Adams North CharlotteReviews
Adams North Charlotte review
Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.
2021 Lincoln Navigator review
Being a grandmother, I want to be able to transport grandchildren with plenty of room and comfort for car seats. Style and comfort for me is priority. She turns on a dime and feels safe and sound. I can visit the mountains in the snow in four wheel drive with ease. Just love my new baby!

2018 Lincoln MKC review
We look at one of these Lincoln mkc a while back 2017 or 2018. But never thought we were able to get something so great and stylish. My wife fell in love with it then And has been looking at them every since. These are her two most favorite vehicles over all. Thank you so much James Beard of Paragould Arkansas.

2025 Lincoln Aviator review
An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

Mark Ficken Ford Lincoln review
I had a great experience at this dealership Adonis was my sales person and he got me into a car that fits my family daily needs for a car that?s safe and road worthy for my travels . If you need a car speak to Adonis he is very respectful and kind and listens to what you want in the car your looking for . Great salesman skills . All staff are very polite and kind and they have free coffee while you fill out your paperwork . Thanks again for helping me get a roadworthy car for my family
2022 Lincoln Aviator review
In about 2 weeks my Aviator will be 4 years old. I can honestly say I have not had one issue with the car with the exception of a cracked exterior door handle which Lincoln took car care of as they should. I can't deny that I've gotten more than expected recalls but Lincoln made it painless by coming to my home to get my car and leaving a courtesy car for us to use. As far as fuel mileage I've traveled from Forida to N.H. a couple of times and clocked an amazing 27.8 mpg which is pretty respectable considering that it was packed to the gills with luggage, my wife my 60 lb springer spaniel and myself. (bear in mind my wife packs everything she owns). We love the aviator and will surely purchase another one in the future if the model survives. Great car, great interior/exterior styling

Mooresville Ford review
Mooresville Ford is the ONLY place we go to!! Whether it be for new vehicles, service on vehicles, etc. From the time you enter the building, you become family . We found them to be honest, professional, and caring. They have a great assortment of vehicles available to purchase. We have bought our past 5-6 vehicles there in the past few years. Our #1 Salesman is Scott Speagle !! This man is phenomenal!! We also love the service department, and the options they offer to get your vehicle serviced . They’ll even come to your home , or personally pick up your vehicle!! We recently purchased a 2026 Ford Ranger XLT.. we are over the top excited to have seen it on the lot , within a few hours we were driving it home!! Scott is so professional, and he is like family To us now . We know if we have any questions, he’ll be there .

Audi NorthlakeReviews
Audi Northlake review
From start to finish, my experience with Audi of Northlake was absolutely exceptional. I officially closed on my purchase this past Saturday, September 26, 2026, and I truly could not have asked for a smoother process. Jeremy, David, James, Kendall, & Dave all played a part in making my purchasing experience incredibly easy and hassle-free. Every question I had was answered, helpful suggestions were provided along the way, and the entire transaction felt organized, transparent, and seamless from beginning to end. It was simply a clean, straightforward deal, and there is honestly nothing I would change about the experience. This was actually my second purchase from this location, and once again, they delivered 10/10 service. The level of professionalism, communication, and customer care is exactly why I continue to return. I’m sure I’ll be back again in the future when it’s time for another purchase, but until then, Audi of Northlake will always be my top recommendation when it comes to the Audi brand. Hands down, an excellent experience!
2022 Lincoln Aviator review
I love my aviator reserve. It is so comfortable and easy to handle. It turns on a dime. The ride is smooth and quiet. I do miss the luxury of my black label navigator but in comparison, the aviator is much easier to handle and park because of its size. We have had many recalls, but no issues otherwise with our vehicle. I am proud to on this vehicle and I love driving it.

CarMax Hickory review
I just recently bought a Ford Fusion from Carmax of Hickory, and the team of professionals were just that--professional. We found them to be upfront and efficient.
2020 Lincoln Aviator review
Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

Highly recommend Mark Ficken Ford! We just purchased a beautiful 2026 Ford Explorer and couldn?t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, we received the best hospitality of any dealership we?ve ever visited. They were fair, generous with our budget, and truly made the process enjoyable. Special thanks to our manager Ervin Jaimes and Ashton Jones, who provided an outstanding visit and made everything seamless. If you?re looking for a great buying experience, this is the place! You will be treated very well. ~ Alan and Gina

First time I purchase a Volkswagen CPO car by internet/phone and out of State. It was a graduation gift for my daughter. Hands down I would definitely recommend both of them and the dealership to anyone.
2020 Lincoln Nautilus review
The Nautilus is very surprising in both comfort, drivability, and power from the 2.7 engine. At 6'4 and over 300 lbs. I am very comfortable Driving it. Entry/ exiting the vehicle is great. It took me a while to read and learn about all of the buttons and knobs. I have only had this vehicle for four months but am very satisfied.

2024 Lincoln Corsair review
Bought a 2024 plug in Hybrid model in 2026 for 33,000. Car had 25,000 miles. I am overjoyed with the milage! With local driving I am getting 85MPG!!. Ride you would expect from. Lincoln. A few mild rattles on bumps and front doors if you crank the sterio. Only other concern is lack of mechanical buttons for cabin heat and air.. I bought the car to stop paying $$$ for feul in my Mercedes and it has accomplished that in spades. Very pleased...

2020 Lincoln Corsair review
I purchased a Corsair used after a test drive. I love the leg room and all of the features it has. It is comfortable, drives very nice, is quiet, has plenty of power and I really like the good gas mileage. I think it’s a classy looking SUV and it looks very nice in my garage.

I researched and found the low mileage Porsche Macan Turbo in the color and desired options. Only about 6 cars in the Southeast that met the desired specification. Great price- lower than some higher mileage Macan Turbos in the used car market. Fair value on my trade and easy buying experience.

The car has been a good car for my wife! It is 4 years old and has 35K miles. The trade in value on Lincoln's is far less than on other luxury cars.

2023 Lincoln Nautilus review
I’m very satisfied with the Lincoln. I enjoy driving it. It’s so smooth on the open road. Good acceleration. All the safety items are very comforting to have. I really like the crash warning. Has staged me from an accident twice. I have almost 50,000 in a little over two years. My next car will be a Lincoln Nautalist Hybred.

2016 Lincoln MKC review
This car met my HAVE TO HAVE LIST and more. My previous car was a MKX. This car is peppier and doesn't drive as heavy as the mkx. Although it is slightly smaller I haven't noticed it. The electronics are very user friendly. Only thing missing was Matthew McConaughey in the driver's seat. I would have paid more for that model.

Mark Ficken Ford Lincoln review
This was the easiest new car buy I've ever had. I bought a 2026 F150 Lobo and had them install a Whipple supercharger. They took care of everything. Nick my salesman and Hunter were easy to work with and made things move smoothly. Nick went above and beyond in this purchase. I have recommended them to all my friends and now on here. You can't find a better dealer than Mark Ficken Ford.
2023 Lincoln Nautilus review
I’ve been driving a Lincoln since 1999 but always a sedan. My last sedan was the 2017 Continental. It’s unfortunate that model is no longer made and sold in the U.S. I decided to trade in my high mileage 2017 for a new small SUV and decided on the Nautilus. It’s perfect for me as I don’t like driving a huge truck like vehicle! It has all the options I like and I truly enjoy driving it. I’ve had it for two weeks and I’m truly impressed with its handling and performance! The Revel sound system is awesome! Well done Lincoln!

2019 Lincoln MKC review
We bought a 2019 Lincoln MKC reserve, with 54,000 miles on it. The car is most impressive. The only drawback that I would even mention at this point, is a tight backseat as far as roominess, and a shortly smaller cargo area. I have gotten well over 20 miles per gallon around town, and 27.5 on a trip. The seats are incredibly comfortable, both cooled and heated. The entertainment system works flawlessly. The vehicle is solid, stable, and exceptionally quiet. It may turn out to be one of the better vehicles we have ever had.
