Our experience at Lexus of Cerritos was amazing. Starting with Sid , he was personable, patient, knowledgeable and answered every question about the vehicle we wanted to purchase. We discussed options and he helped us in the final decision on purchasing the Lexus ES 350 H 2027. Secondly,Raid came in and put the icing on the cake. Our experience overall with this team was a +5. I would recommend my family members, friends, colleagues to them any day of the week. A lot of dealers lose the value of customer service, but Lexus of Cerritos has a great team and great customer service! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

South County Lexus review
Bought a new Lexus from this dealership. Our experience was wonderful. Mina helped us from the beginning to the end. We felt very welcomed and got one of the best deal from this dealership. I compared our OTD price to reddit forum, we were lucky with the deal we got. Ask for Mina when you visit this dealer, you won't be disappointed

Lexus of BedfordReviews
Lexus of Bedford review
Danna Mehija was an outstanding sales executive who made buying a car easy, and I highly recommend her. This was my first experience with both Danna and this dealership and my first time buying a luxury car after 40 years of Toyotas and Subarus. What impressed me most was that she never overpromised—she simply said she'd try, and then she delivered. She said she'd try to arrange a dealer swap for the exact car I wanted. She did. She said she'd try to remove the port-installed accessories I didn't want, even though the car was arriving in North America the next day. She did. She said she'd do everything she reasonably could to make the deal work for me. She did. I've purchased 10 new cars over about 40 years and this was the best buying experience I've had. Danna was professional, straightforward, and followed through on everything she said she would do. She made buying a new car an excellent experience.

After owning several top-shelf Mercedes and 50 other cars, the experience at Sheehy Lexus (RVA) was far and away better than M-B! From sales(Jacob Blackmon) to service and post-purchase (Meagan Payne), they were courteous, professional and judicious with my time. They are superior in every way, including LC500 I bought to anything anywhere near the price point! BRAVO Sheehy Lexus

Friendly/helpful no pressure staff. John Hicks was my salesman. There were a few items I felt needed to be done in order to feel comfortable with purchase and the main issues were done with some minor details we negotiated so it was a win/win for both. Gella the personnel who managed the contract and financing, very courteous and made that end of the deal easy to understand. These people are real , none of that uncomfortable sales approach.

I definitely recommend Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood to anyone looking to buy a new or used Lexus. Isa was our sales person and she did phenomenal. She never pressured us into anything and was super personable. Definitely the kind of experience I look for when buying a car. After weeks of searching for the right car. I just purchased my 2018 Volvo XC90 with Jordan and he was phenomenal. He was very understanding and handled our concerns with ease. Highly recommend working with him and others. Also Philip made my experience here truly exceptional, thanks to Jordan and phiIip.

Sewell Lexus of DallasReviews
Sewell Lexus of Dallas review
Dawn Betrus is such a great salesperson and a wonderful person to work with. She made my new Lexus purchase incredibly easy and stress-free. We were in and out of Sewell Lexus of Dallas in about an hour and half and completed the entire transaction smoothly. Dawn was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to work with. She made sure everything was ready when I arrived and made the whole experience feel simple and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Dawn Betrus to anyone looking to purchase a new Lexus. If you want someone who truly takes care of her customers and makes the buying process easy, ask for Dawn. She is excellent! Thank you, Dawn, for such a great experience! That is a strong 5-star review without sounding exaggerated. And interestingly, your “in and out in about an hour” experience is consistent with an older customer review specifically praising Dawn for completing a Lexus purchase in less than an hour.
