My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!

I came in to purchase a reasonably priced sedan for my son who was going to college in Georgia. After making contact the guys over at NextGear Auto Sales, they showed me to a 2008 Buick Lucerne. The car was just as they advertised it to be. After going on a test drive I decided to purchase the vehicle. I have owned my 2013 ES 350 for 8 years now. I bought it with 60k miles and now has 260k. The only thing I had to replace was a tensioner pulley which I did myself. Other than brakes. tires and drive belt that's the other thing I've done. Same spark plugs n coils since I bought it, change oil every 7500-10k miles and doesn't burn or use any oil. I honestly drive it like I stole it most the time. I commute 65 miles a day and every trip I take is in this car. The only thing I wish is that the seats were a lil more comfortable but I have seat & back cushion to help with that. I will drive this til it or I die. I have 6 other vehicles and this is driven the most.

We are a Lexus family because the cars are graceful and reliable. We will never drive anything else. We have a 2006 Rx 330 with 300,000 miles and it’s still going strong. Never a problem…just the usual-brakes, tires and oil changes, batteries. I drive a 2011 ES 350 sedan that I bought used. 2 years old. Now has 110,000 miles. Still shiny and fresh looking. So nice to have a dependable vehicle. I think my drivers side seat is a little broken down and I am not a heavy person. I use a special cushion for comfort. I realize newer cars have more bells and whistles..but what’s the point of trading a great car for a bigger cup holder? We are older. When we are ready to go down to one car we will trade them both for another Lexus!!!!! Best car on the road! My son has been a top rated auto mechanic for 26 years-not American made-and he concurs. Love our cars!

This dealer is the bomb, I drove six hours to get to the dealership and the car that I drove to see was exactly how they described. Closed the deal within 1 hr. When I got home I looked for the wheel lock nut and it wasn’t there, went to dealer locally and bought one. Let unlimited motors know about the transaction and they refunded me for the part. I’ve had two great experiences buying cars from Fritz in Fishers. The staff is warm, welcoming, friendly, and very real. It’s easy to have a long conversation with them, just chatting about the business and about the market climate and etc. They’ve been in the auto sales business for more than 40 years and there’s many good reasons why. Most of the bad reviews seem to be written by people who failed to ask questions or do their homework on the ***used*** cars they purchased. All used cars have surprises, whether big or small. Fritz has a solid warranty on their vehicles and a dedicated service department, and will be honest with you if they think you would get better help from a dealership. All in all, I’m happy to call myself a repeat customer of Fritz in Fishers.

I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

I maintain this car at the local Lexus dealership. The performance tires last about 25,000 miles and it does require premium fuel. It’s a 6-cylinder with plenty of power and has a sporty feel. Mine’s AT with paddle shift (which we never use). No real issues, although the carbon cleaning that was recommended was a $250 surprise. Still a solid, dependable and enjoyable car.

My transmission was going out and they helped me get into a reliable car that I felt safe in. They also gave me the most for my trade in.

I love the car, I dislike the dealership I got it from. I definitely recommend the car but you need to watch out where you get it from and watch the sales people they will try to rip you off if you let them, I will write a separate review for the dealership.

I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

I bought my 08 ES a little over a month ago with 144k on it. So far I am genuinely LOVING this car. I don’t think I’ll ever not drive a Lexus from here on out. I’ve already put almost 2k on it because I just have so much fun driving it! The 272 HP is kinda crazy, it’s very quick! Never drove a car with that much horsepower before so I was shocked LOL. Very comfy to be in and really hard to believe it’s an 08. I have the backup camera so it really makes me feel like I’m in a newer car. Can’t say enough good things. I will be driving this “til the wheels fall off”! Go buy one if you need a “new” reliable ride. You won’t regret it :D
