I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

Amazing Service one would expect when purchasing a vehicle including the amazing service department. It’s one thing to be happy with the vehicle you purchased let alone liking the salesperson involved, however what truly sets this dealership apart is its continued level of service that continues after the purchase, particularly from the Service Department. The Service Manager, Ron is truly polite and helpful and when it comes to customer service and satisfaction Jorge Quevedo is the man. This is definitely not your typical service department nor dealership as there level of quality of service separates them apart from any dealership and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I love my 2018 Mazda CX-5 to absolutely no end! I have a blast driving it, and it is my first car. I have the Touring FWD model, but it does NOT skimp out on features, it has blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, back-up camera, Automatic Emergency Braking, airbags EVERYWHERE, and whole plethora of other safety features. It is very quick, reliable, and fun to drive. My only complaint is there is not much in the way of cabin storage. But it is not a deal breaker, since the trunk of the car has a large cargo area, and lots of room in the spare tire area. It has an amazing Bose speaker system and I was given this car for my birth day at about 30k miles, but it was purchased new. I have FWD (Front wheel drive) but it still does amazing in conditions like rain, and minor snow. It is also the only car from this segment that placed a good rating on the IIHS Crash Test. It is often on par with luxury brands like BMW and Mercedes but having the advantage of being half the cost and Japanese so it lasts forever and also since it's not German, the repairs won't cost a house mortgage. However, if you get a 2018, make sure you get an updated Navigation SD Card. I cannot recommend this car enough, it is perfect in nearly everyway. I am now a loyal Mazda customer, and will always have a Mazda in my garage, I trust them more than any other automaker. Perks: Large backseat (I am 6'1 and can for the most part fit comfortably in the back) Fun to drive Fuel efficient Safety Feature galore Reliable and cheap to maintain Excellent use of space Cons: If I had to choose, not as much cabin storage as I want, but I want more than the average person.

I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase of my 3rd Volvo, a new XC40, from Volvo of Lisle!! While I loved each of my last two S60’s (also bought from this dealer), this SUV exceeds my expectations of what a Volvo can be and do. For a second time (after 15 years of owning my last S60), Bob Makowka helped me pick the right car for my needs. He explained & made sure I understood the various features of each model so I could make the perfect for me selection. He then explained the new features on my new car so I felt comfortable on my first drive home. And he follows up promptly with answers to questions I thought of afterwards. Finance Manager Howar Ruiz took the pain out of all the paperwork (finance and title transfer) everything was well organized & easy to understand each step of the process. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the service department where I usually deal with John Korallus for top notch service. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. Whether you’re an enthusiast or not, you will enjoy this thing until the wheels fall off. Now, if you’re an enthusiast, or just someone who loves the feel of the road underneath you but needs something fairly practical? This is the car for you. With ample power, and steering feel that would put some sports cars to shame, you will feel confident, and often joyous when behind the wheel of the CX-5, especially with the Manual version that came in the “Sport” trim! Although that engine is suggested to be fairly gutless. However, if you prefer the automatic versions with the larger engine, like in my Grand Touring trim, you will absolutely be able to enjoy the road, regardless of the local speed limit. The CX-5 may not be the fastest car in its class, but it surely is the most fun, and the best value among its competitors.. but it’s mainly just fun. I recently got my CX-5 at my local dealer, and it has done nothing but get me to work when I want it to, taken me on small trips to wherever I want, and without any real complaints. Only times it gets annoyed with me is if I need to pass anybody at highway, but that’s what makes it so much fun to live with in my opinion, especially with the little rev-happy 4-pot motors that it can come with. In conclusion, if you want a sub-compact crossover.. but also want the feel of Mazda’s own roadster? Get the CX-5. It will bring you as many smiles per gallon as you need it to.

Andrew and Mike were the reps on site and they were super nice. They have a ton of good Toyota options and for a reasonable and fair price. Andrew assisted me with the buying process. I was pleased with the overall process and purchasing experience that Andrew provided. I highly recommend brining a strong down payment to lower interest. Overall I see myself buying another car or two from here!

For the most part I really like my 2013 Mazda. When I stop the car and try to turn off the ignition it doesn’t turn off the engine. In order to turn off the engine and electrical, I have to restart the cart and pump the gear shifter several times and then turn off the ignition. My wife used to drive a Mazda MPV had the same issue.

I did an extensive research on Japanese SUV’s and I kept coming back to the Mazda CX5. This vehicle is beautiful inside and out and is amazingly smooth and quiet. It also has really good handling and plenty of power even with the 4 cylinder. I think Mazda gives the best bang for the buck of all the Japanese car brands. I highly recommend the Mazda CX5.

Purchased my 2020 Mazda CX-5 while actually shopping for a Nissan Rogue. I Purchased from a Nissan dealership which I'll never do again if I ever purchase another Mazda. The vehicle was listed for $23,899.00 with 23,633 miles. Love the power and over all handling of the vehicle. The Machine Gray Metallic color is awesome as well.. Read alot of good things about the CX-5 as well as some horror stories. To soon to tell with just owning it a little over a month but hoping for the best time will tell..

Test drove a used 2019 CX-5 two days ago and loved it. However, the exterior had a number of scratches and no sunroof, which is a must. Came home, looked online and found an immaculate 2018 CX-5 with only 31K miles at a Mazda dealer 70 miles away. Test drove it this morning and brought it home this afternoon. Smooth acceleration, quiet cabin, absorbs bumps nicely. Feels like driving a much more expensive care. Touring model gives you all the features you would expect in a much more expensive car. Looking forward to many years of driving comfort and enjoyment. PS Took a very critical friend with me to check out the car, and he had nothing but praise for it.

I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

I recently purchased a used 2017 CX-5 Mazda and I LOVE everything about it. I have always been a Honda fan but after this purchase, I just like everything about it. It opened up new possibilities for the Mazda line. It is great on gas, especially for commuting. It is comfortable and there is a considerable amount of trunk/cargo space in the back. That in itself is a plus! I feel safe in this car and it is dependable.

Got the best bang for my buck. Prompt response. Easy scheduling for appointments. Great after sale service. Very accommodating. Even picking me up from the train station. Will definitely buy from here again in the future.

Excellent car. Completely fallen in love with the adaptive cruise control. I live in LA and using it on the highway with a lot of traffic is amazing. Also works great in low speeds.

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

I had an issue with the keys on my Ferrari California! Gary, Taylor, in service, and Bob in parts were amazing! They explained the process and solved my issue, getting me a new set of keys and reprograming them! These guys are great and have earned my business in the future! Thanks Again!!

I’m 72 and have owned many cars including jags, Volvo, bmw, ect this is the nicest, comfortable car I’ve had, l suspect that kept in good condition and serviced correctly it will last many years, if you are looking for a reliable, attractive, zippy car then this is for you, l test drove all the similar cars and the cx5 was the car for me.

Bought this model in 2014 brand new, it's 10 years later, at 100K miles, still runs like new , only items done are maintenance so far.Tires, brakes, battery, wipers, etc. Has never been in the shop for anything else. Period.

Purchased new in 2019 touring model- have 76K on it - no issues so far. Changed brakes all around - plugs - one drain and fill on the tranny and changed the fluid in the transfer cases. Changed the oil every 6k. Info screen is dated but once you get used to it - its fine. Touring has the 17 inch wheels which gives it a good ride quality. Good buy!

Such a joy to drive. You can’t go wrong with a Mazda. While the CX-5 is on the smaller side, it fits our needs and is so fun to drive. It looks sharp from the outside and has a lot of comfort on the inside. Technology options are good and it has a solid warranty but you won’t need it as Mazda is one of the most reliable brands on the road.

Always receive good service from Mathew of the Service Dept., he is very thorough in explaining what has to be done as recommended by the technician. The dealerships waiting area is impeccable clean as well as their restroom.

Purchased as my commuter vehicle, plenty of room for my work gear, very comfortable and a smooth ride to boot. easily getting 28-31 mpg is also nice!
