2025 Lincoln Navigator review
We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.

2015 Lincoln Navigator review
I've never been a Ford product fan,but this truck has won me over. We bought ours used this year and LOVE it. I had determined that I was buying a loaded Tahoe LTZ when the wife had seen the Navi come up at a very good price. She was interested and since we had nothing to do that day, we decided to go and test drive it. That particular one was "road hard and put up wet" but, my wife noted how easy it was to get in and out of.........she suffers osteoarthritis in her knees and felt no pain getting in and out with the larger side steps. Since that was not a complaint for her, we started looking and found the one we currently own. It is quiet, roomy, nice stereo and is a very nice ride when traveling. I'm still not quite a Ford fan, but.........this has gotten me to give them a second look at least.

The next day we were having a problem with the radio and when I called they said bring it back and they had their mechanic look at it and take care of it immediately. I really appreciated not getting the run around or having to make a service appointment like I have experienced at bigger dealerships. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. They stand behind their cars and treat you like a human being.
2018 Lincoln Navigator review
This is one of my favorite cars. The only problem with the car is the quality of the dealers. As a luxury car it is great but the dealers tend to be 3rd world. I have very few problems and love the drive and technology.

I BOUGHT MY FIRST NAVIGATOR (2010) USED WITH 36K MILES.I OWNED IT FOR 9 YEARS AND WAS VERY MUCH PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE. I HAD PLANS ON INVESTING $10K TO BRING IT UP TO DATE. BUT IT GOT TOTALED 😪😥 I MISS MY 2010 NAVIGATOR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT VEHICLE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE SUV .ROOMY,COMFORTABLE AND RELIABLE.

I recently purchased a used Lincoln MKX Reserve from Odgen Lincoln of Westmont, and was more than satisfied! Im an out of state buyer that found my Lincoln on line. I worked with Henry and Jack who were both outstanding in making this transaction as painless as possible. I was a little hesitant on purchasing something like this without actually seeing or driving it in person, but Henry went the extra mile Facetiming me on the vehicle walk around and putting the deal together. In addition, I had the vehicle shipped to my driveway, and Henry stuck with me all the way! The shipper did an excellent job, and the Lincoln arrived fully detailed, and as described. This isn't the way I would normally purchase a vehicle, but Ogden Lincoln, Henry, and Jack made it a fantastic experience. I purchased a used car, but received the new car treatment which was the frosting on the cake! Thank you Ogden Lincoln, Henry, and Jack! Great place to buy a car I was extremely pleased with the assistance I got from Fahad Dawood at Okaz Motors. I needed a car for my college student and had very specific needs. We had spent all day looking for cars and didn't find any cars that had what we were looking for at the price we wanted. He had just the car we wanted and gave us a decent break on the price so we could afford to buy it. It only came with one key and had a chip in the windshield, and he made us a 2nd key and fixed the chip in the windshield for no extra cost. I would highly recommend Fahed as he didn't use any high pressure sales tactics and helped us find the right car for the right price and addressed all the issues we had.

Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.
2020 Lincoln Navigator review
Very pleasantly surprised. Only improvements I’d suggest after first month are adding rear side windows that open. Layout is great and seats are wonderful. . .and didn’t realize they massage- actually better than Mercedes.
