Perfect customer service 5 star great place to purchase a vehicle even after the sale
2014 Lexus GX 460 review
I love my Lexus SUV, this car met all my needs and more, the ride is very comfortable. It’s great looking inside/out, inside is very spacious 3 rows seating for 7 people without luggage because the cargo space is very small, but that’s ok because my family size is 4. The beauty of this car is stunning, and has a body that never lose style, inside features are amazing, seats sets to your liking, and seat are super comfortable. Last but not least Johnson Lexus of Durham has excellent service, salesman Joshua Winstone and manger Roger Yin, they score 100 in my book, if you’re in the market for a car check out Johnson Lexus of Durham and ask for Joshua Winstone.👍

Taverna INFINITI North Miami review
I seen alot of negative reviews here and honestly dont know why!! They have been awesome to me and were very patient. I think maybe people are upset over their fees but no one works for free and the fees are listed... Worked with Brandon Martinez and it worked out great. Just be sure to do your homework first thats all and you will be 100% here. I also think their positive google reviews are more accurate than the cars.com comments tbh.
2023 Lexus GX 460 review
I had a great time at Lexus; Joesph Minster and I looked for a good car for me and voila, we found the car in never knew I needed. Joesph was very patient with me even though I was being very indecisive. Had a great visit and coming back soon.

Kia of North Austin review
I had to get a car in one day. A terrible pinch for the dealership. They rose to the occasion with kindness and honesty and had me out-the-door with a great deal before 2pm. Thanks especially to Delane Sheppard and Levi Durst. You guys made a difficult day easy!
2017 Lexus GX 460 review
Fantastic SUV. Swiss Army Knife of SUVs. Snow, towing, hauling, groceries, and going to a nice dinner, this SUV does it all. Mine is 2017 Luxury with Driver Assist package fully loaded with tow package and captain's chairs. It is my 8th Lexus (my wife has her 3rd RX 350, my daughter has IS 250, and I have had an LS 460L ($104K car!) and two GX 350s, all loaded. All perfect and zero issues. I live in Ohio and I run Blizzak snow tires in winter. The traction is amazing. The sound system is better than in my LS and it is quieter than the LS. I hated my LS due to tiny trunk and is the only Lexus that did not suit my needs and taste, FWIW. I am 59 and retired aerospace engineer, and will drive my GX until it no longer runs, I no longer run, or there is no more gas to buy. I have been a Toyota/Lexus fanboy for 20+ years. The GX does everything that I want it to do and it does it very well. I enjoy it that much.

Red Noland Ineos Grenadier review
Experience across the board has been fantastic. Eric G was great on the front-end sale and has followed-up regularly to check on the vehicle. When I told him of some issues, he immediately got me scheduled into Service. John from Service had someone pick up my car and leave me a loaner. He kept me informed on the whole process which took exactly how long he said it would up front. Next day my Gren was delivered back all ready to go. Can't recommend this guys strong enough.

We love the truck. It drives incredibly smooth, almost too smooth to feel capable off roads.... Yet it is. Gas mileage is poor as expected. Tech is a little behind the times however I'd buy it again in a second. It is so reliable and nice to drive.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Daniel at Germain Toyota of Naples! I had an exceptional experience with Daniel at Germain Toyota of Naples! From start to finish, Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful. One of the main reasons I returned to Germain Toyota of Naples was because of a very disappointing previous experience at AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers. That experience left me looking for a dealership where I could feel comfortable, respected, and confident in the service recommendations I was receiving. Daniel certainly delivered! Having a pretty good understanding of vehicles myself, I know the difference between maintenance that needs immediate attention and services that can safely be postponed until a later date. Daniel took the time to explain what my vehicle needed, offered his professional recommendations, and never once made me feel pressured into authorizing additional work. What impressed me most was that he wasn’t pushy, didn’t use scare tactics, and respected my ability to make informed decisions. He simply provided the information I needed and allowed me to decide how to proceed. It’s refreshing to deal with a service advisor who understands that building trust and earning repeat business are far more important than making an extra sale. Daniel demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and genuine customer service throughout my visit. Germain Toyota of Naples has earned my confidence and my continued business, and Daniel is a big reason why. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward service advisor who treats customers with respect, I highly recommend asking for Daniel. Thank you, Daniel, for an outstanding five-star experience! Germain Toyota of Naples is fortunate to have you on its team!

2019 Lexus GX 460 review
Had a hybrid RH 400 for many years, needed the extra seats and love the GX 460. Can’t complain, adult really isn’t comfortable in the 3rd row for a long distance buy other than that love it. The V8 won’t be around much longer so I’m happy I got this one. Happy happy.

First of all I take my vehicles there for all my maintenance, yes even the ones not made by toyota because of the great customer service there. Everyone greets you with a heart warming smile and you are made to feel right at home from the time you enter the parking lot. My favorite employee is Shane Hewitt he is hilarious he has a great sense of humor he is very knowledgeable about the place and I have been by there many times and if he ever has a bad day I sure can’t tell it his bubbly personality lights up my day every time I wish I had even a portion of his sauce. I would recommend anyone shopping for a new ride to stop by
2021 Lexus GX 460 review
This is my 4th Lexus 460 GX. It seems smaller and there no point using the 3rd row no leg room. What I don't like especially is that you can view everything in your cargo area between the Captain seats. There's no cargo or tonneau cover to hide the cargo. I bought a piece of carpet to hide what could be seen and it continues to fall down.

2021 Lexus GX 460 review
Fantastic vehicle! I traded my ‘17 on a Range Rover and regret every single day. Here is my issue - performance. At 302, the horsepower is too low for a vehicle of this size. I also have a Volvo S60 T6 and even its engine cranks out more ponies.

We own 5 Toyota 4 Runners . I would NEVER consider going elsewhere . Our estimate was given to us in San Antonio. Jessie Paiz at Gene Messer in Lbk is why we buy there and have our vehicles repaired there . Great service provided, every time.

I love the truck capability combined with first class comfort. My GX has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. Long term value, combined with old school charm is hard to beat. Where else can you find a school bus mirror combined with sun glass holder? My third Lexus and will not be my last.

Bought a 1 owner GX460 after owning an RX350 for 14 years and 245,000 miles. I LOVED that car. The GX is perfect for my growing family and a little bigger for all of the excess a toddler has in baggage. Will always buy Lexus. Reliability beyond compare!!

Isaac Mammen Great experience once again! I’ve bought several cars from him over the years, and he has always been honest, professional, and easy to work with. This time was no different the whole process was smooth and hassle free. I definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a car. It’s always nice doing business with someone you can trust. Thanks again for another great experience!
2023 Lexus GX 460 review
I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.
