Brian Buhr was available to discuss the deal even on his days off! We actually enjoyed working with him and Sveta in the closing hours of negotiations. They were knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process we were going through -- our last purchase was a 2002 EXT from Moore in ~2002! A lot has changed! We are hoping to have the same experience with our 2018 we have had with our 2000 and 2002 Escalades! We are keeping both cars so I'll have the EXT (~150K miles) for the farm and around town trips. Susan loves her 2000 Escalade (~40K) -- we broke it in going to Boise, ID in January 2000 driving through the Rockies in January; an experience! The 4-wheel drive paid for itself! However, we were unable to get the Super Bowl coming back through Nebraska on AM or FM. We called On-Star every ten minutes (they suggested it!) and they kept us informed how the Rams were doing. We watched the last quarter in the motel in Lincoln. Such a deal!

My wife and I love this vehicle. This is her third Lexus and these cars seem to get better and better each year. The Lexus also holds its value, that is always a good thing for trade or resale.
Chuck Lucas was our sales person, and he was amazing! He treated us like family, and that made us feel like we were exactly where we needed to be. One of the first things he told us was that he is a Christian, and he feels called to make sure that his customer's car buying experience is a positive and blessed one. He was in no way pushy, and even asked more than once if we had any questions or concerns about the vehicle. Before I test drove a car, I explained to Chuck that we had just been discharged from a 5-year bankruptcy. I needed to let him know about that up front, because I knew financing would be a problem due to our credit situation. I did not want to waste his time or ours, if the dealership did not deal with people that have credit issues. Chuck told me that they are a family-owned and operated business, and they understand that life is not easy, and that hardships arise. At no time were my husband and I made the feel uncomfortable due to our credit situation. The finance department did a great job of getting our credit approved, and our payment where it needed to be. I would 100% recommend the Dick Dean Subaru team, and when it is time for another vehicle we will be back.

This car is great because it is luxury performance and safety all wrapped up in the one car. The old dryer feature is probably my most favorite thing !
After a nightmarish experience at another nearby dealership, ELCO proved to be an oasis of perfection. I could not have scripted a better experience! Lamarr is the MVP of his trade; I will never look for a new/used vehicle without him again. Period. He was unbelievably gracious for a customer buying a $5500 used vehicle- I might as well have been buying a full priced new Escalade for the treatment I received! When I called and inquired about the adorable Hyunadai I happily purchased a few days ago, Lamarr made the process a dream come true. From his genuinely optimistic and cheerful nature (side of humor included) to his refreshingly transparent opinions, his exceptional customer service is the reason I'm writing my first ever review (of anything, ever). He walked me through the car buying process, from test drive to financing, with patience for my million questions and an easy laugh. I felt at home with the entire staff of ELCO: no stereotypically sleazy used car salesmen, just employees rightfully proud of their business and refreshingly happy to make customers thrilled. Long story short, 1) go to ELCO because you will not be treated better at any alternative- trust me, and 2) ask for Lamarr, even if he makes you look at photos of him playing in his old man basketball leagues. You won't regret it :)

OK, so I love to buy & trade cars...sort of my passion I guess. That said, I can tell you I won't do it at any other dealership in St. Louis other than Mungenast Lexus. I have done business with these guys/gals since 2001 when I bought my first RX. Over the years I've bought multiple cars from them and I couldn't be happier with the dealer, the staff and of course the product! Just took delivery of a new 2019 Lexus NX and I love it. Good car for the money. Nice handling. Lexus has a good quality reputation. Good pick up. The seats are comfortable. The A/C works well. If I like it after lease termination I will buy the car.
From the moment I reached out online, the staff were pleasant and helpful, but not pushy. Eventually I visited the dealership and they allowed me plenty of time to peruse and then asked if I would like help, but again, were not pushy. Jeff (a 19 year employee) greeted me, answered my questions and made it a pleasant experience. I left and returned a few days later and spoke with another team member and rather than feeling like I was infringing, I felt they were all on the same team - a first in our car buying experience! They made it the transaction seamless while entertaining my children and treating me with respect. They helped transfer my belongings, loaned me a car for lunch while additions were being added to my new purchase and had a technology specialist set up the features. It was a truly positive purchasing experience and I highly recommend them!

Vehicle performance is amazing. The interior layout is horrible. The small turning angle in the city was a small problem at first but easy to adapt.
I wanted to express how great my buying experience was at St. Louis Acura. This is my second Acura from them and the process was even better than my first more than a decade ago. I've been an Acura/Honda fan for almost 20 years. The reliability and premium feel is rock solid and this dealership end of the experience completely matched expectations. They were great to work with on my trade (specifically compared to Audi Creve Coeur which basically tried to steal my car), and sales manager David Michiaels was both sensitive and knowledgeable about my particular credit variables. The whole process so much less painful than it's ever been. I wanted also to personally shout out Jesse Griffin, my salesperson. Quite honestly, if not for him I wouldn't be in this car (2018 TLX A-Spec SH-AWD). My plan was to continue driving more vehicles. I was at a point where I had even kinda lost my yearn for the Acura side of the brand; Jesse helped me find that again. He was also great at speaking to me much more like a friend than a salesperson. I hate to be sold -- hate it! And I've always despised the whole car-buying process because it feels like you're doing combat. It wasn't like that at all. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the cars, the dealership, the competition, and even other brands -- quite honestly something that salespeople who have been around for 20+ years have kinda given up on. And best was when he didn't know (rare) he would learn rather than just spitting back an answer. I've had other salespeople blatantly lie because they didn't want to appear like they didn't know. Jesse didn't sell me anything; he and I talked while I worked through the process for myself; he was there to help. For me, that's what all salespeople should aspire to. I wouldn't rate the rest of the dealership experience quite as high, but it was still up there. I've never purchased a vehicle from Leta, but I've tried to look there and I can tell you it's a night and day difference. I have purchased from Plaza and St. Louis Acura has them beat by a mile. Post-sales service also means a lot to me. I had to return for a few things agreed upon during the sale and the Service department experience just continued the pleasantness of this process. In all, I am loving this dealership and give it the highest marks. If you???re considering an Acura, I don???t think there???s a better place to go.

I love this car. From the inside out. It is super stylish and comfortable. It has a lot of room as well. My 7 year old loves the new car and can't wait to get in it everyday.
I loved my 2007 Toyota Matrix. There was only one problem. It had a manual transmission and my left knee is shot. (That happens when you get old.) I looked at CRVs, HRVs, RAV4s, Highlanders, and realized all I really wanted was a Matrix with an automatic transmission. Enter Jeff, Emmanuel, and Travis at Lou Fusz Used Toyota. They had a 2009 Matrix with only 35,000 miles on it! Nineteen times the original owner had it serviced, not because of mileage, but because of the dates. They offered me a fair trade-in value for my old machine, cleared the outstanding balance, and set me up with a sweet car. My payment went up $60 per month. My insurance costs rose 86 cents every six months. Where's the downside? How can such a bargain exist, you ask? Look up the color called Sundance Metallic. It is the same color as Autumn Squash soup at Panera's. Folks can sure see me coming, but I'm inside, so I'm cool with it!

A pleasure to drive with a great sense of safety and comfort. Not perfect by any measure but fine none the less. priced right and reliable.
Jim "Bones" Donohue has sold me my last 3 cars. He contacted me last week stating that he thought he could get me into a new car and keep my monthly payment the same or less. I decided to go see what he had to offer. On Saturday August 5th, I arrived at 8:30 for a 9:00 meeting time. Jim was there and we went ahead and started to evaluate the possibilities. Jim let me drive a new 2017 Rav4, which is the model I was currently driving. I was delighted to have the new safety technology which included the lane drift notification and blind spot light. Time was able to get me the same and even slightly lower monthly payment. I was then handed over to Bob (sorry, I forgot his last name) and he walked me through the rest of the process with the loan and signing all the paperwork. I was treated like "royalty" for my loyalty to the Lou Fusz dealership and was treated to extra perks with my warrenty selection. In no time the new car was mine; new, better safety measures and the color that I love, electric storm blue. I was also looking to consider trading in my daughter's car and getting a car from Lou Fusz for her. We went out to look at the cars in the lot and then deciding that a used car was a better idea, we went down to the used lot and found a 2011 Toyota Venza that she fell in love with. Jim was able to get an exceptional trade in on her Jeep Compass and then we were able to manage the loan for the car she wanted. I could not have been happier with the entire process. Since 2009, I have purchased my vehicles at Lou Fusz Toyota and have had all my service work done there at the dealership. I am greeted by service personnel each time I come to have service and have never had any unexpected charges.

Looking for smaller crossover. Didn't think I could afford Lexus but after looking at what is out there vs. price vs. options - couldn't pass it up.
My 2016 ES 350 just came off of lease and Patrick Moore at Plaza Lexus made the process of turning in my prior Lexus and obtaining a new 2019 ES 350 a seamless and pleasant experience. I would recommend this dealer and Patrick Moore in particular to anyone who is looking to get into a Lexus vehicle.

I made an appointment at Plaza Lexus last Friday morning and ended up about 2 1/2 hours later with a brand new car that I had been dreaming of. Eric Poe made it very easy for me to negotiate and purchase this car. It???s the first car that I have ever bought on my own without my husband. And since then, Eric has been very attentive to my questions. Dishion was also very helpful in teaching me about my car. The next day eric delivered my car to meet at my home. Talk about wonderful service! Collin will be coming to help me program my garage door opener tomorrow.
We saw vehicle on internet as pretty much bought it from pictures and verbal assistance from sales rep Joseph Nichols. He was honest, helpful and straightforward. Business center was efficient and nice in all paperwork. Whole process was quality and we just love our 450h we bought from Plaza Lexus dealership.

Reliable and comfortable car for short or long trips. Great for big families also for businesses. No to bad gas mileage (15-18 mpg). It has everything you need.
Brought our 2015 RX 350 in for routine maintenance, Joe Edwards, service rep, met me in the waiting area with all paperwork ready to go. Told me a time of 1 to 1-1/2 ours. About 1/2 hour later returned with news of a problem found. He fully explained the problem, told what it would take to fix it and how long it would take. He then arranged for a loaner and was on my way. Joe was professional but also very personable. When work took longer than expected he called to let me know. Full disclosure this work was all under warranty. When I picked I returned my car Fred greeted me. He got me settled and offered to get me coffee or something else to drink. What a nice gesture. Super customer service.

All my vehicles are Japanese, but Lexus is by the most comfortable and reliable. Is true that you pay a bit of premium for the car but it's totally worth it the long-term. Also I did not feel it was a compromise with the hybrid, you still have the performance but you save on gas.
My beloved 2017 Lexus NX200T got t-boned at an intersection. My car rolled due to the impact and speed of the other vehicle. Even during the accident I was not scared and felt I was going to be ok. The side airbags deployed and my body remained protected. Unfortunately, had to be cut out of car by emergency personnel. Escaped a horrible accident with very minor injuries.
David Tranchilla was excellent! He really worked hard to get me in the car I wanted, but unfortunately was not able to match the price of another dealership. However, I would not hesitate to contact them again for any future vehicle purchase.

The RC 350 F-Sport is fun to drive and does a superior job at handling the back roads I like to travel, as well as the nightly highway commute traffic mess. Lots of trunk space for a small 2-door coupe.
Purchased a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek Limited after months of research and dealer visits; I selected the 2018 Crosstrek Limited,, Lou Fusz Subaru - Creve Couer, and Chris Johnson in Sales -- and I was not disappointed. Expert, knowledgeable, "customer satisfaction" oriented. I worked with Chris for over 3 months as I 'down-selected' to a Subaru and the Crosstrek product; He truly went the extra mile with every face-to-face or electronic communication -- attentive and engaging without being too aggressive. Totally committed to recommending the right Subaru for your driving and family needs, Price negotiations were transparent, cordial, common sense and and reasonable -- no high pressure. , Travis Burch, Business Manager, was outstanding as well. Efficient and clearly expert at this financing 'tradecraft, he clearly communicated various financing and after-sale packages'--again, without undue pressure. Very professional. Finally, thanks to Kyle Wohlschlaeger for his technical acumen re: Subaru electronics. A very positive car-buying experience.

I wanted something sporty, but drivable though all seasons and had a reliable pedigree.
I chose the AWD version of the RC350 and I am so glad I did.
The car is solid and when driving it, you can tell it's quality. The handling is great, but I did add Continental tires for a sportier drive. It makes taking corners fun.
The AWD makes this car as safe as an SUV in several inches of snow; I was skeptical, but it drives so well in the cold stuff that I was kind of shocked.
I have it in the Infrared color and have received so many compliments and people coming up to ask questions about it.
Some say in comparison to other sports cars 'It's not as fast'...I'm ok with that. I have an eye-catcher with a smooth, confident ride that I know will be around for a long, long time with zero problems. I'm good with that. Also, pay attention to 0-60 times; AWD version shaves a few seconds off the 5.7 quoted in several places. You can get it down to 5.4 with AWD.
Also, there are not many on the road so you don't look like one of the Jones' when out driving in a cookie cutter neighborhood.
I'm in my late 30's and have zero regrets a few years into owning this car. I will not trade it in on anything else, I'll just add to what I own.

This is my second RX350. I put 160,00 miles on my 2013 RX350, with no major problems. Other than routine maintenance, I only needed to replace front brake pads once, and a rear shock. Based on that experience I bought my 2017 RX350.

This is a beautiful car inside and out. It really stands out, handles well and fun to drive. The hp is more than adequate, I can't find one thing I'm not completely satisfied with in the 1 month I've had the car.
