Kelly Redmond was the best sales woman I have ever personally experienced. She was not pushy at all and was willing to test drive every single car until i found the perfect one for me. She is very family friendly and made sure my 1 year old was just as happy as we were!

As a retired tx DPS mvi trooper through my 30 years dealing with dealers carmax is most caring dealer. When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. Chris did a great job. We walked in knowing what we wanted and he got right to it. Chris was very personable and made the buying process easy. There were not very many other customers there when we were there and the manager, Tim, came over and introduced himself. Very family friendly environment. The whole experience was great. Mike in finance finished the deal with us and we were happy when we left. We felt like we got everything that we had asked for. I bought a Mazda 6 today from Clear Lake Mazda. It was the smoothest and most relaxing car buying experience I have ever had. Normally I dread going to car dealerships due to pushy salespeople, long waits, and an overall air of mistrust. My salesperson Mizra Beg was pleasant, patient and informative. At no point he make me feel rushed, hassled or hustled. Thank you Mizra, I would buy a car from you again! Everyone made me feel like a VIP and I could tell they valued me as a customer.

My experiance at parkway Mazda was very pleasant. The staff there was very accommodating and friendly. They never preassured me in any way to buy something I didn't want or try to sell me something that cost more than I was willing to spend. Linda Mohamed was my salesperson, she was knowledgeable and any thing she wasn't sure of she knew where to find the answer quickly. I went to parkway family kia today hoping to buy a car. I spent the the whole day before at other dealerships feeling like I was fighting a whole sales team just to get a good price. Not at parkway, Linda Muhammad treated my wife and me like family and was able to get us an amazing car at a price she knew we would be happy about. I've already recommended her to family and she and the staff at parkway have gotten my business for life. She even found a private space so my wife could feed and change our new born son. Parkway staff really made this an incredible experience.
