Used 2024 Mazda CX-5 for sale near Brighton, CO

Was working with 4 different KIA dealerships looking for a specific color and make of a 2023 Telluride. All promised me that they would be able to accommodate me but only Arapahoe KIA pulled through and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The expected arrival time was spot on. Once the vehicle arrived, the purchase process was smooth and painless. I got the car I wanted with no hassles whatsoever. Probably the first time ever in all my years of buying cars. I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

So helpful and not pushy. Found exactly what I wanted and I didn't have to be present. Very nice and made me comfortable with the decision.

Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. I looked at many others in the same class and I thought this was the best looking, had the best interior set up and is economical. Very happy with the purchase. Definitely would recommend.

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

This is my follow up review for 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. I have zero complaints or nits. With just under 3k miles I am now avg 31 mpg mostly on country roads and some city driving. No highway miles yet. Do not hesitate to buy this car you will not be dissapointed. I do wish this trim came with wireless carplay and android auto but I knew that when I purchased the car. The fit and finish is amazing.

By far the best Sub $40k vehicle I've ever owned. And I'm a UAW worker. Driving, Power, Interior material quality are top notch. Alot of soft touch materials.

Vehicle was serviced in less time than was quoted. Car was cleaned and fixed right the1st time. Shane was awesome and the coffee was good.

My sister and I have been shopping for a replacement vehicle for our aging Chevy Tahoe. After several awful experiences with salesmen in various dealerships in Longmont I went online and found the perfect vehicle at Courtesy Mazda, a smaller dealership unknown to us. When My sister and I arrived we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist; welcomed by the sales lady, Aspen Swanson. Aspen was friendly, fun, easy to work with and in short order we had test driven the Tahoe, and agreed on the price. Another lady, Debra, in the finance department, was likewise wonderful, fast and efficient putting the paperwork together on the deal, and boom, we were done. My sister and I have both marveled about what a great car-buying experience this was and the comfort level we had doing so. Aspen went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and worked closely with Debra on the paperwork. We left very happy and hope to be repeat customers in the future. Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Outstanding job Federal Heights location!

I purchased a vehicle here and within a week discovered the tires were already worn (around 3/32?4/32). We had mentioned the bald tires to our sales rep before we purchased and he said they couldn?t change them out. I was initially told by staff that the tires would be replaced, but later the dealership declined, stating they measured 5/32 instead. This was disappointing because the expectation had already been set that the tires would be changed. The sales manager originally seemed willing to help, but the final decision left me feeling misled. I hope the dealership improves communication and stands by what is promised to customers. Overall experience was great despite the tires not being replaced. Finance was amazing and the dealership is nice. We love the mazda. Shoutout to Donavan the sales Manager he was really communicative and tried his best to replace the tires but it didn?t happen.
