Throughout the discovery and then purchase process, John Busse was informative, knowledgeable, and willing to patiently work with me to identify the best vehicle and purchase options for me. Once I picked up the vehicle, he spent additional time helping me get familiar with all its features and gave me the assurance that I could call whenever I had additional questions. This was a great experience...easy, no hassle.... and I love my new vehicle!
I've never in my life had such a wonderful experience at a dealer. Nor any repair shop. They sent a text reminding me of the appointment. Upon arriving, I was puled into the receiving area. The service manager (I forgot both their names) can out and knew why I was there. I mentioned a couple other things which were bothering me. They were excellent in communication about what they found and the additional costs. I had made the appointment as the right front passenger door was stuck in "superlock" and would not open. I mentioned that the brake light on the dash would not go out. They installed the correct front brake pads and rotors and installed the wiring for the wear sensors. They also did a full vehicle check and found a couple other things which will be addressed at a later date.
It now has the correct parts and works much better.
I will be visiting again to address the other issues.

Drove around 45 miles to pick up our new SUV. They had the best deals and even had the car PA inspected and full tank of gas. I’ve had Mercs and Beemers and never had this type of service. Very pleased and will definitely deal with again if picking up another Land Rover.
We were in a bind when our brakes wore down to nothing while on a road trip. Sean was attentive and helpful from the get go. He was able to accommodate us right away and work swiftly to get us new brakes and tires and get us back on the road in no time. His pricing was fair and he and the service crew worked through lunch to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. We are very grateful that they took such good care us and kept us comfortable while we waited. Thank you Sean and to all the service guys who got this done so efficiently. We are very grateful!

Matt Swoboda (sales manager) has always been friendly and ready to meet our every reasonable need. Gary Combs and Brian Sich have always ensured they listen to our needs and have directed us to vehicles that fit our requirements. The finance department (Aaron Cohen and staff) is one of the fastest that you will ever deal with. He will go to whatever level of details to ensure you understand the details of the financing of your car. The service department has always been top notch. I bought a Buick LaCrosse From this dealer about 7 years ago and had it serviced there during that time period. I always found the service staff to be thoroughly professional and, most importantly, communicative. The waiting area is pleasant and I was able to get a ride to work when necessary. While having that Buick serviced, I needed a loaner car and they loaned me a new Envision. I really liked the car and the sales staff gave me a GREAT deal on a lease. This was confirmed by a relative who is in the car leasing business. I continue to have the car serviced at this dealer and I am happy to recommend others there.
I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles and have never had a better experience than I did with the team at Jake Kaplan’s. My salesperson Brian was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. He wasn’t pushy at all. He introduced me to the GM Chris, who spend time with me going through the particulars of leasing and was extremely helpful hammering out the details. We actually laughed and had fun buying a car! Thanks also to Dan who did a great job explaining the paperwork and registration process. It went very smooth.

The gave us our options as far as negotiating, but never pushy what-so-ever; which was a great change from other dealership experiences. They followed up with us step by step, and make it a fantastic experience. Lisa, the finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. She was very informative and also didn't push us into anything we weren't comfortable with. I would love to have a chance to buy from them again in the future!! Highly recommend!
Everyone was helpful and friendly. First they did an inspection of the damage, to make sure they ordered the correct parts. The parts were ordered, and I received a call when they came in. When I dropped my car off the gave me a loner car, and the next morning recieved a text that my car was ready. Overall it was a good experience.
