Even though we had test-driven the NX450h+ at a local dealer,Tyler's walk-through video of the car was very helpful along with his knowledge of the vehicle's history. And Product Specialist Blaine Spulak's tech lesson on setting up the car for my inaugural trip back home was excellent. The whole sales process was quick and painless. Only drawback was the low trade-in offer, but we didn't really want to drive our Acura to Iowa anyway. Thanks!
2025 Lexus GX 550 review
Purchased 2025 Lexus GX 550 Premium Plus. Amazing feeling when you drive it, and looks vey cool inside and out. I drive it every day to work, weekends in town and for longer trips like family road trips including mountains and rural areas. I wish the gas tank was bigger, I think it’s is few gallons smaller than in our 2020 Lexus GX 460. We didn’t trade 2020 Lexus GX 460 to get 2025 Lexus GX 550. Will keep both for many years to come. Great job Lexus!

My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. 2024 Lexus GX 550 review
It does go through fuel, in part because the engine performance is so strong and fun. I have the OT plus trim and really like it, the nori green color in person is fantastic. Don't notice the hood fluttering.. I wish the gas tank was bigger.

I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to every one. They were so well informed about the electric vehicle that we bought. Even though the original salesperson wasn’t available at first when we go there, we weren’t left hanging in the wind. We took our test drive with Matt and then finished the deal with Kevin and Omar. All were very courteous, the place was clean and well organized. Never felt pressured about anything. Never felt like we were being bamboozled. The only down side is how long it just naturally takes to buy a car.
2024 Lexus GX 550 review
I owned an Overtrail plus for 7 months and sold it. The car is beautiful on the outside but the inside could use some work especially at the mid 80k price point. Off-road capability was pretty good but no better than what Ive had in the past. The seats aren't very comfortable theres no way to sugar coat it. If you read forums a complaint is the mediocre massage which is a function of this trim level and that if you have the massage feature on it makes the heated aspect almost obsolete. The new GX sadly had the worst heated seats of any vehicle I have ever owned and you can read the many complaints across forums about this as well. Being 6’4” and an athlete my back tenses up driving for periods of time so at the least a good heated seat is needed. The interface to use certain functions also could be confusing for people who are tech savy. There are small nuances throughout the car and I dont think the hype was worth it. Would I suggest it for someone else, probably but it just wasnt the right car for me. Ohh some trim pieces melt in the sun as well which you can also google or look up in forums.

2025 Lexus GX 550 review
Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus

I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. 2024 Lexus GX 550 review
The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!
