I remember when i almost bought a vehicle when they were located in Hauppauge,ny. This experience at there new location in Farmingdale,n.y was exceptional> no pressure great atmosphere and a wonderful and professional sales person. Sales professional Annalea was so helpful and answered all the questions i had about the vehicle. The vehicle which i purchased was super clean and had all the options i wanted. Smooth, comfortable and quiet. Good mileage. Fun to drive. Love the sunroof and Bose stereo system. Love the blind spot monitor feature. I recommend this car.

I’ve owned several Mazda’s over the years from 2 Miatas a 3 and a Tribute. I trade cars every year and for the past 8 years, Ive bought 8 Nissans. Never again! My new 6 Touring is absolutely a dream! It will absolutely fly in sport mode and auto-stick. It gets 39 mpg on the interstate at 74 mph. It gets about 30 in stop and go. The car rides smooth as silk and is so quiet! The sunroof is even quiet and let’s in a tremendous amount of wind on my shoulders when it’s open...almost feels like I’m in my Miatas with the top down. The stereo is absolutely awesome with Apple CarPlay. I’m able to listen to iHeartRadio, Slacker and Pandora and using Waze navigation is truly awesome! No more factory navigation for me!
I was told by the dealer that this car was built to compare with Audi and it definitely does! I think it’s more comfortable than Audi and cost $20K less. Mazda really needs to invest in advertisement...this product is absolutely stunning but not enough people are familiar. Definitely go drive one to see for yourself! ZOOM ZOOM!
I picked up my Miata today. To begin with I had flown in from Florida, and was picked up at the Airport(!) by my sales person, Jonathan. He had kept in touch while I was in Fl., had my Miata prepared and waiting. Jonathan painstakingly explained all the details of my car, patiently answering all my questions. He was was obviously very knowledgeable about my model. I was then introduced to Barrie,who walked me through the paperwork. She presented different coverage options, but was in no way "pushy". As I left I even got a friendly greeting from a gentleman whom I surmised was the manager. To sumerise, my purchase at Smith Haven Mazda was as pleasant as I can imagine. I shall share this experience with friends, and will certainly return there for my next automobile purchase

This car caught my attention with its sleek exterior and the first time I test drove I was so happy to find out it met all my standards. It has fantastic pick up but is also still great on gas. It is super roomy and the seats are comfortable. The drive is shockingly smooth even with some of the loose bumpy roads I use. The back seat is the biggest backseat I have ever been in with ample leg room and wide seats across. (Fantastic for multiple car seats)
Got to tell everyone what a great experience Mazda Smithhaven was for me and my wife. Ben helped us with decision on best car for us and our needs. Peggy the manager was awesome and that's when we decided to pull the trigger and make the deal. She was outrageous and so knowledgeable and professional.

the shifting by this automatic transmission is so smooth you have to put window down so you can hear the engine to even detect it. It's easy also to leave the car running when you park it (accidentally) because it's so quiet. It's got all it's competition in acceleration and responsiveness. We have a few incidents where lights on 'auto' and other drivers inform us that we have no taillights. still figuring that out.
I usually hate shopping for cars however Smithhaven Mazda changed all that. My salesmen, BEN made my experience excellent. The management team made it even better. I would highly recommend Smithhaven Mazda !!!!
Three years in, no complaints

Bought this car new at the very end of 2015. It's held up great over the years, and the fact that Mazda retrofitted CarPlay (for a fee) was an added bonus to keep the in-dash technology fresh. Gets decent gas mileage for an AWD, and while the engine isn't beefy it's more than adequate for my needs.
My only gripes would be: no rear AC vents, no memory seats, no heated steering wheel, no power liftgate. I believe some or all of these issues were resolved in later-year models.
This is not your regular used car dealership, like “Major World” for example, where a customer is treated like an idiot and taken advantage of. Hertz Car Sales offers a very easy, comfortable and totally stress-free buying experience. However, even the most customer-friendly company procedures would mean nothing without the great people behind them. A very special thank you to Janine Saffioti and Michael Digennaro, who were both extremely professional and super friendly at the same time. I would highly recommend this place to anybody.

I've owned two CX9's, I just loved it that much! Had the sun-roof and all the bells and whistles. About $10K less than it's competitors but in my opinion worth more than the others. Reliable and stylish!
I did the usual research on the 2 or 3 vehicles I was considering for a lease and begain the ???dreaded??? dealer visits on the Black Friday weekend. Each visit , Honda, Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, was the typical ???what do I need to do to get you in the car today??? with the usual visit by the manager etc etc. Pricing ALWAYS started high and slowly came down as I expressed my requirements. This all changed when I went to Wantagh Mazda. I met Ken the self proclaimed manager of ???smiles & laughs???. He listened to my needs and gave me honest answers and pricing and in two days I was in my new Mazda. Supprisingly for car buying I did smile and had a few laughs as well. If you are looking for a Mazda you need to go to Wantagh Mazda

Good quality and very easy to drive, even had heated seats. Because of this experience we decided to buy a new one, just like it!
In 2006. David Chiari sold my parents a Mazda 3, which they gifted to me as my first car. 12 years later, I came back to lease another Mazda, this time, the CX-5. I had told David that I was looking at other cars and that leasing was the best option for me and my husband right now. Mazda didn't push me, inundate me with calls like other dealerships did and gave me what I thought was a very fair price for my trade in car. It also helps that he has a picture of Queen Elizabeth II behind his desk, as I am a huge anglophile. Such a great guy who is part of a great team that truly cares about their customers. Owner loyalty was honored for sure.

This car is smooth, zippy, and a great experience every time I drive it. With a KBB value of 11-13k, this car is well worth the money and delivers time and again in wrapping up a slew of features in a simple interface, cabin comfort, and gas economy. I’ve driven cross-country in this car and was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. At one point my gas economy reader read 57 miles/gallon. One thing people might have to get used to is “feeling the road” but that’s kind of part of the sporty experience with this one.
I spoke with Ed about the issue with the CV Joint on my 07 S550 and how I felt about how it was handled. He assured me the whole thing was a misunderstanding and was willing to meet me half way on the repair and to make it more convenient for me I could use my mechanic to do the job.
I want to thank Frank, Ed and Bianco Auto Sales for stepping up and paying half for the repair.

The interior is set up perfectly for what I love and I feel so proud when driving it around the outside looks amazing. I am able to get up and go on the interstate just like I love to.
We had a wonderful experience with our Saleman = Josias Maduro. He is a fine salesman and very polite and shows great standards of professionalism. This car is fun to drive. It handles nicely and gives a good ride. The seats are comfy and it has plenty of rear carrying space to meet my needs. This car has a couple of issues I’m not wild about. There is little room for car seats in the rear passenger seat. Also, it is hard to see over the hood. My husband is 6’1” and even he can’t see over the hood.

Overall experience at dealership: EXCELLENCE, KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF & ATTENTIVE !!!!! I found the car (QX50) on Thurs. emailed Edgar and quickly responded indicating that they could do the deal at a better price than others. Afterwards, i submitted the required doc's to begin the paperwork with David. The entire process was seamless and response time was so prompt that they had the car prepped and ready for me to pickup the next day, Fri. I've already passed along their contact info to friends that are looking to get into new vehicles this month!

Stylish, Plenty of room/trunk, look of a high end vehicle, great safety features and in car navigation/stereo/bluetooth screen. Great Gas mileage. Exterior and interior color choices are beautiful. The AWD handled well in snow. The higher class in comparison to cost is well worth it and blows out the competition in a crossover. The leather seats are so soft and in the summer doesn't create it to be too hot. The heated seats in the winter are excellent. The dual climate control is a great feature for driver and passenger. The trunk/rear creates a large amount of space with the rear seats down and ability to do a split with the seats in the event you only need a portion of the rear to be enlarged. Don't mistake the engine size, there is plenty of power packed in this vehicle. It is an excellent ride especially if you do a road trip. All safety features or warning can be changed to sounds, vibrations or off. Lane assist, brake warning if you get too close to a vehicle, side mirror vehicle detection for land changing. The cruise control is simply amazing in the feature that you set the speed and as you approach a vehicle it adjusts to slow down, you never have to brake or adjust speed. You can even set the distance that you want to the cruise control to monitor, it is adjusted by car length. Mazda also created a safety feature in regards to the infotainment system. It is extremely unique and took me some time to get used to but the dash has the screen which is a touchscreen but disables once drive is engaged. Sounds annoying but it is for your safety. In the center console there is a 5 button toggle area that allows you to use the system instead. Think about it you lean your arm on the console and what is more natural than to just use your free hand to "toggle". Once you know all the buttons which is where the challenge and getting used to falls in, your eyes are on the road and you can maneuver calls, music etc. I would also recommend reading about their skyactiv technology it is fascinating and other vehicle Makes have tried to "buy" this technology off them to use. Mazda is not a huge advertiser which I appreciate because their cars do the talking but the downside is they are often forgotten as a contender. I can't say enough about this car and brand and have talked about it to everyone I know. Give it a test drive at least to look at it, I entertained a used 2016 which I very much liked but the 2018 was in the same price range if you can believe it and totally amped up the features and aggressive look. My package was the Grand Touring - well worth it!
The dealership was great. The sales person, the manager, the person who went over all of the details of the car at delivery, and the finance guy were all wonderful to work with.

I recently bought this car and it has met every need. It's sleek, stylish and the interior has just about everything. It handles well and is also great on gas.
The salesman was very nice and willing to help me out, even staying late to show me more vehicles. Unfortunately, the vehicles had very basic problems (doors that didn't open, truck that wouldn't even shift into drive) that made me very leery of purchasing a vehicle there. If those obvious things are wrong, what ELSE is wrong that isn't obvious?

We love our Mazda CX9. It's 8 years old and we are the original owners. It's been a GREAT car until we took it in for an airbag recall notice and the service tech BLEW OUR ENGINE while working on it! We're currently living a nightmare trying to work out a resolution with Royal Moore Mazda in Hillsboro, Oregon!
Everything was quick, smooth, and proficient. James Boyd is an excellent salesperson. This is the 3rd Hyundai that I bought from 112 and from James. That alone should say something!!! There aren't any surprises!

Overall I love my mazda. I have the hatchback touring manual because mazda automatics are horrible to me. 6 speeds are flawless, fantastic clutch, and the hill assist is nice for those steep inclines with a truck 4 inches from your bumper. Outside of the car is gorgeous, I love that it actually has a hood yet stays very sleek. Seat heaters are nice, the Bose sound system makes it feel like you are in a music hall, fully adjustable seats makes sure you have a comfortable ride, and it's very quiet until you mash the pedal and has a nice growl, along with plenty of go and sporty steering for the class of car. The biggest downside to this car is the park brake. It's got a bloody button instead of a proper parking brake. I still loathe the noise it makes when you turn the brake in or off. Other than that, I think the screen sticking out of the dash is a little weird, but I got used to it within the first week. And coming from someone who has driven old hot rodded carbureted vehicles, I get nervous not having a real temperature gauge on the trip computer. But that's being pretty picky. Anyway, its vary roomy on the inside, though the rear leg room and hatch space isn't as good as my 2015 Hyundai elantra gt (RIP). But still gets the job done.
If you are looking for a dealer that doesn’t pressure you or forces you to decide this is the place. Our salesman Ron is amazing! No pressure, very knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure. Ray the Manager is a very low key manager who wants the customer to be happy with everything to do with the car buying process.
I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car.
