Howard meron guided me as to how to access and work the many features on my NX. I was struggling and very unhappy with the car. He helped me by illustrating the features and how to work them. He did this in a very relaxed manner without rushing through things so I was able to absorb the information he was so helpful.

I just bought a Lexus car and I must share my experience.. Nate Boma and Ric Santos This are most amazing salesman???s I???ve ever met.. and I met quite a few. They are so NOT aggressive, they???re so patience and friendly. They try their best to match your expectations and explain every step of the way. They don???t pressure u at all and they give u your time to think and decide. I will definitely recommend all my friends and family to go and buy a car with them. The shop is also very nice.. very satisfied.

Will definitely go back to Bredemann's and Wayne Phillips first for my next Lexus. I called Bredemann's to see if they still had the RX350 I saw online and Wayne said they did and had it ready for me to test drive when I arrived 30 minutes later( no waiting). He enthusiastically explained everything so thoroughly while I was test driving I found there were things on the car I did not expect to be getting. Other dealerships told me that AFTER I bought the car someone would tell me about what was on the car! During price negotiations there were no hassles or pressures, I wanted to buy a car and he wanted to sell one. He explained what I would be getting compared to other cars and prices out there and with the homework I had done I appreciated there was no baloney. Two days later when I picked up the car Wayne personally programmed and went over all the features on the 2018 car. As in other dealerships he did not tell me it would only be an hour. He took the time needed for me to know the car. He also said I could call him with other questions I may have. Who wouldn't want to spend all that money and not have it be a great experience. Go see Wayne.

Special thanks to Charles Raslina who accommodated our requests and spoke our native language to help us to make the process pleasant and stress-free. We were treated very professionally and left the vehicle we were absolutely in love with. Very smooth and quick process. Loved every minute there!

We appreciate the loaner and the coupon! Would appreciate more consistency though. First person we spoke with when making the appointment said no loaner was available and no coupon provided on maintenance. First time Ive ever been told this. Ive had coupons and loaners in the past for oil changes!! This job would take 6 hours and I asked he check into this. He said he would check with a manager and call me back. He never called us back!!! I Called back later that same day and spoke with a different person- he said it was noted that the first guy called us back (I was home all day- my phone never rang) and we never had a message from him. I wish I had his name as he was not friendly at all, never followed up with us, and said a loaner not coupon was available for our maintenance that would take 6 hours. The Second guy was super polite, arranged for a loaner and the coupon. I bought my car here, have it serviced here because of the treatment Ive received. Im glad that your one employee was much more helpful- its employees like him that keep me returning and will incent me to purchase a new car here again.

I honestly have never had a better sales experience at an auto dealership. In November of 2017, I originally bought an IS 350 AWD and was sold based on the level of care and detail John Irantos put into the process. He walked me through some comparative stats on the IS versus some other cars I was looking at (BMW, Infiniti) and explained the strong relativity of the resale value. I work in sales and do not respond well to overly "salesy" folks and McGrath does not use that approach. They instead make you feel like family and respect you throughout the entire process. Fast forward to October 2018 and I was no longer in need of my vehicle as I plan to move to NY. Matt Fenton and the team at McGrath made the buyback process super easy (30-minutes tops) and gave me a fair and equitable offer. I highly recommend working with McGrath!
