Great customer service. My Kia Sportage drives very comfortably. Love the heated seats. Great for carrying large items cause you can put the back seats down.

Salesperson: Farooq Bashir. He is excellent at his job. He explained all the details clearly and patiently, and ensured that I understood everything before proceeding.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

I came to AutoNation Toyota Winter Park with zero intention of buying a Toyota ? and definitely not a new one. My wife and I originally came to look at a used vehicle, but it turned out that the car we were interested in wasn?t even on the lot ? it was located in another city. Since we were already there, we decided to stay and casually look at the new 2026 Toyota lineup, without any real expectations or plans. To be completely honest, Toyota was not on my list at all. My main concerns were price, build quality for the U.S. market, and the clear difference compared to what I?ve seen in Europe. On top of that, the financial aspect was a major factor for me, and the price-to-quality ratio honestly worried me. Everything changed when I saw a 2026 Toyota Corolla on the lot. I looked at the MSRP, then noticed a number of additional fees that were unclear to me. I wanted to understand the real out-the-door (OTD) price, so I asked for help from the sales consultants. Unfortunately, the first three consultants were either unwilling or very unmotivated to explain the details ? probably because my questions weren?t the most comfortable ones. At that point, I was frustrated and ready to leave, fully deciding that I wouldn?t come back. And then the turning point happened. Right as I was about to exit the dealership, I finally met people who approached me with a completely different mindset ? calm, respectful, and customer-oriented. It didn?t work out with the first person, but with the second one we finally started to move toward the first real step of a deal. I received the information I was looking for, and at the negotiation table I was honestly surprised by the fact that the dealer was thinking not only about their own profit, but about making the deal fair and reasonable for both sides. Considering my previous negative experiences with other dealerships, this stood out a lot. We decided to take one day to think about whether the car was worth the money. The key factor that ultimately influenced our decision was the way the entire team worked during that time ? they did everything right to make sure I wanted to return, without pressure or manipulation. The next day I came back, and we finalized the deal. I would also like to mention one important point regarding financing. I know my credit score and credit history very well, and I believe that customers should always receive maximum transparency about the real APR they are getting from the bank. Transparency builds trust, and trust is critical in deals like this. In the end, the deal was completed successfully, but this is an area that can always be improved. That said, I purchased the car from this dealership, and I am genuinely grateful to the AutoNation Toyota Winter Park team. They did serious work to keep me as a completely cold customer. I have over 15 years of experience in sales myself, and I truly understand how much skill, patience, and the right approach it takes to close a deal like this. Special thanks , as well as the gentleman from the finance department who finalized the paperwork with us ? thank you for your patience and for clearly explaining important details. I also really appreciated a small but telling detail: while we were at the dealership, the team offered sandwiches and drinks. It may seem minor, but it showed me how well they understand and respect the fact that buying a car can take several hours, sometimes even a full day. First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

Each step of the process was flawless and Jeffrey went above and beyond to make sure not a moment of our time was wasted. We made the drive for the specific deal he provided and couldn?t be happier!

You found the best place to buy a used car. Shortly after purchasing the car, it developed a problem. The dealership did not say sorry it's a used car purchased as is but they "stepped up to the plate" to take care of the problem. The service advisor Sebastian, service manager, Eddie, sales manager, Bryan and Claudio , our salesman all provided excellent customer service. I am so glad I went to Napleton's Volkswagen to purchase a used care for my daughter.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

I usually have a hard time climbing into the average SUV but as a female I found it to be easy to hop in and out . Great vehicle ..
