well, he worked out a very fair deal. I am most impressed as he is like what sales people were like when I was young.... over 50 years ago+++ (I am in no way related or knew of him until this past week. Hey if you are buying a car stop going up and down because it's worth going to Central Chevrolet. I just bought a 2024 Tahoe and I had an outstanding experience. I felt very comfortable working with Tim Giacalone because he is friendly, knolegeable, and honest. Tim was pretty straightforward, the team from finance are really nice people that go the extra mile to make a difference finding the best rates. I even meet their chocolate lab support dog ; ) Central was transparent. The information about the car was accurate on their website, it was very quick and easy to call, test drive and learn more about the car. For me, Central felt like a wellstablished local company that cares about their customers because they take care of you like family. In the past I had looked for cars dealerships in Boston, Albany, Burlington in Hartford, Danbury down to RI and NJ, but I realize now that it's better to buy local, from the source... Central Chevrolet! I have been at the Big E fair for many years and I know Central Chevrolet it's been a sponsor for many organizations and they do the parade and other activities in the fair and the community. Our 2024 Sportage X Pro Prestige AWD suv is possibly the best suv we've ever owned. Only owned it 1 month, so really early in the ownership phase. Love the upgraded trim line's interior, the really wide display screen and the wolf gray exterior paint with the black top! Ride is very smooth and the 30.2 MPG average is very acceptable. On the highway only, get closer to 35 mpg. Recommend it to a family of 4 or less. Only downside is that it has much less pep starting out from lights; good thing we are retired and not in a big hurry! LOL

This was our second time working with Derrick Buccacio and finding a vehicle we love. Derrick is always personable and professional. He doesn’t pressure you into things and is honest. One thing that stands out with me about him is he always gets back to you whether he thinks he’s making a sale or not. A lot of salesmen I notice only care to contact you back if they think they’re making money off you. Derrick always gets back to our questions and concerns regardless. To us that says a lot about his character and makes us always wants to go through him to get a vehicle. We highly recommend Derrick to anyone.

2026 Sportage X-Line. Great car, comfortable, smooth ride. I was amazed at the insane number of extra features you get for your money. I feel like I'm driving a $60k car. You definitely won't win any races with this car, but it isn't made to be a race car. I test drove a Hybrid and they have more get up and go.

First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

2014 Sportage SX is an outstanding vehicle, has almost every a fully-loaded Audi does. I've had no issues over 68k miles, car is tight, has no squieks or rattles anywhere. The local Kia dealership has excellent people and great service.

This is a very good car dont listen to all these other comments they just dont know how to drive this is a great car brand i recomend for any age group

These guys have been in business forever, and they are one of the few garages in the area that is certified to do state emissions testing. It looks like a bunch of the other dealers in the area bring their cars there for service too. So why not just cut out the middleman? All their cars look great, and I would totally buy from them!

sometimes I have problems with the ignition of the engine I enter the key and it does not start i reported the problems to the dealer

Dealership was fair and sales staff were great to work with. Pricing was competitive and all in all not a bad place to shop.

This vehicle runs and handles beautifully. Easy to maneuver the engine runs smooth and great on fuel .. Find looking as well . if you are looking for a medium SUV this one is just right . I usually have a hard time climbing into the average SUV but as a female I found it to be easy to hop in and out . Great vehicle ..

I'm a repeat customer-purchased a Ridgeline in 2009 and loved it. Came back and bought a 2025 and found it to have better gas mileage & a better ride! James P. in sales was great - honest, straight forward and thorough. Hope he's still there when I need my next truck!

My Kia Sportage Xpro has more electronic toys than necessary but, it doesn't include A door mirror adjustment that is electronically automatically adjusted to the driver and the mirror adjustment button isn't even illuminated.
