My service was great. My service advisor (can't remember his name) was professional, helpful and explained what service my car was going to receive. He also suggested recommendations for my car based on the mileage. I needed a ride home and he provided me a courtesy ride that was ready to depart the dealership and I didn't have to wait long for this ride. Which was very important that morning because I had an appointment at my home. The only thing I didn't like was having to go back to the service advisor to received my military discount. The cashier's cage should be able to make the needed adjustments at the window when your military ID is provided. My other vehicle is not a Honda and that is how that dealership handles military discount. But overall everyone I encountered was respectful, professional, and addressed all my questions and concerns.

Bought this for my wife, it is a solidly built vehicle that handles and rides great. Very impressive details around the engineering of the chassis. Standard Vehicles have trim thats for looks to enhance the beauty of the vehicle, The Land Rover Discovery Sport has similar markings but most are functional items. The square rectangles in the bumpers provide Cover for access to the car frame where you attach a bar that can be used toPul the car out of a ditch or sand, but since it weighs 6000 lbs, and is all wheel drive, it would be used for pulling other cars out of ditches. The hood has a raised section that opens to the windshield, it is actually a raised Air intake to reduce the change of the vehicle being damaged if having to drive threw water (2'6" is what it is rated to be able to operate in) The doors and hatch are solid and you can fell that when you close the doors as they are sealed very well. My only issue is I can't afford a Range Rover too...

I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

I’m been a Jaguar & Land Rover mechanic at the same dealership for over 20 years. I’ve had a few Range Rovers myself -all used. I’ve found if there’s a problem you’ll see it early and it’ll be on the CARFAX report clearly noting the malfunction and how many times it’s tried to of been repaired. RUN AWAY IF YOU FIND THIS TO BE THE CASE! If you find a used Range Rover with a clean CARFAX report then it’s built correctly and a worthy buy. Check the CARFAX report and then go from there. It’s the classist SUV on the road and a great car when built with the right parts worked on by quality mechanics vs parts that are defective -generic and continued to be a problem for the next owner. You can easily drive over 200k miles on a well built Range Rover. 2018 is the best year with the lowest complaint due to new electrical harnesses designed and a new computer module. It’s by far the best year this car was built.

i have test driven 5 2020 LRRR over the past year and i have owned 2 2011 LRRR so i made it my new year's pact to stick with one vehicle for the rest of my life and i have made the choice to go into 2021 with the 2021 LRRR i can honestly say not just from owning / test driving but seeing as i am 39% british i know LAND ROVER is one SUV that won't quit or ever let the owner down yes their are stylish and luxurious but they are top shelf quality and safety so if you want the best SUV on the planet GO FOR LAND ROVER and also if you don't mind the MSRP but trust me it is worth everything KUDOS TO MY FELLOW LAND ROVERIANS and GOOD LUCK to those who are in the market 12 / 30 / 2020 is when i found my forever ride

I had a service appointment and dropped off my Jaguar that morning and needed a ride to work so an awesome service rep name Clyde assisted me with a shuttle ride. The shuttle driver’s name was Nygil and he made my commute very comfortable and also educated me along the way about the Range Rover we were riding in. I was dreading dropping off my car to be left without throughout the day however meeting those 2 people that morning....brightened my day!

The new Range Rover hits the mark for luxury combined with durability and versatility. From driving around town to long road trips, it is an excellent vehicle.

Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

I drive my Defender when I want the capability of my Jeep Rubicon but when I want luxury and comfort. The P400 engine packs a punch. I own the LWB model 130 and even with its size, it maneuvers about with ease. The ride is quiet and smooth but shifts into a rugged off-roader. The simplistic interior and lack of carpet is a WIN and must have for an off road vehicle. Love the larger 11” responsive screen. I also love the option to delete the 3rd row seat.

Mrs Angela Yeo is irreplaceable. The fact that shes mastered the art of “ Superior Customer Service” is something you have to be born with. To go beyond and above for every client, you can’t be disingenuous with that level of care. Please promote Mrs. Yeo, she is phenomenal.

I have owned my 2019 Land Rover Discovery SE since 2020 and have not had any major issues with the vehicle. I now have over 50K miles on it and it has been one of the most reliable cars I have ever owned. The Cadillacs and BMWs that I have owned in the past were constantly at the OVM dealerships for issues covered under warranty. This vehicle only had one problem with the Pano Roof shade that was replaced under warranty. Other than that, no other issues. It’s been a very pleasant ownership experience overall. The vehicle has the Supercharged V6 engine. It is my understanding that’s also a critical factor for top reliability. Excellent power when you need it. One last thing to mention is that off-road, this vehicle is fantastic. I put larger off-road tires on it and it has been a very fun and capable off-road vehicle and family cruiser. Best of both worlds. I would recommend this vehicle all day.

Where do I even start? Our first encounter with Porsche was in Scottsdale, AZ. It was nothing to write home about. Their associate was mediocre and not very knowledgeable nor enthusiastic about the Macan we were looking to purchase. Greg Jordan is the ULTIMATE Master Porsche Brand Ambassador and he has every right to this title. His funds of knowledge of Porsche vehicles exceed our expectation. We feel well educated about the Macan model and different features each trim has to offer. The purchasing process is smooth despite my trade-in titling hiccups. When he said “welcome to the family,” that is exactly how we feel. We cannot wait to continue our Porsche experience with future purchases. Where do I start? I purchased my Beloved Jeep from Palmer Dodge Jeep in Roswell, GA in May of 2020. The Sales staff (Thomas Jackson) was great, and the overall service was great during that purchase experience. Since the time of my purchase, I have taken my Jeep to be serviced by Palmer for every Oil change, Lube, and all other maintenance. On June 25th, 2022, I had a major Drive Train issue with my Four-Wheel Drive shaft which malfunctioned and completely destroyed my Transfer Case while I was driving at 80 MPH on the Highway. The event was extremely scary and highly unusual for any vehicle, particular a jeep. I had my vehicle towed to Palmer that day, they gave me a Nice 2022 Jeep Low Miles Loaner for the entire duration of the time my vehicle was under repair. In May of 2020, I had purchased the Drive Train Warranty that was highly recommended by Thomas and the sales Manager. You never really know if you will need that warranty until you need that warranty. Kim K., my Case manager for Palmer Service Dept, was truly the Best!, she handled everything from the start, she kept me in the loop throughout every step of the process with parts ordered, parts cost, parts delivery, installation, to completion. David K, the Service Manger did an excellent job explaining my Warranty and all that was covered. I am truly glad I made that Purchase of the Warranty. From David K., Kim K, and Jim the Technician that fixed my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, the service at Palmer Dodge was Fantastic and I highly recommend them for the Purchase of the Vehicle, Service and Repair, and just overall customer service satisfaction. My experience with Palmer Dodge and dealing with a major car repair and a potential huge car repair bill if the warranty was not in place, was stressful but was completely catered to by the excellent customer service from the entire staff. Buying my BMW SUV at Atlanta Autos was a great experience. Terry Payne was a total gentleman and and the ultimate salesman. He answered every question and if he didn't have the answer he found out what I needed to know from someone else. The two issues that I had, he took care of them quickly and got them resolved. In the end, Roger handled my paperwork quickly and Terry came out and did the final walk through, a new car photo shoot, and I was out the door!!!
