Save yourself the headache and ask for Doug Gaston when you get there. Nice and trustworthy sales person, has an authentic style and never felt like he was pushing cars on me. He showed me the used RX350 wanted to see and a new model. Talked to me like a person and actually RESPONDED to my text and calls quickly. I walked away happy with a new RX350 in the exact color and trim that I wanted. Nice to see people care about what they do, thanks Doug.

CarMax Kansas City review
HUGE selection of cars. They have a row of just luxury and sport cars. The prices may be a little bit on the upper end, but overall a great dealership.
2023 Lexus RX 350 review
I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

Fantastic dealership. They worked with me and dealt with every curveball from credit issues to simple communication problems without skipping a beat. Got the truck I wanted at a great price, better than just about every dealer in the region. Even helped me turn in my rental and detailed the truck before driving it off the lot, and gave me a gas card for some extra drive time, DESPITE the dealership having been closed for the day when the deal was done. You could tell their priority was getting me a vehicle I was happy with, not making a sale, which was a huge relief. Personable staff, honest dealing. Would recommend them any day of the week!

I was amazed to go on line and find availability the same afternoon that I looked. I picked a time an hour and a half out but could have picked one that was even sooner. Great scheduling experience followed by professional treatment. I waited. Very nice area and the service took less than 90 minutes.

I took my ?24 RX 350 in for its 25,000 mile maintenance visit and the technician discovered a rear differential leak. Thankfully it was covered under the warranty! I so appreciate the excellent work on the repair and, as always, a shout out to my terrific service advisor, Becky Voyles, who always takes catastrophic events in stride. That?s why Lexus gets my vote and my business. They are the best at what they do at Hendrick Lexus in Merriam, KS.

Sheri Stafford was amazing to work with! She's very personable, and prompt at communication. Being out of state, she kept me updated on my vehicle while waiting for it to arrive at the dealership. Then once it arrived, she emailed me videos and purchase information so the buying process went smoothly. I flew to Wichita and drove my car back home. When at the dealership I noticed all the employees work so well together to create a great buying experience for their customers. Managers Scott and Erick were super helpful in completing the purchase from the finance side. Thank you!

Jessie is wonderful!! I was not personally able to bring my car in for an oil change, so my friends did it for me. They reported how kind and caring Jessie was to them, just as he has always been to me.
