I had been looking online and saw a 2025Telluride that we were interested in. Again, curious. Well, we could not have been more pleased and appreciative of Sebastian at our time of purchase. He is a very young man, but 100% respectful, professional and knowledgeable. He honestly could not have been any better throughout the entire process. Without going into detail and at no fault of his, we had a difficult situation while there. Unlike me, he remained calm, professional and helpful. Maybe not for his demeanor, we may not have purchased. I would also like to mention Ashley on that day as well, doing whatever it took to have us satisfied. 2025 Lexus NX 350 review
I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX. And after driving it I can honestly say I'm much happier driving my NX350 gas version (I have a 2025 NX 350 Luxury). First I notice the hybrid felt under power, and then I realize that my gas version has a stronger engine with the turbo. Second the sound that the hybrid makes like a droning noise, did not like that. The driving experience on my gas feels great compare to the hybrid version. Now I did not do a road test with the plug in, but from everything I have heard that is the one to get. At this moment don't have a house, so gas is the best option for me. But after we buy our house then i feel like the plug in is the way to go, especially with the bigger horse power. And yes I understand the save in gas of a hybrid but I'm spending big money on NX and I want to enjoy the drive. If i want to save money then I will go for Toyota and save a lot more on gas. (the 350h is for people who want to save money on their gas bill and 200hp is enough as they want luxury from A to B and don't need it to be fun). So that for me is not a factor, for me is the drive and the comfortable of a luxury product. And yes I get it Lexus luxury ain't what it used to be many years ago, but in 2024 it's better then a Toyota luxury. Example RAV 4 limited vs NX luxury, I prefer to spend more money on the NX for the luxury level in todays market of 2024. So Luxury with a good driving experience are it for me...and of course the reliability of Toyota/Lexus makes it all the better then any other brand for me.

2024 Lexus NX 350 review
Second NX I’ve owned. My ‘17 NX200 had zero issues the 5 years I owned it. The ‘24 NX 350 FSport has everything I want and some things I didn’t know I would enjoy. I appreciate the upgraded engine and 275hp. The programmable “custom” settings is something I was surprised to have. Besides Sport and Eco mode, you can program the vehicle to where the steering and suspension is tight but you have normal throttle/shift points. The upgraded stereo is plenty loud although the “hey Lexus” infotainment is slow and still kind of clunky, albeit better than the old platform. The associated Lexus app is user friendly, and the credit card key replacing the key fob is a subtle but welcome change: one less thing to carry. Overall it is a fantastic vehicle and has aggressive lines and adequate performance that I thing rivals anything in its class. Couple that with Toyota reliability and you have a winner. Certainly worth looking at it, I’d contend worth the purchase.

My experience at Lexus's of Manchester was very good. The salesperson was very nice and patient. I do want to call out that the 48 hour take home test drive is a fantastic benefit. Overall, a good experience, however, I purchased an electric vehicle, and I don't believe the team has had as much experience selling this particular model. They were willing to learn and get the answers and had great follow up. I also want to call out the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, Liradin, he was FANTASTIC!! Nice vehicle. Great electronics. Very comfortable to drive. Severely lacks power as a turbo 4. Lacks pep that I expected when I purchased. A 6 cylinder would be a great fit. Small gas take makes for excessive trips to the gas station .

2024 Lexus NX 350 review
This is the SUV that’s perfect for me. Comfortable, quiet, great tech and great HP. Looks great. Love the heads up display, the digital rear view mirror and the surround view camera. This is the SUV to purchase if you want a small powerful luxury vehicle to drive in comfort
