In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

The managers and finance managers were also on the same page and came up to greet us before we made any deals. I did not feel pressured, but rather open to helping me. Dino is amazing and I would definately recommend to anyone considering purchasing a Lexus to come check out this dealer and ask for Dino! He is a great family man from what I saw and very considerate. I could tell they are all helpful no matter what is going on. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was trying to figure out the trunk opening and another sales person came over to assist me too! I do not feel like I had to spend hours going back and forth either like some dealers when you are negotiating. It was clear cut and to the point. Thanks Lexus Carlsbad.
