2023 Mazda CX-5 review
Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... Kristy Tomcho is an amazing agent. She sat with us and explained every aspect of the process, she found us a beautiful SUV under the specifications we were looking for, and after the purchase she sat with me and demonstrated and showed me all the bells and whistles on the new car. This is my first time buying a new car, and the process with Kristy was so simple and easy. The application for financing was understandable and explained in a matter I could understand. We were insistent on buying a Ford and Kristy really knows her stuff. She is a Ford supporter through and through. She was able to rattle off facts and figures for the various options and she really knew what I was looking for after asking a few questions. She knew what models were being discontinued and she knew the desire of people and had a good finger on what people are looking for, so she was able to find something that was available. Another thing, I always thought that you can only trade in one car for a new car, and that is not the case. We were able to trade in my car, my dad’s car, and even an old motorcycle that we weren’t using anymore. This dealership really worked with us and specified our purchase based on our specific needs. Also, I have utilized Ken Ganley Ford Parma for service on my previous vehicles, and they are so helpful and do great work. I look forward to taking this new car to their service department for all my preventative and maintenance needs. Also, the price I paid for my new car was very competitive with the market and the research that I had done before my purchase. I was expecting inflated prices, but I found theirs to be realistic and acceptable. Finally, for payment I was able to find a payment plan with so many options I was able to cater my monthly payment to what I needed and wanted. I believe some of the warranties were necessary, and others I went with to make life easier in the future. I hope to have and keep this Ford Escape for many many years to come, but I know that when the time comes for another new car, I will definitely go see Kristy Tomcho.

2023 Mazda CX-5 review
The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

2023 Mazda CX-5 review
We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

2023 Mazda CX-5 review
I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!
