Purchased a used Hyundai Kona with extremely low mileage that I found on line. Kenny Sweet was professional and informative. Car was for my daughter who is heading off to college and we had a lot of questions about safety features. Kenny was patient very helpful. He even arranged to have items shipped to us that were not in the car. We discovered that they were missing when we got home. From start to finish the experience was great. We traveled two hours to this dealership and it was well worth it. The only concern I had was during the financing portion. Everything was on an iPad. Would prefer to have everything on paper to review and discuss before signing documents. Vinny Zeitler handled the finance portion. He did answer all my questions and listed out all of the extra items with pricing so I could write them out and make an informed decision. Except for the method of signing documents, it was a great first experience purchasing a vehicle at Crown Hyundai in Saint Petersburg, FL. Kenny Sweet and his team were great!

The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T!
