Best car buying experience to date (and I've bought a LOT)

I first encountered this dealership & Greg Bullard when I submitted an email request for pricing information on a car (New 2016 Kia Soul) I found online. I would never have visited this dealership as it's not in close proximity to my home. Typically when I submit an email inquiry I intentionally leave my phone number off the submission as I do not want to be hounded by sales people. In this instance we had just had a VERY negative experience last week at a different dealership and I was hesitant to even check out a different one. I've bought over a dozen cars in the DFW metroplex (I have 3 teenagers and we survived a very bad hail storm in 2016). That being said, Greg was very prompt in his response, he didn't hound me for my cell # through email and when I explained that I was interested in this vehicle for my daughter for a surprise on her 16th birthday, he jumped into action and helped me with the logistics. I submitted the credit app online, I negotiated the rate / payments via text message with Greg (15 texts total). Greg made sure the car was ready to go, even went so far as to arrange a big red bow to be on it, and to call me the morning of pick up to "plan our story" so the surprise went smoothly. I had let him know ahead of time that we weren't interested in any extended warranties etc. I should add that AFTER we had agreed on price, he realized we were eligible for another $400 military rebate and he disclosed that, so our price dropped further. When we got into finance, I was curious to see how that would go as we had already "surprised" my daughter. While we were signing, Greg was outside helping her pair her phone and get to know her car. The finance guy "little Mike" was extremely friendly, not pushy at all and respected our decision to pass on any add ons. They do their documents electronically which makes the process very fast, smooth and easy to handle. Even when I ran outside and came back in, there was another salesman that opened the door for me. He asked "Hi there - are you working with someone?" This is an example of a team that works well together, as opposed to dealerships that are vulture like in how they greet customers. The 2016 Kia Soul we bought is our first Kia. I can already tell it will not be our last, and I can tell that any future car buying experiences will be with this dealership, specifically Greg. I could not more highly recommend this dealership and these employees based on our fast, easy and painless process. I wish we lived closer to utilize their service department as well.
