Had a great experience working with Gary on our purchase of a new CX-5. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he immediately put us at ease with his friendly demeanor and no pressure attitude. He listened to our preferences and was very patient with our many questions. He worked hard to get all the paperwork in order so the car would be ready quickly and kept us informed of his progress. I had jokingly asked for a big bow on the car, like you see in commercials, and on the day of pickup I was greeted with a big red bow on the windshield! This confirmed our opinion that Gary goes above and beyond and really cares about his customers, even after the sale is made. Before handing off the keys to us, he took the time to go over the many features of the car and never made us feel rushed. Overall this was one of the best experiences we've ever had and would highly recommend Gary and Lannan Mazda as the place to go for a car.
Kelly Jeep in Methuen has that largest inventory in the area & the purchasing process could have been easier or smoother. We were treated fairly & without any pressure to buy. Our Sales rep, Phil Prieur was extremely knowledgable & able to patiently walk us through the various Jeep models & options, making our ability to make an informed choice very easy. I looked at the Kia Cadenza and the car was comfortable and stylish. However, I did not purchase the car because of limited selection and the dealer would not be able to trade with others,condidered looking elsewhere but ended up with another option. Kevin Johnson is a young man who did a fantastic job as our salesman, He actually knew about the car and treated us with respect throughout the process. He was in contact with us daily after we signed for the car and made sure that the car was ready for pickup later in the week. He is a nice kid and was a pleasure to deal with.

I simply purchased a new 2018 Sportage Ex SUV. I haven't had a chance to use any of their other facilities. I wish the car got better fuel ecomomy, but I'm very happy with the style and options, and comfort.

He knew what car I wanted and all the features. One of the nicest low pressure sales person I have came across. I love my Niro and I couldn't picture myself driving anything else. Hi, I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Canyon SLT from another dealer with 1650 miles on it and something called Teen Driver was active on it. The dealer I purchased it from was unable to reset the Teen Driver mode and suggested I call GMC. After multiple calls to GMC, OnStar, and trips to four other dealers who all told me they had never heard of resetting the Teen Driver, I spoke with a women named Cassidy in your Service department who took down my contact information and told me that she would look into the issue and get back to me. The next day I received a call from Chris Proteau who had asked me to stop in when I had time and he would be happy to look into the issue for me. I stopped in to Lannan Chevrolet after work and Met Chris who took a look at my truck and was able to reset the computer in a matter of minutes. The great customer service that I received from Chris and Cassidy was exceptional and beyond any service experience I have received at any other dealer. Moving forward You will be my first choice for all my automotive needs.
