2024 Mazda CX-5 review
I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

By now knowing quite a bit more about “A Woman” shopping a car all my her lonesome…I had learned a thing or two about “Games, Hidden charges and Fees!” No, Not nice! But Not at SCHWARTZ MAZDA! Not for one moment did I feel that Noah Anderson, my salesman wasn’t listening to my needs, he knew I was “The Real Deal!” And that was exactly what I needed, just to be Heard and to get the Best Vehicle that I Could Afford! By chance I did get to meet their General Manager, a True Gentleman, Sean Lennon! A man with one of the Most Humble, Kind and Gentle Soul’s with the Utmost Respect for my position I had been left with after being a victim of a most “Wicked and Evil Scam!” I can write a book about that day, but better than that I MUST APPLAUD and give SCHWARTZ MAZDA and their Associates a TRIPLE A+ Rating! A TEAM to be “Respected and Mirrored!” Anyone looking now or in the near future for a new or used vehicle that fits their budget ~~Do Not, I Repeat DO NOT Hesitate…. 2023 Mazda CX-5 review
I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

A Rare, Respectful, and Seamless Car-Buying Experience! Walking into Mazda White Plains, my guard was up. After past dealership experiences—including having my keys held hostage for a review, and salesmen trying to sneak hidden fees into the total price—I expected the worst. Baris Genc (Customer Experience Specialist) and Andrew Tomassetti (Business Manager) completely flipped the script. They were professional, transparent, and above all, "human." I knew what I wanted regarding my APY, loan terms, and trade-in value for my old Cobalt. While I had to advocate for myself, there was absolutely zero pushback. They willingly handed over copies of the warranty and the CarFax, gave me a fair trade value, and completely respected my boundaries when I declined the "extras"—no high-pressure tactics or guilt trips. Buying a car in NY while living in CT can be a headache, but they handled all the paperwork and explained the process seamlessly. I was out the door in just three hours. They never made me feel stupid or less-than for buying a Mazda CX-30. I highly recommend Mazda White Plains if you want a fair deal and an honest, respectful car-buying experience. 2023 Mazda CX-5 review
I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

2022 Mazda CX-5 review
We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my follow up review for 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. I have zero complaints or nits. With just under 3k miles I am now avg 31 mpg mostly on country roads and some city driving. No highway miles yet. Do not hesitate to buy this car you will not be dissapointed. I do wish this trim came with wireless carplay and android auto but I knew that when I purchased the car. The fit and finish is amazing.

2023 Mazda CX-5 review
The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

2023 Mazda CX-5 review
We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

2022 Mazda CX-5 review
Have had our 2022 for 8 months now. It's been great, the fit/finish and ride are superior, IMHO, then my previous CRV and Rav4 vehicles. The only thing I would like to see is a touch screen entertainment center rather then the manual knob. The interior is well laid out with quality accents, feel and quiet, again far superior to our previous SUVs. So far it's been mechanically sound with no issues and we are enjoying it very much.

Arrived at this dealership to pick up a car I had been discussing with Adel Brea, one of their sales associates, via phone and email. She answered all of my questions, called me back when she said she would, and even sent me everything we discussed in writing along with an attached offer. Adel connected me with Nikki Barboni, who is one of their sales and leasing consultants. Nikki was a consummate professional, which allowed us to get through all the paperwork quickly. I've heard horror stories of people spending all day at the dealership but this was not the case. She really made my family and I feel at home. When it came time to pay for the vehicle and we couldn't make the payment the way we wanted to, she offered nothing but solutions, which I really appreciated. Lastly, the service I received from the business manager Luis Olivier was awesome as well. He was very precise and made sure all the I's were dotted and T's were crossed. He made sure we understood all the financing for the vehicle by going through the contract page-by-page. He never rushed us, and only asked for signatures once we were comfortable enough to do so. Because of these three individuals, I will be referring as many people as possible to this dealership. Thank you for doing right by us!

2023 Mazda CX-5 review
Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

Michael Wills responded to my request about the 2007 Honda Odyssey that they had for sale. He set up an appointment for us to look at the van, made a sure I had the correct address, and the day we were going to check it out he reached out to make sure we were not having trouble with directions. He already had the vehicle up front waiting for us and walked us through the directions on the map to test drive it. The van was clean and in great condition. We decided to purchase it and he broke everything down for us so we could get a better idea of our finances. While we were signing the purchase papers Mike had them freshen up the van again and they put a full tank of gas in it for us. Their staff was friendly, and ager to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. I have never felt more welcome at a dealership and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. Thank you for the exceptional service!!
2024 Mazda CX-5 review
Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. I looked at many others in the same class and I thought this was the best looking, had the best interior set up and is economical. Very happy with the purchase. Definitely would recommend.
