Our salesman Dalip, was friendly and helpful, the purchase process was smooth and streamlined ! Took the vehicle home on Friday , we noticed an oil leak under the car where the oil filter is! Called Dalip who advised to bring it in on Monday , at Hertz I met salesman Richard, who advised that the on site technician will take a look , he advised that the gasket for the oil filter was loose which led to the leak. Richard advised that the technician did fix it and drove test the vehicle and no more leaks! So far so good no more oil spots on my driveway ! I hope it stays leak free since my wife love that car.

I love this Kia Soul. It is my first vehicle to give me better vision from being higher up. I love that. The vehicle rides smoothly and is a joy. My Soul is a metallic gray. I love the brake lights! I got into an accident and had to buy another car. Settled on the 2023 RAV 4. Cyril was not pushy. After signing some papers he showed me the Carfax report and I was shocked to see that the used vehicle I bought was involved in a minimal accident. He said everything was repaired like the bumper. I got the vehicle under the premise everything was repaired. I was told I could get my old plate from my wrecked car the next day. It would be ready for me by the time I get there. So, went there the next day, plate still on the car. Had to ask 3 people if they could just unscrew the rusty screws so I could get my plate. No one helped me, so I saw a female employee and she asked Dave from the body shop to help me and he did. He was awesome. Tried all types of tools to unscrew the screw. He got them off with no complaints. Thank you Dave for being very helpful even if it wasn’t your job!

2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

He let me know what’s going on because keep in mind I don’t live in Orlando so I was skeptical of it being a scam. He let me know showing proof everything was legit and gave me peace of mind in buying a car. Dude was patient with me even when I became a little anxious about getting the car. He had the paperwork to me in less than 48 hours never seen so much dedication in a sale. Dude was kind and honest. If other sales men was like him alot of us would be broke . Brandon was phenomenal, it’s a super clean facility nice supply of snacks very spacious no private offices for sales to my knowledge so feels a little chaotic. The Cary buying process took a few hours but ultimately we were able to find our dream car. The fees were a little high but the big man needs to make that money. Pleasant staff lots of parking and clean rest rooms. Handicap accessible. But the staff we worked with Connor and Brandon were great great communication and tried their best to get us in and out and get us the deal we wanted.

2024 Kia Soul review
This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

We are so happy with our new Telluride from Kia of Clermont! Everyone was very friendly. We had our three younger boys with on the day we purchased and everyone worked hard to make the sales process as quick and smooth as possible! I will say it takes some patience to purchase a Telluride (or any car) in today's market, but Kia of Clermont seemed to get new Tellurides in each week and listened to our must-have's and let us know when a Telluride was available that matched our needs. Charissa and Tyler worked really hard to get us the Telluride that worked best for our family! They both had great communication and weren't pushy. Overall - Really nice facility, good selection and great staff! I highly recommend!

2021 Kia Stinger review
The Stinger GT Line (4 Cylinder Turbo) is fabulous. It has plenty of get up and go. When merging onto a highway, you look at the speedometer and you can't believe how quickly you have hit 100 MPH. The MPG at only 22 is a little disappointing. However, I do usually cruise at about 80. Reliability with the exception of one thing (which I will get to) has been excellent. I am 6' 1" tall, so getting in and out of the Stinger without bagging your head is a little difficult (that is why I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 for Comfort). I do regret not going for the little extra cost and buying the GT (instead of the GT Line). The GT does have a few extra standard options which I now wish I had. Now.... the only real negative about the vehicle. I took delivery on March 1, 2021 and since that day... still until today (July 19, 2023) my Apple CarPlay will NOT stay engaged in the vehicle. Sometimes it does not engage at all. Sometimes, just for a short while. Sometimes constantly engaged and disengaging. Sometimes, it engages for the first leg of a trip and not for the return leg of the trip. Sometimes it engages for days and then, it does not engage for days. There is no rhyme or reason for whether it will or will not engage. Kia has changed the radio, the USB Port (this is WIRED [NOT wireless] Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay) and the radio harness. They cannot find a fix. Kia has admitted that they there is a problem and the Engineers are working on it. This has been an ongoing problem for more than 2 years. This is the major reason why I have not rated the vehicle 5 out of 4 stars.
