Getting to know Arthur Weight as a salesman at Johnson Lexus in Durham was a pleasure. He was a perfect gentleman and very helpful throughout the complete sale. I have bought multiple cars at Johnson Lexus and happy with them all. Also Rudy Padilla has been extremely helpful in the service dept.

Volvo Cars Fort MyersReviews
Volvo Cars Fort Myers review
On August 03, 2025 I submitted an email inquiry to Volvo Cars Fort Myers as to the availability of a 2025 XC40 with 5912 miles listed for sale. I received an immediately response via email by Sales Representative "Arley Ricardo" who was warm, engaging and displayed subject matter expertise relative to the vehicle in question and dealership. Arley was organized in his demeanor during our entire interaction and routinely conveyed transparency regarding pricing and financing options. After a few days of effective back and forth communication we reached a purchase agreement on August 06, 2025. During the entire process, Arley and the staff of "Volvo Cars Fort Myers" provided "Superior Customer Service," cemented with courtesy, professionalism and respect: An experience that certainly merits a, ******** 5 STAR RATING *********

My vehicle had a recall that needed to be taken care of. I made the appointment and went in. Brandon Hernandez was my service advisor who not only gave me suggestions on what additional services might be needed but made sure my vehicle was properly inspected AND sent me a video of the inspection. Awesome service. If you need to service your BMW, take it to BMW Fort Lauderdale. A1 service with a smile!

BMW of PeoriaReviews
BMW of Peoria review
This was by far my best buying experience ever at dealer. I was looking at a used BMW they had and I lived three hours away. From the initial contact with Justin Snead, they went above and beyond! I had some very specific asks about some mechanical points and conditions of the car and Justin and his sales manager Alex exceeded my expectations by phone calls, photos, text’s and videos. This team treated me like I was buying a new $100K car not a used one! When I got there, the car was even better than described and the whole BMW team was welcoming and glad we were there.

I was very comfortable with Jay Han and I'm very confident that we will finalize a sale in the near future. Mr. Han showed me several different model vehicles and provided me with good information about each, to include a couple of test rides. Thanks Jay!
