Lucid is the EV to top all EVs. Nothing on the streets gets as much attention or performs like this. Look at the stats of this thing, nothing compairs.

Universal Auto GroupReviews
Universal Auto Group review
I recently purchased a Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid from Universal Auto Group, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Baker in Sales and Jessica in Finance went above and beyond to make my sight-unseen purchase easy and comfortable. They answered all of my questions, handled the details with care, and even coordinated the transport of my new car to Florida. When the car arrived, it was exactly as described — no surprises, no issues, just the dream car I had hoped for. After a month of ownership, I can confidently say I made the right choice trusting Universal Auto Group with such an important purchase. If you’re considering buying from them, especially from a distance, I highly recommend it. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service truly stand out.

Volkswagen of West Islip review
Purchasing a pre-owned vehicle can often feel overwhelming, but Evan made the whole process completely stress-free. From the minute I walked in, the entire staff greeted me with warmth and great energy. Evan was patient, answered every single question about the vehicle's history, and gave me complete confidence in my choice. Honest, accommodating, and zero sales pressure—definitely ask for Evan if you want a great pre-owned car-buying experience!

I can’t say enough about how positive my experience was with this store. They worked so hard to work with us and get us the best deal possible. I never felt like we were on opposite sides. I went in a bit nervous but never felt like they were pushy or trying to wheel and deal me. I felt very taken care of and like they were on my side. I highly recommend!

Good people to work with, never felt pressured, they answered all my questions, and I drove away in the truck I wanted. Thanks to Arein and Ryan at the Westfield location, I would buy from them again.
