2023 Volkswagen Taos review
Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

2026 Mazda Mazda3 review
Bought 26' Mazda 3 hatchback Premium 6spd. While this car occupies a niche segment, a manual transmission car (not a CUV), it is a practical daily commuter car that also brings some driving joy to my enthusiast side. This model has been around since 2019 but still looks like it could have been a new model release. The interior is one of the nicest in the segment. All places touched frequently are covered in soft plastics or leather. The options include a complete host of safety and driver aids, headup display, lane departure, and adaptive cruise are actually helpful and not intrusive. I enjoy the Bose 12spkr system while rowing through the gears. The transmission is smooth and precise. This is not a fast car but it is a joy driving with spirit. The back seats are snug but our young children fit comfortably. The rear hatch is deep and fits enough for getaways or Costco runs. The handling is confidence inspiring that keeps you grinning even well within the car's limits. Having owned other Mazdas including Mazda6 6spd v6, CX 5 twice...the Mazda 3 hasn't disappointed. The Mazda 3 is a fun car that delivers a rewarding experience, decent fuel efficiency, adequate practicality, and an interior that feels premium. The long term reliability is the really what seals the deal. We're looking forward to many years of enjoying ownership.

2017 BMW M2 review
I got my 2017 bmw m2 around 6 months ago. I sprung for the automatic for a faster 0-60 time plus Apple CarPlay and the executive package. I can whole heartedly tell you that this car feels and sounds amazing. It is faster than 90% of cars on the road with a 4.1 second 0-60 (automatic), and sounds amazing. Additionally the exterior is beautiful and has a timeless design. I would even say it looks better than the new M2’s available on the market. The car also handles beautifully and is perfect for a canyon road. Although some do not like the interior i personally do. Mine has a carbon fiber trim, along with m badged leather seats. It does not have bucket seats however. The interior is minimalist and timeless in my opinion. Not to much clutter and all the modern technology a car these days needs. Lastly the car has launch control for any potential racing you want to do.

2017 Hyundai TUCSON review

2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray review
On December 10th, 2024, I purchased a red 2015 Corvette Stingray Convertible 3LT from Country Chevrolet in Warrenton, Virginia. I have purchased 26 new and used cars in my life, and I have to say this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had in my life. My first car was a new 1980 Corvette, and I evolved into planning for my last car to be a red corvette convertible. After much research, lots of shopping, and numerous test drives, I found this car listed on-line at Country Chevrolet at a listed price in the range I was looking for. I called and set up a test Drive for the wife and me. We drove up to the dealership and noticed one or two folks outside who immediately said hi, welcomed us to the dealership and went to get the salesman for our test drive. The environment at this dealership was more welcoming than any Chevy dealership I had ever been to. When Kirk Hughes, our sales consultant introduced himself, we could clearly see we had found at great person to work with. Kirk is friendly, professional, and an absolute expert in corvettes and cars in general. Kirk is by far one of the best salesmen I have ever met. I consider myself a car person, as I enjoy buying, selling and talking about cars. I also perform much of the simple maintenance tasks like changing fluids, brakes and normal maintenance items. Kirk is truly knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to talk to. After being at the dealership for a bit, I bumped into Kevin Bearce, another sales consultant and person we knew. He is another unbelievable friendly professional and a true joy to talk to. With sales folks like Kirk and Kevin, I would recommend Country Chevrolet to any and everyone, as they clearly only hire the best of the best. Kirk had three surprise visits by existing customers during our time shopping, and Kevin jumped in without skipping a beat, to assist in what turned out to be our purchase of the corvette. The finance consultant, J. C. Welch, quickly assisted in finalizing the sale at a price I considered fair. He too was friendly and professional in all. My whole experience at Country Chevrolet was completely different than my previous experiences buying cars. The atmosphere and attitude of the people was friendly, upbeat and caring. This tells me that the management and ownership of this dealership sets high standards for their people, and the result is great buying experience for a customer like me. 2017 Volvo S60 review
I was reluctant on buying another S60 as my previous 2012 model had engine issues that led to engine failure at just 120,000 miles. However, with the 2017 model having a new engine and transmission setup, I decided to give it another shot. At 115,000 miles I haven’t experienced any mechanical issues of any sort. The performance is pretty great for the small 2.0 liter engine pumping 240 hp which pairs pretty well with the 8 speed automatic transmission sourced from Toyota. The interior is very beautiful with the real leather seats, however for 2017 it was definitely starting to age. The exterior design is absolutely immaculate, however at 7 years old it has started to experience paint chips leading to minor rust. I wouldn’t 100% blame the paint as rocks and road debris also contributed to this. The comfort in the seats is very amazing, however it’s not perfect as the cabin noise is louder than most other luxury cars. Overall I love this car and have been very pleased with its improved reliability.

2017 Subaru Forester review
The Forester is a great value. It is roomy yet extremely nimble. Our average fuel economy is 30mpg with plenty of power. It has great visibility with no blind spots. The all wheel drive works well. It is great when you have to drive in bad weather. My only complaint is dealership service costs seem high, even for routine services. Independent garages have more reasonable costs. There have been no major repairs needed on our Subaru. We were a Honda family ( 20+ yrs) so changing to the Subaru was a big deal. We were not disappointed.

2017 Volkswagen Touareg review
Tranny is dodgy on my 2012 v6...sport mode is worse....this suv needs a v8...sorry. I'm tall - the seats are not that great for me especially on long trips. Bought it 2020 so it was reasonably priced but now I'm looking for a Merc.

2017 Volvo V60 Cross Country review

2015 Audi RS 7 review
This car is sick AF. Daily driver that will absolutely embarrass any old xxxxxx in a supercar that barely knows how to drive. They would be better driving this car. Anyone can drive it fast af. Buying this car has been everything i could ask for and then some. Only gripes anyone should have(these are small and don’t carry much weight for me for this car) not much cabin storage or as much room you’d like for a sedan. BUT, it is a Hatchback so perfect for roadtrips as well. Honestly will continue buying the RS7 as long as they continue to produce no ones. 2021-2022 look really sick too will be upgrading shortly I hope

2023 Porsche 718 Boxster review
I have a 2023 Porsche Boxster GTS 4.0. It is truly an amazing sport car in terms of performance, reliability and value. I traded in a 2020 Boxster S to purchase this model because a six cylinder internal combustion engine with 394 horse power is distinctly better than a turbo charged four cylinder model. While a manual transmission is preferable. The Porsche PDK automatic transmission in in a class by itself. Lastly, being a mid engine sport car enhances the overall performance.
