BMW of Wesley ChapelReviews
BMW of Wesley Chapel review
It is a genuine please for me to recommend BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel and especially Chad Stephens for his professional service that not only met but exceeded my expectations. He was always readily available via his cell phone or when busy texted to let me know he was working with a client and that he would get back to me as soon as he was available. He also went the extra mile when it came to paying attention to details. I feel that BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel has established a record of responsibility, reliability, promptness and integrity through Chad Stephens and you Alex Senko your financial professional At times, as in many cases, we ran into special circumstances where the outcome relied on the flexibility and promptness of the professionals at BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel. Fortunately, Chad Stephens put the extra effort and time to deliver a positive outcome. I am confident of the quality of profession and excellent customer service Chad and Alex provided as their number one priority. I am pleased to recommend Chad Stephens; he is the best. Fun to drive. Handles very well. The only draw back I have is the use of premium gas especially at these high gas prices. Overall good.

AutoNation USA Wesley Chapel review
Our experience at AutoNation of Wesley Chapel was amazing! Everything felt streamlined and there was no back and forth or waste of our time!! Our Sale Rep. Jason Speed is very knowledgeable on all the vehicles we looked at and was also very patient throughout the whole process! I highly recommend him!!
2014 Lexus IS 350 review
This is my 2nd IS350 Model! Coming from a 2006 model, I've upgraded to a 2014 back in 2020! This time, I got myself a 2014 Lexus IS350 F Sport w/ the Mark Levinson Package! Guys, Straight to the point, first off, if you're looking for a overall reliable luxury car while being sporty, THIS IS IT! LISTEN, its not the complete fastest car on the block, but it can pull! Since Lexus didnt change the engine since 2006, Parts are definitely cheap. My 2006 was at 220k trouble free miles, my current 2014 has 176k miles, guess what, NO ISSUES! If you're looking into this car. Here are my tips! 1. Mileage. Don't worry too much about mileage, It's a Toyota at the end of the day. Pay more attention to the prior ownership. If it has high mileage but a great and thorough service history, that's a deal. 2. Size. It's a small car, probably the same size as a Toyota Corolla. If size is your main concern, look into the Lexus GS350, Same engine JUST BIGGER, AND I MEAN BIGGER! 3. Tires. The Lexus IS is know to go through tires quickly. Had to replace all at 12k miles, to address this issue, YOU MUST CHANGE the oem lower control arm bushings (LCA) bushings to the LEXUS IS-F RC-F Bushings that lexus sells. Ever since then, my tires have lasted longer and wear evenly! 4. Gas Mileage. This pony has just above 300hp. With that being said, 19mpg can be a pretty penny to pay, considering the fact that this car has a 17 gallon tank, using premium fuel. I average 15.9mpg cause of my heavy foot! 5. Sound System. I'm NOT kidding, If you're getting ANY type of Lexus! GET THE MARK LEVINSON PACKAGE! ITS A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE!

Stingray ChevroletReviews
Stingray Chevrolet review
I recently purchased a Chevy Silverado from Fermin at Stingray Chevrolet, and I cannot say enough great things about this experience. From start to finish, Fermin was an outstanding salesman?straightforward, transparent, and absolutely no games. After six weeks of searching and speaking with multiple Chevy dealerships across Florida, no one was competitive enough to match what Stingray Chevrolet offered for the value, features, and overall deal on my truck. I told Fermin exactly what I wanted and what I needed my monthly payment to be, and he went above and beyond to make it happen?delivering not only what I asked for, but even more than I expected in the vehicle I truly wanted. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, including the finance department. Michael in finance was awesome and made everything easy to understand and a quick process. What truly sets Fermin apart is his dedication to customer service even after the sale. He encouraged me to stay in contact and reach out with any questions. When I had a minor issue, he literally FaceTimed me and walked me through adjusting a setting in the vehicle?that level of care is rare. This purchase was absolutely worth the 2-hour drive for the exceptional experience and customer service. I highly recommend Stingray Chevrolet, and if you?re looking for the best, ask for Fermin. I will definitely be back in the future and will be recommending him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
2017 Lexus IS 350 review
This car envelopes you in your seat, and is very comfortable. Sleek, comfortable, yet has the pick up of a sports car.. I've bought new and used cars over the last 25 years, and this is by far the best car yet.

Probably one of the most hassle free car buying experiences I’ve ever had. They let me take my time to look at a few cars. From the time they submitted the app to finishing paperwork was less than an hour. All clean cars with clean Carfax reports. You just can’t go wrong here. I am extremely happy with my car. Make sure you see Tim or Orlando, they will take care of you!

The touch screen made this car perfect. The Infrared color looks much better in person. The naturally aspirated 3.5 is great and will outlast the turbos in the competition.

Lexus of Wesley Chapel review
I truly never write reviews, but I felt that my experience at Lexus of Wesley Chapel was worth sharing. I had the privilege of working with several of their employees on the purchase of my new Lexus TX. Isaac right off the bat was an absolute angel to work with. We came into the dealership around 5pm when he was getting ready to go home. Not only did he stay late to help us, but truly worked so hard to help us get the best deal. He is absolutely the most caring and compassionate sales person I have ever come across. He cares about building a relationship with the customer so that they will return. It explains why he has so many repeat customers. The sales manager Rex is also amazing to work with. He worked late into the evening to help us get the best deal right around where we wanted to be. And lastly, I also have to rave about the finance manager Travis. He answered every question we had and made sure we were completely covered on all bases. I have never had such a positive car buying experience. I was hesitant to switch from Mercedes of Tampa to Lexus of Wesley Chapel, but am absolutely glad I did. I will be a customer of Isaac’s and Lexus of Wesley Chapel for life! An overall great experience not to mention all of the amenities you have access to after becoming a customer!

The touch screen made this car perfect. The Infrared color looks much better in person. The naturally aspirated 3.5 is great and will outlast the turbos in the competition.

Lexus of Wesley Chapel review
I had the pleasure of purchasing a certified pre-owned 2021 Lexus ES 350, and I can honestly say that this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I initially reached out to my awesome service advisor, Deven Roman, and explained that I needed to purchase another Lexus as soon as possible. Deven connected me with Johnny Millaway, and Johnny reached out to me almost immediately to get the process started. Johnny looked into a couple of vehicles that I was considering and invited me to the dealership to take a closer look and test drive them. When I arrived, he had already pulled the cars around front and had them lined up and ready for me. I really appreciated that because it showed me that he had taken the time to prepare before I even got there. After the test drives, I decided which vehicle I wanted, and Johnny handled everything from there. I came back two days later to purchase the car, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. Johnny was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made the experience very easy. From beginning the purchase to completing all of the paperwork, everything took about an hour. Sami Keraa handled the finance portion of the transaction, and he was also great to work with. The finance office is usually my least favorite part of buying a car because of the pressure that can sometimes come with purchasing add-ons. Sami was not like that at all. He was extremely pleasant, listened to what I wanted, and made sure I got exactly what I was interested in without making me feel pressured into anything else. I have bought quite a few cars over the years, and I can genuinely say that this was my best car-buying experience ever. A huge thank you to Johnny, Deven, Sami, and the entire Lexus of Wesley Chapel family for making the entire experience such a great one. I truly appreciate your help and professionalism!

2026 Lexus IS 350 review
I needed another car because my car was on the outs and I had been googling and reviewing cars for about 6 months and Lexus really caught my eye. The ratings and comparisons to like cars was what made my decision for me. I've had the car now for about 3 weeks and it is a joy to drive. There are some safety additions I have to get used to but overall, I'm pretty happy with this vehicle.

I want to express what a great job Anthony Vitale did today and how happy I am with the service that was provided by your dealership. My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Anthony was extremely professional and took care of everything at no charge. What a great experience!
2024 Lexus IS 350 review
The 2024 Lexus is350 is an absolute pleasure to drive with it's NA V6 engine. Exterior styling is eye-catching with its sleek lines . Some say the interior is dated, but I absolutely love it for its classic look and gauge clusters. The 8-inch is a touchscreen, and there is a track pad you can use, but I hardly mess with it. There are a lot of safety features as well such as lane departure assist, backup camera, and blindspot monitoring.

Lexus of Clearwater review
I recently had my vehicle serviced at Lexus of Clearwater. My visit was not what I expected, so I replied to their survey the following day. My concern had to do with the service representative and not the service to my vehicle. A few days later, I received a call from their customer service representative who was very apologetic and explained that my issue was addressed should not occur again. As a Lexus customer I was very pleased and impressed by the immediate actions taken by their customer service representative. No one is perfect and know people have bad days, regardless I was very satisfied how Lexus handled my issue. I respect the fact that they dealt with this concern in a professional manner. That is why I love Lexus.

Lexus of OrlandoReviews
Lexus of Orlando review
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Lexus of Orlando, especially Service Manager James Allen. I brought in my Lexus NX because one of the seatbelts had completely snapped and another was beginning to rip apart. It’s possible the wear came from the tension of having two car seats installed over the years. My Lexus is approaching 10 years old and is clearly outside of its warranty, so I didn’t walk into the dealership expecting them to simply replace everything for free. I really just wanted to know what could be done, especially because I believe something as important as a seatbelt should last longer than 10 years. From the moment James Allen became involved, he took the situation incredibly seriously. His first concern wasn’t the warranty or who was going to pay for the repair—it was the safety of my family. He refused to let me drive away in the vehicle with compromised seatbelts and immediately put me into a loaner so my family would be safe. What impressed me most was what happened next. Since the vehicle was technically out of warranty and the seatbelts were no longer covered, James could have easily said, “Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do.” Instead, he went above and beyond. He helped me get in contact with Lexus corporate to see if there was anything they could do to assist. Lexus corporate came back and essentially said, “We value you as a Lexus customer, and we want to take care of you.” They agreed to cover the replacement seatbelts AND the labor in full. That is customer service. Anyone can take care of a customer when something is under warranty. What shows the character of a company is how they treat you when they technically don’t have to do anything—and Lexus stepped up. This experience reminded me why I bought a Lexus in the first place. Lexus of Orlando took my family’s safety seriously, James Allen went above and beyond to advocate for me, and Lexus stood behind their product even as my vehicle approaches its 10th birthday. I highly recommend Lexus, and specifically Lexus of Orlando. You can trust that this team genuinely cares about its customers. As my NX gets closer to its 10-year birthday, I know the time is coming to trade it in for something new. After this experience, there’s no question where I’ll be going. I’ll definitely be back at Lexus of Orlando. This is what you get when you buy a Lexus.
2023 Lexus IS 350 review
I’ve had the IS 300 Lexus for three years since 2020 and recently leased the new 2023 FSport IS 350 model from Tri County Lexus in NJ. The car is amazing, decent on gas for a sport car, and performs exquisitely. The newer version has even better safety and electronic features and the seats are surprisingly more comfortable, a perk I wasn’t expecting. The drive is soooo smoothe and it’s stunning on the road. Atomic silver/ red interior/ black trim/ chrome wheels. The service at Tri county is always top notch from the sales reps to the finance assistants. Friendly, helpful and really give a family feel. No complaints 3 years and counting! If you’re thinking about it, Go for it!

My sale person Mei was awesome. I went to other Lexus dealers and in Orlando they know how to tread a customer and ensure I was satisfied with the purchase. Great experience!
2026 Lexus IS 350 review
The 3.5L V6 delivers 311Hp, which is the 2nd most powerful engine is this models history spanning back to the Is 500, which was dropped in 2025. The one requirement you have to know is that the engine cannot accept fuel less than 91% octane. Yes, it takes super premium fuel only. If you put cheaper fuel in your tank, even once, you'll upset the computer and your car will not run properly. I dont know for how long, or what you have to do to fix it. Just dont do it. This reason alone is why I gave only 4 stars on value..

Set up an appointment and came to look at the 2020 BMW the next day. They were fair on my trade (you never get exactly what you want) and the car was as represented. It had just finished CPO process. Overall very good experience from Rosina and staff. Would highly recommend a purchase from Ferman.

Thisc is my wife’s car and has about 60000 miles. This is 2024! She doesn’t drive a lot. I’m not in the car very often so I didn’t notice, but the dash has turned to goo. I made the mistake of putting my hand on it and couldn’t pull it off! I am hoping Lexus will understand this issue and fix it for me! Otherwise, I’ve got a crap car now.

Fountain Buick GMC review
Drew Koba in the Parts Department is such an asset to the company. I have used him for years and would recommend him and this dealership to anyone. He is personable and extremely professional. It is almost as though you think you are talking to your long-lost friend. As a business, he is the type of employee you want. He keeps me, and I am sure others, coming back again and again.
