This car is the perfect size crossover for me. Not too big but enough legroom even in the back. Great performance with comfort for long travel if needed.

My mom and I first fell in love with the Outback back in September 2025, when we rented one for a 1,000-mile road trip and my son?s boot camp graduation. Fast forward to last week: I went in for a routine oil change and happened to receive a ?trade-up? email. Out of curiosity (and maybe a little daydreaming about hybrids), I started browsing. I was shocked to see how affordable the newer EV models were?especially the Uncharted. When I arrived for my appointment, I decided to explore my options, and I?m so glad I did. Shelby, the trade-up specialist, was incredibly patient and answered all of my (many!) questions without any pressure. She helped me land an amazing deal?zero down, zero interest?and my monthly payments are basically what I was already spending on gas. The financing process was smooth, efficient, and refreshingly low-pressure. A big thank you to Sean for making that part so easy! To top it off, Shelby brought out a giant bow for a photo, and Don, the service manager, came out to personally thank me for my purchase. That kind of attention to detail and customer care really stood out. What impressed me even more was the follow-up. Both Shelby and Don have checked in over the past week to make sure all my questions were answered and that I?m loving my new vehicle. From the service department to the sales team, every interaction I?ve had with this dealership has been fantastic. I genuinely couldn?t be happier with my experience.

I went in yesterday to purchase a used car after doing a preapproval application. I wanted to see 5 cars so I knew it might be time consuming but I was actually wrong. They gave me Ros as my salesman and he quickly led me to each car. He was very efficient, while I looked at one he would get the next one open and ready to view. He had great knowledge between the difference in cars as well. He was wonderful at accommodating myself and my husband but what impressed me the most is what happened after my purchase. When we arrived home my husband realized he had lost his wallet. Ros went to great lengths to painstakingly recheck each car and all our footsteps during our visit. He called several times with an update as well. We did end up finding the wallet and we are very happy. Our salesman was amazing, wonderful experience, way to go above and beyond each step of the way. We are both currently carmax customers and they now have earned our business for each future car as well as recommendations to anyone we know! I love my new truck. Great leg room. I have to get use to the size because I drove an is300 an i sat down low now I'm up high. Plus I was use to zipping in an out. I am not sure of how much space i have now. Minor adjustment

2020 Lexus NX 300 review
The color combination is what I was looking for and this vehicle is fully loaded with the latest safety/technology features. Smooth ride, great sounding radio, quiet cabin, pre-collision system, lane departure alert with steering assist, heated steering wheel, windshield wiper de-icer, voice command. With lights set to automatic the high beam headlamps go on at night and off automatically when they sense a headlight coming toward me.

2018 Lexus NX 300 review
I bought a used 2018 NX 300 and I love it. The only drawback is the gas mileage is not good. Overall it’s a classy vehicle.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!
2021 Lexus NX 300 review
Runs great, ride is a little harsh/choppy on rough street surfaces. Good acceleration, and not great mileage on my type of trips (22) mpg of premium fuel. Good handling and hold on curves. If had it to do over again would have purchased a hybrid version.
