Mazda is comfortable, I'm in my 70's Reliable, rides great, great on gas. Something that is great on the road, Able to handle, I've handle: M-6 sadan, SUV 5, big enough good room ,and M-cx30 and 3. All long distance traveling. And not high maintenance. Good for all season

A few weeks ago I purchased a used car at McGrath Acura in Libertyville and wanted to share my experience. When I arrived I was greeted by Ethan Sevilla. So far so amazing. After this car, I'm very positive I will buy the same model. By the way, I don't know when it's going to happen since I feel like this car would stay healthy forever. Cargo room seems like the only part missing but getting a compact SUV like this? It was expected.

Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I appreciate the lane indicator features. Great small SUV

A joy to drive. The turbo gives a smooth punch of pickup. Don’t feel the speed! Interior is compact and efficient and steering wheel and seats warm up fast at the push of a button. An absolute pleasure to drive.

Wife had 3 Subaru's maintained at Ziegler since 2014. We also bought a used car for daughter in 2021. All good!! Service Writer Lauren Gaines is Exceptional! Wife's car blew out a rear wheel brake cylinder in 2023. We limped in & explained the problem to Lauren, she checked the puddle of brake fluid around the rear wheel & immediately put a hand written sign, NO BRAKES, on the dash before finishing the repair order. Adults can't be taught common sense or personal responsibility ...

Great car. I have turbo version and it is very fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger gas tank. I get about 300 miles out of a tank of breast.

Another fast and successful visit. Stayed while the work was done and waiting area was great as usual. Work took less time than expected which is also a bonus. Ashleigh did a great job keeping me in the loop.

Soul red crystal paint best red ever. Turbo offers lots of power and good mileage. Interior is excellent. Quality thru out. Heads up display is cool. Adapative cruise is nice. Fit and finish is top notch. Has a shifter! No push buttons and no CVT!

I went in to have my general maintenance done, oil change and tire rotation, and asked if they could look at my horn. I have less than 9k miles on my vehicle and my horn stopped working! I originally had my service scheduled with another Hyundai service center and was told they would need to keep my car for 3 days and they would not provide me with a loaner. They checked my horn, and informed me they would need to order a new one. It would take a few days to get, but will call me when they receive it and take care of it for me! I cannot thank this service dept enough for the wonderful customer service and understanding of my anxiousness/irritation of not having a horn!

Bought a brand new 2023 Mazda CX 30 and really like the safety features that are standard features in this car. As an empty nester and retiree, the lane keep assist and lane warning are a welcome feature in this car. The lane warning and assist has an pleasant chime warning sound and the steering wheel vibrate warning the driver that he/she is deviating from the lane. With a little nudge of the steering wheel by the system get you back in your lane. Blind spot monitoring is also a great safety feature to let the driver know that a nearby car is on the nest lane, caution is suggested when changing lane. Cross traffic alert is also great, and it can even detect a person approaching the back side of your car when on reverse, of course it also detects a car approaching when reversing. The interior fit and finish is excellent, it makes the car feel and look like a luxury car without the price of a luxury car. This car is brand new, so I am still in the process of learning about the car. IMO, if you want to experience how the Mazda CX 30 is, get a test drive. You may like it or love it like I do. Little slow to get answers to questions needed on things on the Mazda 3 car

Dustin the service advisor was really helpful - took care of my issue with my keep grand Cherokee. Even though it was really busy, still was very friendly and solved the issue quickly. Definitely recommend this dealership/service hub.

I purchased this car after getting hit head on in my Mazda MX five, which was totaled, but thankfully protected me from serious injury. I’m a big Mazda fan having owned a brand new Miata for 20 years prior to trading it in for the MX five. I looked at BMW, Audi, Lexus, Mercedes, and several other type SUV vehicles and chose to purchase the CX 30. I love the size and the nimbleness of handling. The reliability of Mazda’s can’t be beat in my opinion. I have essentially had no issues after buying this car brand new in December 2019 and still owning it as of spring 2024. Other than the normal maintenance I’ve had zero problems. It is easy to park maneuver and has good storage. If someone has really long legs and it’s going to ride in the back seat, they may not be perfectly comfortable. There are several things I wish I could change. One the size of the key fob is too big to fit into small purses And pockets. The center console top opens weirdly, and if you have the back seat full of items, it is often impossible to get into that compartment. It would be better if it open side to side, as is more traditional than tilting to the back where there isn’t adequate clearance when the backseat is full. The only other thing I wish is that it had electric seats. I also find that the shoulder strap on my neck given my height, and it would be very helpful if the shoulder strap was adjustable for people who are not tall. I agree with the reviews describing the easiness of the entertainment system. There is very little not to like about this car. I will definitely buy this model again.

It's the first vehicle that I have ever owned that I take out driving just for sake of driving! No destination just driving... I get a big grin every time I press the accelerator on my CX-30 Turbo Premium Plus trim. I am very happy with it and very happy that Mazda holds the top spot at consumer reports for reliability. The funny thing is, Mazda was not even on my radar originally, but it happens that it was one of the few dealerships in my area that had any inventory. Once I test drove it....It was Game Over! Went home and did a bunch or research and found out all the good stuff...went back the next day and bought it.

The sales people were very responsive. The only obstacle to completing the deal was they wouldn’t match Carvana’s price for my trade in and I wanted to get everything done in one neat package.

Purchased the base CX30 in June and just reached 2500 miles. I like the 16' standard rims as new tire purchases will be less costly. The car has plenty of room up front and in the hatch, however, rear leg room is minimal. The 2.5-4 is adequate, but definitely gets up in Sport mode merging on the highway. I like the stiffer ride from the torsion bar rear suspension, although that has been a complaint from some reviewers. The interior appointments are premium imo, and I prefer the infotainment system not having the touch screen. Great little car (GLC).

I love my CX30. Only a few very minor complaints. The back seat is small. I would only recommend it for small children. Since i'm the only user, it doesn't really apply to me. The car overall is small, which makes it easier to maneuver and more fun to drive than larger CX models. I'm 6'3 tall and have no problem fitting in the driver's seat - plenty of head and leg room. The other complaint is the small gas tank (under 13 gallons). Even though, I don't regret buying my CX30. It's a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend not looking at any trim level lower than premium due to all the options the premium includes. I opted for the non-turbo. It's fast enough without it, and was 3K less.

An amazing experience! Once arrived I was greeted and given a beverage of choice. Then since a majority of technical information was completed via online portals, was able to sit down and do “paperwork” for less than an hour. For one this made the part I dread the absolute most, an absolute breeze. In addition, I absolutely loved how there wasn’t any pressure to make the purchase or not. It was as if I was buying a car from family! I highly recommend this dealership and will be going here moving forward for future cars!

If Maurice were a super hero, his super power would be making great deals happen. He was friendly, helpful, informed (and don't even get me started on his accent)!
