In the beginning everything was going well and I had a great feeling for these guys. However, everything changed when I didn’t want to vehicle that they wanted to sell me. I went to trade in my car and get a newer model of the same care just with a few more options. The sales person brings me a write up with 4500,00 down and 506.00 per month. I counter offer with 2000.00 down and the sales person stated they would get back to me in the morning. The next morning came and I didn’t receive a call from anyone; 12:00 noon I called to speak with my sales person who stated he didn’t know what was the deal because he was not in the off the day I test drove the car. He then requested time to look over the application and stated that now I would need 12,000 to 14,000 down in order to do the deal. Needless to say the car was only worth 18,995.00 so I have no idea of where that math came from. However, if you going to shop here good luck because you will definitely need it.
Have had many Porsches and been to many Dealer/repair facilities. Needed a repair on my Cayenne and Boxster as I was traveling through St Louis.....twice in a year. Last repair was a fix on lousy repair job from another place. I was accomdated immediately. Got towed to This dealer and repair done quickly, completely and correctly. I was kept up to date on repair in a timely manner during the process and prices were reasonable. Here is the "over the top". All Porsche dealers wash the Porsche before returning it to customer but none I have gone to before have done it very well and have the rims very clean. My rims were not only clean but shiney. Excellent place with perfect qualified associates.
Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2016 Cayman from Porsche St Louis and the experience was excellent. A very friendly staff and Frank Blackmon was a professional courteous salesperson and he got me a great deal on my vehicle. The Cayman was nearly immaculate and as a bonus Porsche adds on a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty on top of the 2 years left on my original warranty. That's 4 years worry free on a used car. You can't go wrong with that. One small critique. They try and sell you insurance for lost keys, tire and wheel damage and dent protection. I do not think these add-ons are necessary. I did purchase a Llumar protective paint film for the front half of the vehicle. Porsche St Louis contracts the job to Auto Nuovo and they did a top notch installation.
I love Mini of STL which is obvious as this was my 5th Mini purchased there. Working with Kate was easy and efficient. Kate is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I ordered a Mini to be built and Kate put up with my multiple changes and indecisiveness all along the way. I was turning in a leased vehicle which went very smoothly. I will definitely be back when it???s time for Mini #6!
While driving to St Louis for a 2 day meeting meeting, I got a diagnostic warning on the car. Made it (in panic mode) the last 12 miles to my hotel and called the closest BMW dealer just before closing time. I wanted to have the car towed over to the service dept. I was told the service dept was really backed up and to call back when they opened tomorrow morning. When I called back at 7AM, I got Patti Kupfer. She said send it on over and she'd get it looked at and see what they could do. She called back later that day and told me the problem and said the parts were in stock and she thought they could get it finished by the time my meeting was over. True to her word the car was ready as promised! Great service!
It's pretty nerve racking purchasing a car sight unseen from 9-hours away, however Dave made the entire process easy! Dave answered all of my questions and fulfilled my requests in a timely and professional manner; qualities that only one could expect from an expert such as himself. Even though I had only spoken to him on the phone once and the rest through text message, I knew that I was in good hands. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone that would like to purchase one of Dean Team's fine automobiles, but has any qualms due to distance. I can only imagine what purchasing a vehicle from him in person would be like!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Our experience at the Dean Team Subaru was great! The staff was very helpful and nice. In particular we had Andrew Scheetz as our salesperson and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the Subaru we purchased. He was very helpful during the test drive to point out all the features. All in all a wonderful experience. We drove here from central Illinois and would not hesitate to use this dealership and again. Can not recommend them enough.

We went to several closer dealerships before buying our Jeep from Federico. It was worth the drive. Larry Burch in sales and Devin Blazier in management were great to work with. We will go back to Federico when we need another vehicle.
