I I am a repeat customer and recently purchased a new QX 50. The car is incredible and my sales person, Walter, made the experience pleasurable. I have used the same service writer for three years, Tony Gaye and she has the best service writer I have ever had.
I have always been treated curteoysly at Gunther Motors Service Dept. The Service Specialist go out of their way to ensure any serivce and/or repairs are done satisfactorily, on time and on budget. Over the years (after 6 cars purchased/leased at Gunther VW) I have developed a rapport with some of the specialists.
It was the service department that sold me on this dealership in the first place. Good people to deal with. 19000 trouble free miles, 11months in my 2017 Tiguan.. I recommend Volkswagen and Gunther to all my friends
the day before thanksgiving Engine came says go straight to dealer. they fix engine just a computer update! Then made a Friday morning appointment! Did other service for updates and minor recalls! done in less than two hours.
Effortless.....the whole experience was quick and easy.

I primarily gave a five-star rating due to my salesman Divardo. He was amazing. He had all the paperwork ready for me to cut down on the wait time. He got me exactly the car I wanted at the right price without any haggling. He is not a high-pressure salesman but cares greatly about his customer's satisfaction. I highly recommend working with him!!
As soon as I pulled up to the service department without an appointment I was greeted with superb customer service. Both gentlemen that attended me as I pulled in, were excellent at their jobs. The service manager gave exceptional customer service.
I previously owned a Mini Cooper and would have purchased another but my experience with the Mini/BMW service department was so negative that it persuaded me to buy a different car. This was my first service appointment at Mazda for my Mazda 3. Easy appointment set up, emailed reminder, car was taken at the exact time of my appointment and the maintenance done in the time it was told me it would take. Waiting room very comfortable with snacks. Great price - competitive with independent oil change/tire sales chain stores. Great experience. As long as it continues I plan to continue my service at Mazda even after no longer under warranty.
My wife and I bought a really nice 2016 Mazda CX-5 yesterday from this dealership. We couldn???t be happier with the car and also the quality of service provided to us. Our sales person was Juan Pizarro and he was great. He took the time to show us multiple cars until we were satisfied with one. Also being a military veteran I was more than happy to have Juan, who is also a military veteran, as my sales person. And I thank him for his service. As I stated before, the entire staff was outstanding. From the sales person all the way to management and finance. Everyone worked with us to assure that we were happy with the car and pricing. Thank you again for everything.
