My sister purchased a vehicle last night from Karen and Sam. We had been looking for an SUV that met her wants for a few months. This was a very successful purchase! Karen and Sam made things comfortable, respectable, and we were successful in the purchase and the extended warranty purchase. It was awesome to watch them work with my sister to get her something she wanted and deserved.

BMW of Ocala review
Experience was excellent. Spoke with salesperson and salesmanager about BMW Z4. Agreed on price and trade in value for my car. Meet salesperson at dealership, all paperwork was correct as agreed upon. Car was detailed and ready to go. Very nice clean experience, no problem. Would definitely recommend this BMW dealership. JE
2024 Lexus GX 550 review
I owned an Overtrail plus for 7 months and sold it. The car is beautiful on the outside but the inside could use some work especially at the mid 80k price point. Off-road capability was pretty good but no better than what Ive had in the past. The seats aren't very comfortable theres no way to sugar coat it. If you read forums a complaint is the mediocre massage which is a function of this trim level and that if you have the massage feature on it makes the heated aspect almost obsolete. The new GX sadly had the worst heated seats of any vehicle I have ever owned and you can read the many complaints across forums about this as well. Being 6’4” and an athlete my back tenses up driving for periods of time so at the least a good heated seat is needed. The interface to use certain functions also could be confusing for people who are tech savy. There are small nuances throughout the car and I dont think the hype was worth it. Would I suggest it for someone else, probably but it just wasnt the right car for me. Ohh some trim pieces melt in the sun as well which you can also google or look up in forums.

2025 Lexus GX 550 review
Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus

We had an outstanding experience working with Katlynn! From start to finish, she was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. Her exceptional customer service truly set her apart. She took the time to answer all our questions, address our concerns, and make sure we felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. What impressed us most was her dedication, honesty, and willingness to go above and beyond to earn our business. Katlynn was ultimately the reason we decided to move forward and sign the deal. Her professionalism and personal attention made all the difference. She is a tremendous asset to the dealership, and we hope management recognizes the value she brings to her customers and the business. We highly recommend asking for Katlynn if you're looking for an exceptional car-buying experience!

Heather is a true gem as the salesperson who sold my dream car to me. The entire process was smooth, easy, effortless while sprinkled with respect and humor. The dealership's environment was almost zen like as voices were calm and salesmen walked with quiet intention, not stressed busyness. Even the financial officer was personable and relaxed. It was the best car buying experience I ever had plus I got a great deal. Would highly recommend.

Love this truck. It is not a car but a truck. The repeated Lexus standards apply. There is a lot going on with this vehicle. Heavy, solid, and safe. Plus off roading included (Beach for me).

INFINITI of CharlotteReviews
INFINITI of Charlotte review
Subject: LONG TERM Happy Infiniti of Charlotte Customers For over 10 years, my husband and I have depended on Infiniti of Charlotte for new car purchases, service and trade-ins. In particular, Chris Bonner continues to EXCEL in servicing us before, during and after the sale. Recently we purchased a new QX50 & a QX60, We have also owned other Infiniti of Charlotte models going back to 2010. During these years, Chris' service during and after-the-sale is exceptional. He also guides us on how to use the new car technology which is much better than reading the book! We will continue to buy from Chris and we also refer others to him as well. He keeps us very happy Infiniti owners and we highly recommend him. George & Payne

It does go through fuel, in part because the engine performance is so strong and fun. I have the OT plus trim and really like it, the nori green color in person is fantastic. Don't notice the hood fluttering.. I wish the gas tank was bigger.

CarMax Pleasanton review
Love how easy the process was and even more so that it wasn’t high pressure. Every person I had interactions with during the process was super kind and patient (I’m recovering from spine surgery, a little foggy occasionally) I super appreciated being able to work with Bella on my purchase/paperwork. She’s very kind and personable. Many thanks

BMW of Creve CoeurReviews
BMW of Creve Coeur review
We recently purchased a used BMW from BMW of Ceeve Couer. We had very good communication with Nate and everyone else we dealt with. We arrived at the dealership, and were greeted at the door and asked if we needed any thing to drink while waiting on Mate to return.from a demo. After Nate returned, we looked at the car and had another person.from the dealership show us the car and answered any questions we had. He has pretty much the same car we looked at so was very knowledgeable. We made a deal on the car and did the paperwork. The car needed an AC part which was on order, so we left a deposit for the car and will pick up when.it is fixed. So far, we are very pleased with the experience, and can't wait to get the car when ready.

Love this truck. It is not a car but a truck. The repeated Lexus standards apply. There is a lot going on with this vehicle. Heavy, solid, and safe. Plus off roading included (Beach for me).

2024 Lexus GX 550 review
The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!

Excelant customer service from Jospeph Santiago. Kept me informed about the oil change, and was very happy with his service.
2025 Lexus GX 550 review
Purchased 2025 Lexus GX 550 Premium Plus. Amazing feeling when you drive it, and looks vey cool inside and out. I drive it every day to work, weekends in town and for longer trips like family road trips including mountains and rural areas. I wish the gas tank was bigger, I think it’s is few gallons smaller than in our 2020 Lexus GX 460. We didn’t trade 2020 Lexus GX 460 to get 2025 Lexus GX 550. Will keep both for many years to come. Great job Lexus!
