The best car buying experience I have ever had. Steve Lynn respected my budget, learned my needs and wants, and found me the perfect car which also was certified. PLUS Flow offers an additional limited warranty at no extra charge. Took the worry out of choosing a car. I am pleased with the entire experience. They will go out of their way to make sure you find the car you want and it meets your expectations before driving it home.

I shopped for 5 months and I finally bought a certified 2016 Equinox from Steve Lynn because he was professional and treated me like a person. He knew all about the SUV and checked and fixed all my concerns. He also took time out of his busy schedule to personally deliver my car to me when I was in a tough spot with my busy schedule.

Mazda White PlainsReviews
Mazda White Plains review
A Rare, Respectful, and Seamless Car-Buying Experience! Walking into Mazda White Plains, my guard was up. After past dealership experiences—including having my keys held hostage for a review, and salesmen trying to sneak hidden fees into the total price—I expected the worst. Baris Genc (Customer Experience Specialist) and Andrew Tomassetti (Business Manager) completely flipped the script. They were professional, transparent, and above all, "human." I knew what I wanted regarding my APY, loan terms, and trade-in value for my old Cobalt. While I had to advocate for myself, there was absolutely zero pushback. They willingly handed over copies of the warranty and the CarFax, gave me a fair trade value, and completely respected my boundaries when I declined the "extras"—no high-pressure tactics or guilt trips. Buying a car in NY while living in CT can be a headache, but they handled all the paperwork and explained the process seamlessly. I was out the door in just three hours. They never made me feel stupid or less-than for buying a Mazda CX-30. I highly recommend Mazda White Plains if you want a fair deal and an honest, respectful car-buying experience. Thank you, Baris and Andrew!

Open Road Mazda of East Brunswick review
I came to Open Road with a considerable challenge. Still in an open bankruptcy, I needed to make a change in vehicles. I wanted to trade in a gas guzzler and get into a more economical car. My internet inquiry connected me with Margaret Ferrara at Open Road. Margaret and management was infinitely patient and quite helpful in coordinating all the extra paperwork necessary to get me in a car. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I recently leased a CX-5 from Schwartz Mazda. I was looking to get into a lease and out of my large car loan. I went to over 5 dealerships within a week and was becoming hopeless. Tom got me into a beautiful SUV and it was a quick, easy, and great deal! I would and will recommend this dealership and Tom in particular to everyone.
