Thompson Lexus DoylestownReviews
Thompson Lexus Doylestown review
After years of buying cars. Car dealers weren't my favorite place to shop. But I have to say when I walked into Thompson Lexus doylestown I didn't feel like I was dealing with salesman but a friend. The process was smooth and easy. My salesman Matt couldn't have been nicer. And worked with me all the way through the process it was so easy. All the staff was friendly. I saw the car I liked and I had it within a day. I would definitely recommend going to Thompson Lexus Doylestown.
2024 Lexus LS 500 review
Surprised to find a negative review about any LS. I don't know why Lexus doesn't import this car that built Lexus' reputation over 30+ years. Dealers asked a premium on new models and customers scramble for the very few that come off lease. There are other luxury sedans out there and they have their fans, but for me the LS captures the optimum mix of reliability and comfort. BMW and Mercedes fall short of Lexus. Now the negative stuff. Lexus LS raises electronic barriers to operation to new heights. Tiny, non-intuitive control button labels remain an irritant. The page count in the 700+ page manual tells you all you need to know about that. Tuning the radio between AM, FM, Sirius Apple Play and media is hopeless. I took my dealer's advice and use Spotify through my phone. My first reference for automation features is YouTube. Some of my frustration is not being able to determine which options mu Certified Pre-Owned car has. The manual covers everything but obfuscates too much with the dreaded "may". I will try to get a window sticker to decode some of this mystery. I know five people who drive LS's and they're not giving them up.

I went in today to look at some Lexus’s since I was trading in my Range Rover sport. I’ve had Lexus’s in the past and they’re so reliable and nice. Max in sales was incredible to work with. He listened to my wants/needs and prioritized everything and also got me the best deal. His customer service was also wonderful! Their dealership is clean with beautiful amenities too! I’m now and forever a Lexus girl thanks to Max!!

My vehicle had a recall that needed to be taken care of. I made the appointment and went in. Brandon Hernandez was my service advisor who not only gave me suggestions on what additional services might be needed but made sure my vehicle was properly inspected AND sent me a video of the inspection. Awesome service. If you need to service your BMW, take it to BMW Fort Lauderdale. A1 service with a smile!

Sewell Lexus of DallasReviews
Sewell Lexus of Dallas review
Dawn Betrus is such a great salesperson and a wonderful person to work with. She made my new Lexus purchase incredibly easy and stress-free. We were in and out of Sewell Lexus of Dallas in about an hour and half and completed the entire transaction smoothly. Dawn was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to work with. She made sure everything was ready when I arrived and made the whole experience feel simple and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Dawn Betrus to anyone looking to purchase a new Lexus. If you want someone who truly takes care of her customers and makes the buying process easy, ask for Dawn. She is excellent! Thank you, Dawn, for such a great experience! That is a strong 5-star review without sounding exaggerated. And interestingly, your “in and out in about an hour” experience is consistent with an older customer review specifically praising Dawn for completing a Lexus purchase in less than an hour.

I had an outstanding experience while working with Mr. Eric Smith at Price LeBlanc Lexus. He helped me locate the perfect vehicle and was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the entire process. He went out of his way to try to accommodate my requests and was always pleasant in doing so. Most importantly, Mr. Eric Smith is an honest guy and a great representative of Price Leblanc Lexus. If you are shopping for a new vehicle, I suggest you give them both a chance!!

Planet Lincoln Dallas Love Field review
The best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Tanya was amazing. From beginning to end she was so positive and gave life tips along the way. Being a first time buyer isn’t easy but, I felt like I had the best and felt confident. If you all looking for a vehicle definitely go here and they will take care of you.

Lexus of West Kendall review
I came all the way from Fort Myers Florida to purchase the make model and interior that I was looking for. At first I spoke to Sergio Leets and did the deal over the phone. Final paperwork was done by Jorge Caso and he did a superb job. Very happy with my car and the dealership. Highlt recommend using them!
