Always a positive experience. I am offered transportation home or to other location, if needed. My service advisor is attentive, accessible and updates me on status of car repair. His recommendations are clear and will tell me if needed at time of service or if may be done in the near future. I do to feel like he is trying to upsell anything.

2020 Suburban Premier has all the bells and whistles! We love the comfort and safety of this vehicle. Even the gas mileage is not as "terrible" as we feared it could be, averaging for our driving needs about 18.7 mpg. There are a couple of issues with our particular vehicle that are issues, however... the running boards that are supposed to automatically roll out, don't always! I have gotten underneath and rinsed the joints with WD40 and lubricated them, and it is better, but still not 100%. The second row seats (captain chairs) do not adjust forward and backward. I am a tall fellow (6'3"), so you do not want to sit behind me! That is simply a design/engineering flaw. We are currently having sporadic issues with the tire inflation sensors and they are probably starting to need replacement. Buy a used car, expect some minor repairs! Would I buy it again? ABSOLUTELY!

I came here and bought a 2013 Chrysler 300 about a week ago and love the car. It's a great car and very much just a luxury car. The sales person I had was Beverly and she was also great. Only bad thing was how long it took to buy the car. But so far I really like it.

Got my CT5 about 5 months ago...it is everything I expect from Cadillac. Love the interior and the exterior style reeks of class and performance! The police have flagged me down only to compliment the car! I'm a GM girl and they continue to make me proud. LOVE my CT5! :+)

I fell in love with the new bodystyle Maxima when it came out in 2016. I have it now for 7 years now with 99,212 miles and it is still drives smoothly. It's my baby. I am planning to put another 100,000 miles. I have no single problem at all but of course I am faithfully get it serviced. Sad that this will be the last year that they are making the Maxima. By the way, I named her Maxie.

I've owned Chevy Impala's for many years. Had one with a 3.9 motor that was running like new with 179,000 miles on it,till someone hit. Next one had a 3.5 motor and it ran amazing. But I been looking for a very very long time for this Impala and found one,so I grabbed it. The 3.5 I had before this one had 150,000 miles ran perfect. The one has the 3.6 motor. Hope it works out the same. Love it

this is an awesome car. Mine was white withe the black top red leather seats, which is very hard to find. I found one bought it out of state delivered to my home 10 months ago. Almost a month ago some jerk speeding hit the front. Totaled my car. wont ever be another like it. it was a lot of fun to drive, handling was great around turns, very reliable sporty car powerful and fast

Cars. Com helped me narrow down what make and model I was looking for. And who had it. Then I called the dealership, right away I talked to Eric he was enthused to find the car I looked up online to see if they still had it on the lot. I called Tuesday and told him I would make it in before work. He said not a problem I'll be here waiting for you gave me great directions to get there even gave me his personal number! I unfortunately didn't make it in that day so we rescheduled till Friday around five pm. Well I have three kids and always on the go so I called him and said I would be running late, he said not a problem I'll be here till 7pm. Well of course my husband and I ran into traffic we were coming from San Jose. He called and said you guys still coming? I said yes running late traffic is bad. Well we got there just around seven. He met us upfront and was nice very personable. Enthused about showing us our options. We test drove two cars. And weighed out our option. Filled some paper out. He came bk we told him what we had on the table what payments we wanted monthly. Term. Then he came bk and said you got it. And mind you our credits weren't a great! But anyways he met our needs! Then we met with the money man(finance) he was friendly as well. Was personable talked to is like people instead of dollar signs! Filled out some papers and then it was a wrap! Eric came back and gave us our new car with a tank of gas! So we got there at 7pm left there around 9ish. Not too shabby! And I was expecting all day, nope not at this dealership! All of Erics colleagues came by and said Congrats, enjoy your Car I thought that was nice! So all and all I plan on coming here next time I need a car! Great customer service. Great selection! Definitely would recommend this dealership and talk to Eric!!! Five stars all the way! I work retail so I know all about customer service!

So far, this has been a great car. Good gas mileage, good ride, good service, except for one issue with fuel injectors. Out of town dealership relaced quickly and professionaly and got us back on the road.

The very best experience of any dealership I have ever had. I was looking to trade-in my 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn. I called everywhere within a 100 mile radius. No one had anything close to what I wanted, until I called San Leandro Chrysler and talked with Vanessa Abaunza. When she answered I asked the same question as I had for every call before her. I told her, I'm looking for a 2021 RAM 1500 Limited Longhorn. No sooner having said these words, and she said, you have good taste. I thought for a moment, is she being real or just being a sales rep. Then she said, I love the Longhorn, it's my favorite and she went on and on about it. No other sales rep from any dealership told me I have good taste. She made me feel great from the very start. She had me at "Hello"... She continued asking, what exactly I was looking for on the truck and what color? I wanted everything in Delmonico Red. She immediately said, I have it. I was skeptical, but curious. Can you show me? Next thing I knew, I was looking online at the truck of my dreams. I asked, how did you do that? I have spoken to every dealership and no one had anything close. I was about to give up and then you pull this out from nowhere. My heart was pounding, I could hardly speak a word from that point. I about had tears I was so beside myself. Her next words were, when do you want to come see it? I explained that I was about 80 miles away. She came back with, I have customers that come from everywhere, just to buy from us here at San Leandro Chrysler. I told her, I really don't want to drive 2 hours one way just for this truck. She came back with, is this the truck you want and have been looking for? My answer, Y E S ... she then said, what's 2 hours, if you get the exact truck you want? Well, I had to agree, she had me and I knew it and I wasn't going to let anyone have that truck but me. There was a lot of details left out in this review, but I want everyone reading to understand that I have never ever encountered a better sales than her. She is the very best. I love her. She was honest, sincere, funny, just the most amazing person to deal with. We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

This is a great car! I love the features, esp the sport function, which gives you a boost if you need to jump on it. Obviously, some people don't use this feature or don't know what it does. When getting on the freeway, I always use it, then simply turn it off when necessary. I usually get about 34-36 mpg on long trips and around town about 28-32mpg. The one and only complaint I have is that it is too low to the ground and sometimes it's very difficult to get in. If I move the driver's seat back, it makes it easier. I am the original owner of a 2017. The other features i like are the backup camera, electric side view mirrors, speak feature to make calls, the interior is gorgeous, the hatchback. I just really love this car. I have never had a problem with it. If you're looking for a reliable car, this is it!

Bought this vehicle pre-owned in 2019 at a fabulously discounted price. Had only 19,000 miles on it at the time (probably only driven to church and the grocery by a nice widow). Now, in 2025, has 55,000 miles on it. Probably the best automobile I have ever owned. Performance is outstanding, repair history as good if not better than any other vehicle I owned. I added a BMW-focused, after-market Carplay system in 2021 to my existing onboard electronics system. Has worked very well and did an admirable of replacing the BMW Connected Drive system after the latter went dark. Biggest problem has been the tires wore out and I am replaciong the back struts and shocks, but some of that may be my fault. Otherwise, subjected to routine maintenance and had NO issues. Would buy again in a minute.

I’m extremely satisfied with this dealership, both sales and service. I bought my 2017 Elantra here and have driven from Watsonville for every maintenance and every Auto Butler. Every person I have had contact with has been very polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating. From warranty repair, to extending my prepaid maintenance contract, to rubbing out water spots (going the extra mile), to explaining techy things that I didn’t fully understand, I have only great things to say about Capitol Hyundai.
