I bought my GS F about a year ago and have been enjoying it ever since, adding about 12,000 miles already. What a great all-around sports sedan that can be used for everything from commuting to work to track days to road trips! The power from the naturally aspirated V8 is plenty of fun, especially when you put the car in it's various sport modes, while in "normal" mode the car drives like any other Lexus sedan. Handling in the twisties is phenomenal with the TVD (torque vectoring differential) which comes standard on the GS F. Mark Levinson audio is a must; this system blows other manufacturer's "premium audio" options out of the water, including B&W, Burmeister, and other "high end" brands used in Mercedes, BMW, and the like. One thing to look out for if you're buying one of these cars used is the carbon fiber trim on the interior likes to start delaminating. It is a fairly common issue with these cars, and it seems like the hotter climates tend to cause it to happen more frequently than not. This is a very expensive fix if you want to use the OEM parts through the dealer. Summary: if you're considering a GS F, just do it, or at least go drive one. You likely won't be disappointed. This car is a great value for the money and it can feel like you're driving something much more expensive than it is.

This luxury sports car is by far my most favorite car. It’s style and design are spectacular. I get compliments on a regular basis. It’s a smooth riding experience, yet when you hit the gas, you’re love of the car increases exponentially.

My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!

Dealers, if you live in the lower southeastern geographical area Al, Fl, Ga. Dealers are sparse to basically non existent.

I need my low pressure tire alarm checked. I picked up the phone , got hold of my tire warranty that got from Lexus of Cerritos. Form the time I made that phone call, Lexus of Cerritos never failed or frustrated me. The Lexus consultant checked everything and told me it's time for my 6 mos check up. From the time I picked up my phone in the morning and few hours after, I always give 5 Star to Lexus of Cerritos. The re Starbucks coffee and water is a plus!! Keep it up Lexus if Cerritos. All your service consultants are respectful and friendly.

I have leased and financed a few cars in my life and I have to say how absolutely grateful and happy I am that I decided to go to Lexus Santa Monica to lease my new 2019 Lexus NX300H. From beginning to end it was the best experience I have ever had. I was helped by sales person Nima Behnia. He was very well informed about the vehicles I was test driving and answered all my questions, and boy did I hit him with a hundred questions. This was the quickest vehicle purchase ever. I think I was in and out within 3 hours. Finance dept was also great. took care of my contract quick and everything was straight forward. I didn't feel like there was any hidden anything. 2018 Lexus ES350 purchased as Certified Pre Owned Typically receive great service from Germain Lexus. Car has decent acceleration, ride is good however seats can be some what hard after 6 hours behind the wheel, technology is lagging with no ability to upgrade in reference to android auto or apple car play, handling and breaking is very good.

August 14, 2022 The only things that I am disappointed with the 2022 NX 350 are: 1) Software issues with CarPlay. 2) Luggage racks that came three months after purchase. 3) Purchase of tow package with car but no tow hitch accessory available through Lexus. The latter is most offensive in that Lexus built in a tow package, with an associated cost, into my car but there is not a tow hitch available to use. If a tow package is offered, and is purchased, Lexus should assure the customer that they can attach a tow hitch!

Unbelievable. This car, to me, is very underrated. The exterior styling may not be what Lexus is capable of today, but it has such a refinement. It?s very long body, roomy exterior and plush leather seats will make driving anywhere feel like you?re at home. It?s heavy, and I?d even say it is a land yacht, but don?t be fooled- it is fast. The only issue I ever had with this car was a dead battery and having to change the alternator since it got too cold and wouldn?t start. Other than that, this car gave me everything and then some. If you get one, it will love you back, but you must take care of it. Yes, it takes premium, and the repairs can be costly, but it will last you well over 300,000 miles if you follow regular maintenance and don?t run it into the ground. Even though the exterior isn?t as loud as something you?d find from today, you can purchase a 2000 LS400 today for under $6000 and have a timeless, and fast luxury car that will be dependable.

I traded in my Mercedes ML350 for this. Mainly because gas prices are exploding and wanted something safe and more affordable. The NX250 does not require prem. gas and drives amazing. If you are looking, I would check out the Mazda as well, but you get a lot for the Lexus base model minus a moonroof which should be standard. I have had a 2003 RX and 2009 RX both same size as the 2022 NX. Love the new touch screens, but you will find that with every other car brand for much less. If you want luxury, this is the car to buy. Beautiful.

Bought this 2018 in July with only 1,500 miles. Was able to add Apple CarPlay to complete the package. I’m very happy with it so far, but I haven’t taken it for an extended drive. It still only has 2,200 miles on it so far. I’m planning a little road-trip next month. We will see how it handles. So far so good.

I owned a 2017 RC F Sport, my first Lexus and totally love the Lexus brand. I’m a big guy and just didn’t have the room I wanted 😥. I did my research and decided I wanted the 2019-2020 ES 350. I really wanted to buy from a local Lexus dealer, there were 2 near me. Their web site has an option to let you know what your trade is worth. I was satisfied with what they quoted me for my trade, when I got to the dealership they offered me $6000 LESS for my RC F Sport on the trade in. They spent 10 minutes telling me what was wrong with my trade. My RC was as close to perfect as there is. They insulted my intelligence- I will NEVER go to a Lexus dealership in this area again. I bought my RC from a Lexus dealer 200 miles from where I live- they treated me like a CUSTOMER! I ended up buying a 2019 ES 350 from a NON LEXUS DEALER. They wanted my business and gave me a good deal for both of us. I love my ES 350 and both of my Lexus vehicles - BUT I will NEVER buy from the dealer that treated me with their bait and switch insulting attitude!

I purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna from these folks. The car was exactly as represented and dealing with Ehad was straight forward and there were no hard sell tactics plus everything was as represented. I have not bought many cars from dealers, mostly private party, but this is as close to a private party sale as you could want plus all the paper work is taken care of for you. Had a rx 350 prior to this one I purchased. Got this one used w/ 32,500 on it. Wow what a great ride AWD with snow mode, sport mode, eco mode. Sport mode tends to tighten up the car w quicker steering and tighter suspension. Snow mode is for you know Snow. Eco mode gives it a floating feeling. I also tow my 2200# pop up with ease.

I bought a salvage LEXUS LS 460 AWD 2013 in the late 2021 from USA to Bulgaria. It costed me altogether 15000$ for buying, transport, taxes, repair and registration. The car was possibly not used for a year, because there was a severe engine roar. After changing oils, filters, ect. and driving it for a year, the noise gradualy decreased and the power increased. Now it runs very smooth and on a "Sport" regimen it is like a beast. I preowned Honda Legend 9, but the Lexus is uncomparably superb. It is mighty, long lasting, with it's full atmospheric engine - no turbo, bi-turbo - something imposible with recent cars. Fantastic car! Have one and enjoy driving!

No service issues with this car. Regular oil change and scheduled maintenance. At 164k miles. Quit ride; smooth handling; beautiful leather interior. By all means, my favorite car of all time.

I like that the new model is a little bigger. It drives like the luxury vehicle that it is and handles very well. Hugs tight turns and accelerates very quickly. Interior is very comfortable. Yes it’s true that the new technology had a few kinks but I believe that’s been fixed. As far as your car not recognizing you when you get in, it has to be in park to load. Simply hit settings on your display and touch your name. Although the cost increased considerably for the 2022’s so has everything else increased in price. I do love the paint and new design . In the sun it looks like a sparkly gold pearl. I have had it for only 4 weeks but loving it. I also can’t begin to say enough about the amazing customer service at Germain Lexus of Naples. Every staff member is friendly and happy and so ready to help. From my sales person, Paul to the technology tech Tyler, my service advisors Rick and Lori, and finance guy Steve. The absolute best!!!!

Drove down from Fresno after finding a car on their website, which in my opinion is well put together compared to other dealers. I have to say that they carry a wide range of cars from a weekend toy to your daily commuter. All in all it was a wonderful experience and Hunter made the process very easy.

Short review, just to proclaim my love for the SC400. Without using too many words, I will fail to convey my true message, but simply put, I wanted a Toyota supra and settled for a Lexus SC400... and never looked back. The car was purchased with around 240,000 miles and an unknown history, from a shady side of the road salesman. Everything worked, I replaced the tires, and drove the car for just over a year (about 40,000miles - yes, seriously). and did absolutely no maintenance. Then traded it in on my first brand new car (bitter mistake) The Lexus was wonderful. I didn't use the back seat (occasionally for storage, but not people, or hauling) The trunk was tiny, so luckily I was at a point in my life where that wasn't important. Everything else about the car was perfect. (take that for what its worth... the car is a 2 door luxury sport coupe--- but it was very good at being just that) I still browse "for sale" listing thinking that I will once again purchase one of these beautiful machines, but this time treat it will a bit more respect, and hold onto it for a bit longer.
