Used 2023 Mazda CX-5 for sale near Armonk, NY

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

Our sales person was Robyn. My wife doesn't like shopping for a new car because the sales people are usually very pushy. In this case it was completely opposite. Just purchased a couple of weeks ago. If we buy another I would definitely look for her. JOHN

I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

Just bought my 4th Honda CRV. Knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. Yousef / Abdel / Justin walked me through the process and we made a deal. Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

Koeppel Mazda is the best. Stein Celestin was our salesman and made sure we got the best price Koeppel could offer. He also ensured we had everything ready to go so that when we arrived, we just had to sign the papers and go. Before we drove off, he made sure we knew all the new features in our car (we were returning a 2017 car of the same model). Great customer service. Sherette Corsey was also great and very patient when we made a last minute change in our deal. I can't say enough good things about Stein, Sherette and the team at Koeppel.

The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

I purchased My vehicle back in November, I did Everything virtually and had the pleasure of working with Nick & JamieLee.. their customer service combined is enough to make you want to come here. I had An issue with my vehicles sensor and came in for service, just to find out JamieLee had transferred into service and I had The pleasure of being assisted by her again! Everyone in the service department is knowledgeable, patient, understanding and compassionate. The service was quick and I was Out in no time. I will 100% be recommending palisades Mazda to everyone! Just got a new 2025 cx5 preffered and Stephen Hasher my salesman was outstanding. No pressure and helped me with my decision. This is my 7th or 8th car with Honda. I have never leased a car from the Tarrytown dealership until today, and I will not be leasing from anyone else after today. Reggie was TOP notch.
