Will definitely go back for my next car

I had a great experience here. I was not surprised to learn that they have been recognized for their customer service. Where to begin.. i needed a new car and it was going to be my first time at a dealership. I wasn’t looking forward to the process. I found a vehicle that I really liked online. My salesman, Terrence, was very responsive and personable to me via email and telephone about the car and sent me more photos at my request. I know the salesmen deal with a lot of people, and I wasn’t looking at a very expensive car, but I always felt high on the priority list. Anyway, I got a call from Terrence about the vehicle being sold. I was sad about it but wanted to continue my search with him because he’s been great so far. A few hours later I get a call saying the car came back. It was supposed to go to another dealership and it didn’t (great follow-up). I visited the dealership the next day to test drive the vehicle. I bought the car that day and the most grueling process wasn’t bad at all, actually quite memorable, because of Denis and Mark. It was a comfortable environment and, although I know they’re happy they’re selling a car, there’s just something about the gentlemen there that scream, “genuine”. All of my questions were answered and I left very happy. It was honestly a 180 of what I was expecting. I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a vehicle and I will be going there to purchase my next car. Not anytime soon, but definitely a lasting impression.
