He talked numbers and when I asked for an explanation I wasn't brushed off to hurry and sign. During my discussions with him I had a family emergency come up and instead of pushing for the sale stayed go ahead take care of what you need to and I'll run numbers and have better information for you when you come back. Stopped back the next morning 2 cars in my range were ready with numbers to discuss as promised..Joann was wonderful who took me out for a test drive and even brought me home to show and discuss my choice with my husband. 2020 Mazda CX-5 review
I have been driving Toyotas for 12 yrs. I intended to downsize to a Toyota Rav4 from the Highlanders. When I saw how expensive they were and how plain and cheap the interior was, I decided to look around. I did some research and decided to look at the Mazda CX5. Wow! What a nicely appointed car and quite peppy with the "sport" feature engaged. Two years later, I still love my car. MPG are good and it is the perfect size. Bye, bye Toyota.
